We have done our best to cover every possible need of our guests– coffee, teas, cream, all the spices of a full kitchen, sugar, honey, olive oil, purified water, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent and liquid, soaps, conditioners, shampoos, lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, lots of tissues and toilet paper, a Keurig, a traditional coffeemaker, ninja blender / food processor, full sized electric juicer. For babies and toddlers, there is a pack-n-play travel crib, sheets and blankets, a high chair, children's dishes and books.

Everything in the little resort is for the use of our guests. This property has to the left and behind a guest house which is separate and does not share any common space. The guest house is accessible from the left side of the driveway along the left side of the house and behind. The guest house does not have access to front or backyard, pool or spa, does not park on the driveway, nor any shared space whatsoever.
During October until end of April, we are unable to heat only the pool. The spa can be heated for a maximum of six hours per day. It is an on-demand system that can be programmed. Thank you for your understanding.

It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood, which made walks around the neighborhood with the baby awesome! If you stay 31 Days plus and sign our supplemental rental agreement, then you can gain access to rent all the Mission Viejo Lake amenities, including swim beach, kayaks rentals and paddle boat rentals, fishing and concerts..

The entire house, garage and back patio is yours in its entirety. Lake amenities are available for guests who book long terms, over 31 days. Come give us a try and see how you like the place.

If you booked less than 31 days to test drive for a longer stay, then you will not have access to the Mission Viejo Lake amenities.

The guest booking this reservation must be at least 30 years of age. You need to provide a valid ID so we confirm you are. If not provided within 48 hours of the request, or you do not meet the age requirement this booking may result in cancellation.

Please note, all cities including Mission Viejo require no talk or at minimum, quiet talk, no laughter on outside patios after 10pm, no loud talking or laughter beyond this time outside to allow the permanent resident neighbors their sleep between 10pm and 8am. If you fear your group will be loud on the back deck, after 10pm, this unit will not be a good fit for your group.

Any noise citations by Mission Viejo Police will result in a total loss of your deposit.

NORTH: We are 45 minutes from Disneyland/Anaheim, 20 minutes from John Wayne Airport, and The Shops at South Coast Plaza. 10 minutes to AMTRAK railroad station, LAX (Los Angeles International Airport is only 57.07 miles.

SOUTH: Downtown San Diego is 60 miles. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, The Gas Lamp Disctrict, Balboa Park.The San Diego Wild Animal Park is only 1 hour and 19 mins /66.68 miles from my door.

Our dog will bark briefly when you enter the gate but he will be inside the main house and is quiet all other times. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom are newly remodeled with a tub and shower. You are welcome to use our washer and dryer on request. We provide an outside seating area with two chairs and a side table. Please let us know at least a half hour in advance of using the hot tub so we can turn it on and give it time to heat up. We are available on site most of the time and would be happy to help make you feel at home!

Parking on the street or in our driveway. Enter through the main gate at the front of the house. On the side is a lighted walkway that leads to the back of the house to your private entrance. Check in anytime, there is a lockbox next to your entrance door.
