The Space:
This is a space that was created by combining 2 bedrooms with a divider left between the 2 rooms should you wish to have a "living" and bedroom space. It has a kitchenette with hot plate, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker and microwave. A mini-split AC unit heats and cools the space. Come relish the most wonderful space in all of Chula Vista.

Guest Access:
This guest suite is attached to the host's home but it has a separate entrance and is not connected to the home (other than common walls). You have an assigned off-street parking space in the driveway and your own outdoor space adjacent to the unit. If you require a washer/dryer during your visit you may request access to the shared laundry in the garage from the host.

Chula Vista is a suburb just south of San Diego. This unit is also very close to the Olympic Training Center.

Getting Around:

It's a beautiful property and was kept very clean. They had out toys in the back for our kids to be able to play with, and there were plenty of comfortable furniture for us to relax in as well. It was very close to local stores and restaurants, as well as a comfortable distance from sight seeing attractions. They even had a book available that listed out local attractions that may interest us. We had a wonderful time, and could not recommend this property high enough to those who may be interested.
