Some parts of it show signs of age like the Gym the equipment which is in decent shape and is totally usable definitely appear to quite old. The carpet, the things you bring your suitcases in on are old and rickety. That being said everything works as it should. Beds are clean and comfortable. Refrigerator in room worked among everything else. I have stayed there before and will again if that means anything. It cost less than most and offers what you need. Free internet, free parking, free breakfast. I requested a room on the back side away from the freeway for a slightly quieter evening. Oh and the heater/AC worked as it should as well. Lovely unique room. The ceiling has stars on it which glow at night Room is 11 ft by 12 ft in size. Bathroom is 7.5 by 7.5 ft. It is a private room in an upscale neighborhood. The room does not share walls with any bedrooms so it is somewhat isolated. You have to walk down a short hallway to get to a lovely bathroom. The bathroom is exclusively yours. It has a bathtub.

There is no tv in the room. We have very good wifi.

There is a queen bed and a twin bed.

The space
Very beautiful house. You have to walk down a short hallway from your room to get to the bathroom. There is one more room that I rent out to guests but it is in different part of the house. They have their own bathroom.

The chairs in the front garden. The part of the back garden where you do not see into our bedroom. Please know that this is our house and we live here all the time. The kitchen, living room and most of the garden are not shared space. They are our space. You can use the top shelves of the cooler and the freezer in the refrigerator furthest from the front door.

My wife and I are home most of the time. The best way to interact with us is just to come to my office and talk to me if the door is open.

This house is located downtown Perris, Cardenas market 2 blocks away, gas station and a famous restaurant (Ixtapa) right in front, this is an old house, built in 1953, the living room, dining room, one bedroom and kitchen where recently remodeled, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom are pending for remodeling, the house is super clean and cozy, but please consider it is an extremely old house that has defects, floor squeaks and bathroom is not remodeled.
