- "The stay was very comfortable! I will say with check in I had some issues but it was 100% user error. Communication as well felt very delayed but I think it was the app itself because I noticed that messages from the host would appear several (5+) hours after my messages. Overall though the stay was very nice and was as advertised! " - "A good stay for a family. Pictures were accurate (even a little nicer than pictured). Communication seemed delayed and it was difficult to get in the door to the complex the first time (once you have the fob it's easy). Hot tub was nice, pool was too cool to use (in January). Overall, we had a good stay and would stay again."

There is a private entrance in the rear of the house which has a security screen and leads to first bedroom (small 10' x 11'). It is furnished with a day bed with trundle, a dresser with flat screen TV, a mini-refrigerator, a window which looks out toward the patio, a closet, and a portable air conditioning unit. This room sleeps 2. Beyond this room is a second smaller bedroom (11' x 6') with ceiling fan, separate portable fan, and a closet. It has a memory foam futon (sleeps 1), flat screen TV, and a very small dresser. This room sleeps 1. Inside this room is a TINY (8' x 3') bathroom. In addition to these 2 bedrooms, for an ADDITIONAL $25.00 PER NIGHT, there is a detached bedroom (converted shed) in back yard which has a bunk bed, rack for hanging shirts/pants, dresser, and an oscillating fan. This detached bedroom has no direct electricity, but does have a small lantern and WIFI. Although there is no guest access to laundry area, I would be pleased to do your laundry (wash/dry/fold) for a fee of $9.00 PER load; or if you prefer to hang your laundry out to dry on the backyard clothesline yourself, I will wash each load for just $3.00.

- "The place was clean and comfortable. For our first time staying at a VRBO this has been the best experience" - "The apartment was great, but here hare the reasons for 1 less star: - The checking procedure was quite cumbersome - The parking lot in the garage is a joke.. such a tight spot right next to the gate and wall.. forget about parking a truck there - we were told to be able to use 2 bikes shown on the pictures.. they were broken, rusty. - "This was a great apartment overall, spacious, clean and accurately described in the listing for the interior. We especially liked the Roku tv to allow easy viewing of Netflix, Hulu and Disney plus with our own login. Kitchen was well stocked although all plates and bowls were plastic and could have been a bit cleaner. Check in process was simple but we didn’t receive final instructions until early evening, also no check out instructions were provided, we just assumed to do the reverse. Main negative for us was that the pool and spa were locked and unusable for our stay, this was not made clear to us in the listing."

We don't allow smoking of any kind in the unit, although guests don't always follow our policy.

If the unit smells like smoke and it makes you uncomfortable and want to cancel let us know, you don't have to stay in the unit and we can refund any unused nights.

Please make a note that the unit may smell like smoke if this is a concern please avoid this listing.
