This is a cozy one bedroom for lease in a two-bedroom condo with a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. You would have access to the shared kitchen and common area as well as washer and dryer in the unit. No need to look for parking as there is a spot that is assigned just to you. You would be sleeping on a medium firm full-size bed and would have plenty of storage under the bed and in the closet in the room.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the home and a Smart TV in the bedroom as well as in the common area. Come with pictures in hand to put in the provided picture frames on the bookshelf, which will ensure the room feels as close to home as possible during your travels.

The space
The room is chic and cozy. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, hangers in the closet, side tables, black-out curtains, and a desk and chair for work or school.
The private bathroom is located right outside the room for convenient access for your use only. It has a bathtub shower combo and comes stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush.
You are welcome to cook a meal in the kitchen that is fully stocked including Instapot, blender, air fyer, and microwave. You can enjoy it on the balcony enjoying the mountain views or inside at the dining table.
There is a TV in the living room that you're welcome to watch anytime that has Netflix.

The large primary bedroom has a spacious bathroom, 40 in. smart TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a private bathroom right across the hall. There is also an office room and laundry room on the second floor.
Downstairs, enjoy a living room with a 55 in smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, and attached 2-car garage.
