Centrally located in San Diego a quick 20-30 minute drive gets you to North County beaches, Temecula wine country (27 min), the San Diego Safari park (16min), Balboa park (32 min), downtown San Diego (34 min), Gaslamp district (37min), North park (33 min), San Diego Zoo (35 min) , Sea world (35 min), Legoland (25min) San Diego airport (39 min) The studio is attached to the main house but is completely private. No pet policy including service pet due owners allergy to animal hair. Immediate checkout without refund + $800 specialist cleaning fee will be applied to violators. Check out time is 11am. The cleaning crew has very narrow window to clean for the next guest so we appreciate your promptness. Due to past issues, we are now charging $50 every 15 min spent on the property and the house after checkout time. Thank you.

The nice owners are right next door to promptly help with any qustions you might have. After flying from the East Coast we appreciated the bottled water in the fridge and some snacks that were also provided. The climate control was great, beds and couch were comfy & there was plenty of shelf space and storage available. The MBR closet is huge as is the laundry room and the open floor plan is a plus. Desk area, large dining room table and kitchen island with 2 bar stools provide plenty of work space. There are multiple USB ports available. A county park is within walking distance if you don't mind the hills. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic; the only draw-back is the approximately 30 inch by 30 inch shower. It's pretty tight if you're 6 feet, 190 pounds or larger. Other than that, you'll enjoy your relaxing stay. We would definitely request this property again if we are in the San Diego area."

This large, fully private apartment is perfect for short or long stays as it has a small but yet spacious walk-in-closet. It has a loft, spacious living room, super fast 5G Wi-Fi, 65 inches Samsung flat screen tv with a free Netflix, YouTube, amazon prime and a PS 5 loaded with tons of games to play. It has an amazing surround music system that makes your movie experience memorable. It also has a patio. Guest also enjoy all stainless steel appliances, LED lighting, washers and dryers.

The beautiful outdoor pool and gym is a shared area but you won’t see as much except on super hot weekends for the pool. Guest have one assigned free parking with tons of visitors parking.

You can drive 3 min to the freeway,25 min to the beach, 10 min to Wild animal park, 3 minutes to Trader Joe's and major grocery stores or simply walk around the 1 mile loop in our private and friendly neighborhood. With your own entrance and parking, relax in a motorized adjustable king size bed with a hybrid mattress that is super comfortable. Discover our nearby restaurants, breweries and wineries.

The guest suite is attached to a 2800 sq ft home made of adobe, designed by the famous Weir brothers back in the 50's. Only one wall is attached and to a guest room that is always empty. The property is on an acre of land tucked in a hidden neighborhood of Escondido. On a dead end loop, only residents and walkers from nearby condo's have access to it. The loop has about 15 adobe homes located in a wooded rural setting. This loop is an excellent 1 mile hike around and hilly so it’s challenging enough for the one who wants to get a workout but scenic for an easy walk for you and the dog.

The walk is beautiful and dogs will love it. You will enjoy peacefully sitting on your front porch enjoying the views and birds, ducks flying by and hummingbirds pollinating the flowers plus an occasional Crane visit.
