The Airbnb shares a spacious yard with the main house, where we occasionally work on outdoor projects. You might see us around the property from time to time, but we’re always respectful of your space and privacy. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and uninterrupted stay.

Please note: Access to the guest house is via an unpaved road. While it is relatively flat and navigable for most standard vehicles, it may not be suitable for guests requiring ADA-compliant or ramp-access accommodations. We recommend contacting us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs, so we can help determine if the property is a good fit for you.

You’ll have a private entrance and full access to the entire guest house—your own space to relax and unwind.

Two dedicated parking spots are conveniently located right outside the guest house for easy access during your stay.

Feel free to enjoy the backyard—it's yours to relax in during your stay! We just kindly ask that you stick to the west side of the yard and avoid the work sheds located on the northeast side, as they’re used for ongoing projects. Thanks so much for your understanding.

Washer/dryer is for guest use free of charge and is located inside the house. A huge shower tub is also down the hall and is shared with the other guest next door, if occupied. There are only 2 rooms sharing this shower.

There is a pet fee depending on the size from $50 to $100 for each pet.

The space
You will have the entire en suite to yourself, which has an adjoining wall with a family residence.

Our casita is a remodeled guest house on a beautifully landscaped property filled with the owners' colorful artwork. The casita is behind our home, but you have total privacy including your own private patio.
Close to beaches, Temecula wine country, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and more, in a quiet country setting. 3 minutes from two market/delis (one with a bar and live music) and only 5 minutes from I-15 freeway.

The space
This beautifully remodeled apartment is spacious, private, and filled with light. Often, when we are on the property, we Guests self-check-in with a lockbox. The kitchen is well equipped with two burner gas cooktop, microwave, fridge, large sink, coffee and tea makers, new pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The bedroom has a premium queen size mattress and high quality cotton sheets. There is a combo bath and shower in the sparkling clean bathroom with luxury towels.

The house is at the end of of our street and at the top of a small hill once you come in the driveway. There is minimal noise from either local traffic or neighbors. There are wonderful distance views to the east, south and west and beautiful views of the sunset.

When requesting a reservation, please share a little about yourself and the person(s) traveling with you. People and dogs not referenced in the reservation will not be allowed to stay.

We are a part of the Hidden Meadows destination neighborhood; once you get here, there is nothing but views on the other side so we have no through traffic. There are a good number of hills around here. Great for walking, but you will get a workout!

On your final (right) turn onto our street, you will see a beautiful, eye level, mosaic street sign (courtesy of Marsha!) You're now 1 minute from your parking space at the Casita, and then a mere 40 feet from the front door on a totally flat driveway.

Other things to note
In case of emergencies - no one wants that, but it happens - there is a fire station with EMTs only 3 minutes away at the 4-way stop you cross through on your way to Casa de Art.

The space
The Casita is a separate building on the back side of our Hacienda home. It's unique adobe style, reclaimed wood ceilings, and other craftsman touches gives it lots of character. After you have parked, Follow the brick pathway straight ahead of you, to your relaxing getaway located behind the main house.

Just for you: There is a deck with a fire pit and a side patio for your use only. This area has a teak dining table, a comfy daybed, a gas barbecue (we provide enough propane for those staying up to 2 weeks ). We can replace the propane for you if requested at eight $25 fee per 5 gallon tank

You also have a balcony off the French doors attached to your Casita.

Shared access: Explore the fruit trees, enjoy some oranges, tangerines or limes on the upper and lower portions of the property.

The washer and dryer are through a side door without entering the main areas of our home . If you would like use of it, please contact us, and we will find a time that works😊 for both of us.

BUSINESS-If you are traveling for business you have excellent access to I-15 and the unit provides for up to 3 screens of monitor. Scanner and printer are easy to set up for use in your business.

GROCERIES-Sprouts farmers market in neighborhood and Trader Joe's is about a mile away. Other markets in same general area.

DINING- Area is full of dining choices from breakfast/lunch diners, Sushi restaurants, Steak houses etc.

Gym- With-in approximately 1 mile of 24 hour fitness and Planet fitness

The property is not ideal for persons with mobility issues.

Welcome to Stosic Stables! You are free to wander the property. There is a lovely table, where guests can have their morning coffee, meals or a glass of wine. It is straight down the pathway, exiting from the casita door that faces the main house. It overlooks our large horse arena.

26 animals live at Stosic Stables. Please do not feed, let out or touch the animals unless Holly or William are accompanying you. They are all pets, but caution should be used when introducing new people and especially small children to any animal. We will gladly take you on a meet and greet that is sure to be memorable.

Please be careful, as there are several on-going projects and there are areas under construction. The pool is being refurbished, but should be done in time for summer.

There is a flash light in the casita for your use. The night sky and stars are beautiful. You will hear many animal sounds at night. Just watch your step and enjoy our beautiful forest.

Please keep the main gate closed after entering and exiting. There are predators in our forest, who are a danger to our animals. Help us keep our beloved animals safe and keep the property secure.

This is a 1 bedroom casita with a kitchenette. There is one queen bed in the private bedroom as well as a full sized sleeper sofa in the separate living room. There is a large walk-in shower. Kitchen is equipped with full sized (smaller) refrigerator/freezer. There is a microwave and 2 burner electric stove for your use.

You will have a private yard with seating and picnic table to relax and enjoy. There is also a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.

We provide all dishes and utensils needed. If you need anything please ask! We are happy to help.

Your casita is private and you will have a private side yard/patio with plenty of seating. Our property is gated and will provide a code when you book. We ask that the gate be kept closed at all times when not in use.

We have a big (super friendly) dog that we are happy to keep away from you if requested. He's good at making himself look scary but he's a gentle giant lab/mastiff.

Since we are very much in the canyon, you will see ALL kinds of wildlife. We leave them alone and they leave us alone. We love watching the barn owls next and hunt in the spring, and also LOVE the California Quail with their funny little hats that live under the shrubs.

Please note, this is a strictly non-smoking property. ALSO - there is Wifi but sometimes its not reliable. Finish your day-trading before you arrive :)

Rustic hilltop cabin overlooking Lake Hodges. Surrounded by open canyons & mountains, you will feel like you're a million miles away from everything as you take in the views from the cabin, deck or the outside shower, swim in the saltwater pool, or relax by the fire bowl. A short walk to lake with boating, fishing & miles of hiking/mountain biking trails. Property offers swimming pool, fire bowl, and shaded arbor. SD Zoo Safari Park, wineries, breweries, & ocean beaches all within easy reach.

The space
This unique, cozy cabin is now one of two units on our property. The other is a tiny house, which we designed and handcrafted ourselves. Situated in an oasis-like setting, a short walk from the lake, both the cabin and the tiny house are perfect for a romantic get away or a chance to relax, recharge, and commune with nature. The tiny house and the cabin each have their own private, outdoor shower and other outdoor amenities as well as sharing the swimming pool and firebowl. Enjoy stunning panoramic views of the lake, mountains, and canyons from the outdoor shower, explore the extensive cactus and succulent garden, and visit Cinnamon and Frost, our friendly Nigerian dwarf goats. While the cabin offers a more rustic experience, the tiny house offers many more creature comforts including air conditioning & heating, a full kitchen, TV, a washer & dryer, an indoor bathroom (in addition to the outdoor shower), and an indoor dining area. The cabin has a comfy, queen bed and a small sleeping loft.

Guests have the cabin, tiny bathroom building, outdoor shower, and shaded arbor with table and chairs and picnic table all to themselves as well as an outdoor gas grill and small outdoor food storage & preparation area by the pool. They share with us permanent residents and guests at the tiny house, the salt-water pool and seating around the fire bowl.

Other things to note
Getting to the cabin does require following a winding path past our main house, two koi ponds, the pool (e.g. human pond), the arbor, and to the cabin. This is about 180 paces, and there are five little flights of stairs along the path.
The bathroom is a little building behind the cabin, with a cold-water sink, a mirror, and an easy, odor-free composting toilet. There is also the outdoor shower and sink, both with warm water.
There is a coffee maker (BYOC), mini fridge, sink, grill with side burner, counter, and cabinet for guests to use for food preparation and storage. These are on the patio by the pool.
