Maximum allowed number of adult guests is 10. However there is no limit of number of children of age 12.
No Parties or Events allowed. Quiet hours 10pm - 9am.

Downstairs: Living room, formal dining room, game room and kitchen, downstairs space has a 1/2 bath.
There is also bedroom downstairs: Queen bed with patio and full bathroom with shower and queen has Casper mattress.
Upstairs is:
Bedroom 2 is Master with its own living room area/loft with huge couch. It has working desk available in case there is some work involved as well as TV with Bose set up with WIFI, Netflix, etc.
It has Cal King and Full bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Bedroom 3 has also attached bathroom as well as queen bed and working desk and chair.
Bedroom 4 has queen bed as well as pull out sofa single bed.
Bedroom 5 has queen and twin beds.
Bedroom 4, and 5 have full bathroom.
Yard features a lot of amenities, from BBQ to sitting covered area equipped with TV and Wifi. Streaming is available using your accounts. There is outdoor dining area, multiple sitting areas all around the house as well as basketball court.
Salt Creek recreation center with tennis courts, basketball courts as well as indoor pool table etc. is 5 min walk.
There are many trails right outside of the home that just few steps away will take you to breathtaking view of lakes and beautiful mountains.
Otay ranch mall, great dinning are just a couple of miles away as well all the shopping such Traders Joe, Vons, Target and Sprouts just mile away.

BBQ grill needs some assistance but I also didn’t read the instructions on how to open the gas valves well so we just decided to not use it. The backyard was awesome for the kids to play!
