It didnt say it was a campground with tents etc... yes, its a tiny home, but walls are thin & you can hear tenants behind. Listing is missleading. Only given 2 towels for 2night stay. Wifi was spotty, so tv would stop. Could not see TV during day due to all the top windows. Would not stay again. Friends stayed next door & their plumbing backed up & it took overnight to fix"

**Please Read ALL Listing Material for Descriptions, Rules, and Policies. We are located on the Navajo American Indian Reservation.
Yá'át'ééh (Hello in Navajo). We are a Native American-owned large acreage working sheep ranch and off-grid glamp, offering guests a unique stay at our ranch utilizing quality canvas bell tents, covered wagons, cabins, and traditional Navajo Hooghans on the Navajo Nation. In all, there are currently 8 accommodations nicely spaced in a general area. Our ranch is beautifully located very near all areas of attraction - Antelope Canyon, the town of Page and Lake Powell are 15 minutes drive. Horseshoe Bend is only 5 minutes drive from the ranch. Both the north and south rims of the Grand Canyon are 2 hours. Monument Valley, Bryce, Zion, and Marble Canyon are well within driving distance.

The Accommodation:
The KYOOB is very well-appointed. Features quality original artworks, and furnishings by KNOLL, Pendleton, The Lewis Kingsley Co, Etsy, The Citizenry, Overland Sheep Skins, Escalante Rug Co, and more. Outfitted with the basic necessities one will need for a pleasant stay - All bedding, thick down comforters, linens, wool blankets, and sleeping bags for good measure. Candles, candle lanterns, a flashlight, and a solar light. Books, games, snacks, juice, and water. You'll also find amenities such as towels, robes, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and full body and sanitary wipes in your accommodation. Again, the accommodations are off-grid - no electricity/no running water.
The Climate:
We are medium to high desert - warmer or strong sun days and cooler nights. Our ranch is at elevation 5500'. Please bring the appropriate clothing for the environment and climate at this time of year - layers, closed toed shoes, hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and plenty of drinking water to stay hydrated as there is no running water.Also, please check weather reports.
The Toilet Facilities:
There are several communal/shared well serviced, well maintained, airy and cleaned-daily modern outhouses/portapotties with tanks on the property.
THE WAY TO BATHE:
Shash Dine' respects that water is a precious commodity in the desert. There is a new communal/shared "camp shower." The camp shower is a two stall privacy structure. Solar Powered. It is hot water on demand. We provide well water sourced 30 miles away and brought to the homestead. There are no private wells on the Navajo nation. As it rains so infrequently here in the medium to high desert, and water is an absolute precious resource, please restrict showers to 5 minutes. Please be respectful of others guests and clean up after yourself. Amenities of shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, sanitary wipes, and full body wipes, towels, etc., will be available in your accommodation.
This stay is very minimalist. One will be immersed in nature. Set in outstanding natural beauty.
The Breakfast and Area Restaurants:
We provide a "Hiker's Breakfast" - Fresh Fruit, Yogurt, Pop Tarts, Juice, Coffee, and Navajo Tea. All other meals can be sourced in town at the numerous restaurants. Weather permitting guests may enjoy an outdoor fire at the fire pit.

The Directions:
Detailed directions will be set in email. On the day of your arrival please call or email us regarding your approximate arrival time. We require guests to arrive during daylight hours to get settled in and oriented (before 6PM MST). We cannot accommodate late arrivals. We are an off grid (no electricity/no running water) working sheep ranch and b&b.
Our ranch is 12 miles south of Page, AZ on the HWY 89, 1/4 mile east on Navajo RT 6211. Please refer to our detailed driving directions. It is best to NOT rely solely upon GPS as they've been wrong in the past and have sent guests widely off the mark.

Guest access
Guests are free to walk the ranch on roads and paths.. There are numerous points with remarkable views. which we will point out during check in. We are also a working sheep ranch. Our sheep free range. Please admire them from afar. We are not a petting zoo. Guests may visit our sheep pen, horse corrals, and interact with our working dogs if they come up to you. However, there may be times when we restrict access to the pens. We've 4 working livestock guardian dogs on site. The Great Pyrenees and Maremma Sheepdog. All are friendly and highly trained. They will be curious of you and may keep you company at the fire. Our dogs are not allowed in any of the accommodations. Children are to be accompanied and supervised at all times on our ranch. Our personal home on the property is private.
Other things to note
Our ranch is a great base camp to launch excursions to Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, hiking, and all area attractions.
Our B&B is immersed in nature. We cannot control nature - weather, insects, creatures, snakes. Although rare it is possible to see a snake in warmer months. Do not bother them.
We provide a breakfast. We serve this to you at your accommodation at 8am (MST). If you are to leave early we can provide To-Go coffee and fruit. Just inform us of this and stop by our home prior to leaving.
All other meals can be sourced in the town of Page. There are numerous restaurants.
We require guests to check in during daylight hours, before 6pm (MST).
All vehicle types can access our ranch. Even motorcycles.
There is absolutely NO SMOKING here. Nor is alcohol welcome. Due to our being a working sheep ranch, and certain Navajo cultural aspects, we do not allow pets or animals of any kind. It is a Dine' (Navajo) cultural offense to have a dog inside). We simply do not allow animals brought here.
Please be respectful of other guests. Well behaved children are always welcome.
