- "Place was super cute, great supply of cooking pans, pots, and utensils. Beach chairs were nice, outdoor show took a little bit to get warm, but once it did, it was great. Couch is super comfy, the Apple TV and access to Netflix was great for our relax time between trips out. WiFi worked quite well. The folding chairs for the dining table weren’t easy to fold up to put away, and the coffee table was a bit heavy to move to open up the sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress would have been very uncomfortable for me as an adult but my son seemed to sleep fine on it. (I could feel every bar under the mattress. The bedroom mattress is FIRM so take that into account. I can understand why people have complained about the parking. It’s street parking and even while we were staying in the “off season” we found it hard to park close a few times. More than once someone parked with their vehicle touching ours on one side and I had to do a many, many point turn to get out of the spot. Overall we loved our stay here! Lots of stuff convenient"

There is a queen sofa sleeper for 2 people in the living room. The bathroom is in the bedroom. 1 small dog under 15 lbs may be considered, if approved $100 pet fee, sorry no cats. No over sized vehicles are allowed in the one assigned parking space. All other vehicles must use the paid parking on street.
