This lovely home is centrally located to the beach, the park and all the great restaurants. We had our own private laundry and lots of storage. Often (while the home owners are away) you will have exclusive use of a charming shaded patio complete with a dining table and gas grill.

Parking in Coronado during the summer this close to the beach can be a challenge, but you will be able to keep your car safe behind the gate in the driveway.

Warning to guests this cottage when outside is prone to lots of loud noises from the airplanes as you are in direct landing path. Yet inside with all windows shut cottage is very quiet because it features double pane windows which mask all outside noise completely. Our lux queen bed will give you the best nights' sleep of your life! Fitted with premium white bedding and new pillows, we promise it'll be a hit. The cottage is separate from the main home with it's own private entrance from the street/sidewalk.

Centrally located on the island, the cottage is a 6 minute walk to Orange avenue for coffee, shopping and dining. The historic Hotel del Coronado is a 10 min walk from your front door.

It features a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and windows throughout making the space open and airy. Enjoy a feeling of relaxation and comfort in this beautifully decorated American Nautical style.

The cottage has WiFi with streaming content available on a 65" 4KTV.

Share a family meal the newly remodeled kitchen with full size fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.

It can be enjoyed on the private patio equipped with a large BBQ and plenty of seating and evening lighting.

It's the perfect property for a small family or pair of couples. The cottage is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. One bedroom features a queen bed and newly renovated half bath. The other bedroom is spacious with two double beds. The newly renovated full bath is located off the main living space. It includes a bathtub, shower, new double vanity, new fixtures and wonderful details.

Being so close to Coronado Beach comes with potential noise from Naval Air Station Coronado though the patio view can include a personal viewing of the amazing aircraft coming in for a landing. It's your own air show!

To keep things easy and stress-free for your stay, the property has a washer/dryer with weekly cleaning included with the cottage's cleaning fee.

To ensure you have a wonderful guest experience and protect your stay, there are a few items that are helpful to be aware of. Agreement to these terms will be required prior to booking confirmation.

- The minimum age for booking is 25.
- This is a no smoking and no pets property.
- There can be no more than 7 people at the property at any time combined guests & visitors. This is a no party property.
- There is no roof access. ($1,000 fee for breaking.)

- Keys are equipped with air tags in case of lost keys. Air Tags cannot be removed. Doing so is a $200 fee.

- We use a service called Know Your Guest which is a reputable guest screening provider. Before booking starts, you will be asked to verify your details through this service.

- A refundable deposit of $5,000 is required to book the property.

- We are required to comply with Good Neighbor Noise laws in Coronado which vastly lowers noise levels after 10pm.

- Check in is anytime between 4pm and 9pm. Checkout is Noon. Guests are required to strip the beds and remove all trash and food items prior to departing.
