We were given one set of towels for a 5 day stay and they never cane to change any sheets or supply clean towels.The neighborhood was old and the landscaping was unkept. We are an older couple and did not feel safe. We called to complain and ask to cancel but instead they told us that they get so many wonder praises. They refused any sort of refund and wouldn’t let us cancel. Im sure they will deny all this but we are not just being picky and I wouldn't ever take this much time to leave a review if the stay wasn’t as bad as I am describing. Do not stay here unless you have exhaustedk any and all options and even then a tent at a homeless camp would be better."

The room are air-conditioned, and feature flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.

We will give you 1 assigned driveway parking on the left side of the driveway. There are also ample street parking for extra 2-3 cars.

You have access to the entire studio on the left side of the property with your own gated yard, 1 assigned parking. There is a main house on the right that has their own yard and parking.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Costa Lago St, Spring Valley, CA 91977" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest.

• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with natural products. Because our family cleans our home, we hope guests treat our home like their own.

• Security devices?
One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home.

One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio.

• Please input the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests) and pets.

• Is smoking allowed? Please Smoke OUTSIDE of the home only. Do NOT smoke inside the home.

• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process

Key-related issues:
• If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.

A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.

This Studio is situated in the back side of the main house, it has a separate entrance, we can accommodate 3 people, we have a queen bed and a futon for 3rd person. It has a kitchenette with electric hot plate and a frier for your convenience. It has a separate patio in front of the rear Main door of the studio. You can use the hot tub in the back yard.

Please Park your car on the street in front of the house. Once you park your car, you can see the rough stone pathway on the left side of the house and you will see the wooden gate, there is a small wooden gate on the right side attached to the large gate, you can open that gate and get in to the back yard, you will see a wooden porch and the door on the right to get in to your unit.
