There is a meadow, seasonal creek (w/Monsoon Season or melting snow), towering elms & cottonwoods. Birds, butterflies & lizards provide entertainment, and we have TV with Roku & Hulu plus Sirius Radio. Wildlife goes through nearly every night, especially javelina and raccoons! We've also seen coyotes, skunks and deer on the critter cam! There are gravity chairs in the meadow to watch the stars at night!
This one bedroom has a deep Serta Sleeper mattress & high-thread count cotton sheets plus an assortment of pillows, including cervical support or memory foam.

You'll love the interior of this 1 bedroom (Queen-size bed), 1 bathroom (large shower) log cabin with log walls, log ceiling beams and hardwood floors throughout.
The Log Cabin has fascinating features, like the original walk-in closet & built-in bookshelves. We outfitted the dining room with an oak table and kitchen chairs made with rodeo cowboy upholstery! In the living room there is another oak table with hand-painted bears and bear claws on it, a loveseat and 2 rocking chairs.
We provide great high-speed Internet, TV with Roku and Hulu, games, puzzles, cards, and lots of books, magazines and brochures about the area, history, events and cowboy and Native American art and culture.

The Kitchen is Furnished with a Stove, Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster oven and Coffee maker. Cooking utensils are provided along with pots and pans, glasses, coffee cups, silverware and dish towels. There is a storage closet with brooms, cabinets and shelves for your extra kitchen items and cleaning supplies under the sink. Coffee and filters, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper, coconut oil and a few other items are provided.

The Cabin is decorated with Antique & Mid-century Modern furniture, Southwestern patterns & artwork of Native Americans, Cowboys & Arizona nature and wildlife. We did some renovations including a new refrigerator, stove, cabinets, countertops, toilet and water heater, so there's nice hot water and good water pressure for the shower!
We scrubbed the floors & logs then put a bright, fresh coat of paint in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen & living room. We've added new curtains, door locks, a keyless entry, hardware, grill and outdoor seating. The front porch has a Flagstone floor with a bench & rocking chairs where you can sip your coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings while you watch the birds and wildlife. We've had a lot of the yellow finches, hummingbirds, flickers, mourning doves, a red-tailed hawk, Cooper's hawks, ravens, and a ladder-backed woodpecker lately who's built a nest in the black walnut tree. We also have a hummingbird nest in the chandelier out the back door!

In front of the cabin we've added native grasses & a seating area. Past the meadow Miller Creek runs seasonally after snows or Monsoon Season. Sometimes we have a mallard with a couple wives that hangs around when the water is running!
When in season, there are also irises, penstemon, salvia flowers, clematis, sweet-smelling jasmine, butterfly bushes and Chitalpa trees blooming with white blossoms almost all summer! The prickly pear also put on a show with their bright pink blossoms,

In the Bedroom, a high Queen-sized Pine Bed reigns over the bedroom with Iron Scrolling and a deep Serta Perfect Sleeper Pillow-top Mattress on top of box springs. You'll feel like the Princess and the Pea on this massive bed! Don't worry--there's a step stool to help us shorter folks! High-thread count sheets, a cottony quilt, blanket and three styles of pillows are available to you: non-allergenic bamboo, doctor-recommended, cervical support or anti-allergenic poly-fill. Wall Lamps provide lighting for night-time reading. The rustic walk-in closet holds built-in shelves for clothes, a chest with a key for clothes or valuables, plenty of room for hanging clothes, a full-length mirror and an ironing board and iron.

The bathroom is clean and bright with a window, a pedestal sink and a new toilet. Two medicine cabinets will hold your sundries and there's lots of fluffy bath towels, hand towels and washcloths! Shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided. We try to be non-wasteful with healthy products in bulk or if you prefer, you can choose sample sizes.

The Western theme continues in the Living Room meeting a Mid-century flair with loveseat, antique chairs, and a vintage rocking chair. An iron coffee table with Southwestern cutouts and a a stone top compliment the design. A TV is provided with Roku and Hulu and there is High-speed Internet for streaming movies.

We'd love to have you come visit! There are so many things to do in Prescott and surrounding areas, whether you're driving through on a short visit or staying longer. As the cowboys say in Potter's Cowboy Slang, You're "as welcome as a pat straight flush"!

• Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply.
• 100% Refund if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival date.
• Any damage incurred on the property will come out of the damage deposit.
* Pets are allowed with Owners' Permission only. A Pet Addendum must be signed and the Pet Fee paid.
• Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises. By accepting the reservation all guests (or anyone they invite) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
• Check-in is 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Owners may be able to accommodate other times depending on bookings.
• Guest must notify Owners immediately upon check-in if anything is wrong or damaged.
• Property is furnished and includes: Television (in cottage), refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster oven, furniture, artwork, bed linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and flatware.
• Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
• People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight. Any person visiting on the property is the responsibility of the Guest.

• Guest agrees to respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10 PM to 8:00 AM
• Guest must be at least 25 years old to book.
• Parking: Only 1-2 vehicles permitted. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
• No smoking is allowed inside or outside due to wildfires, allergies and second-hand smoke. Evidence of smoking will incur additional cleaning fees.
• The Cottage and Cabin are equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and a first aid kit.
• There is no daily housekeeping.
• Linens & Bath towels are included. Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. No items shall be taken from the units. A blanket by the front door may be used outside.
• Guest may not flush anything other than toilet paper and waste down the toilet. If any feminine hygiene products, excessive toilet paper or anything else has been flushed and clog the system Guest may be charged for damages for repairs.
• Use appliances for their intended use.
• Pets are only permitted with prior approval. A Pet Addendum must be signed. A Pet Fee must be paid. Pet is not allowed on furniture. Pet waste must be put in trash. Additional cleaning fees may be imposed. Guest shall be solely responsible for pet while on property.
• Guest will not frighten, harass or engage the wildlife. Observe from a distance.
• Guest will empty garbage into large garbage and recycling bins (blue) located outside. If they're not full, leave them for the housekeepers to use, just to save on supplies and plastic in the landfills.

Copper Basin Hideaway is located just five minutes from the Historic Prescott Downtown Square where most of Prescott’s “hometown” events happen: street fairs, live theatre, shops, dancing at one of the many “saloons,” antiques, restaurants, museums and more.

As you leave the square towards the cabin, you ascend an additional 700 ft. into the tall 80 ft. Ponderosa Pines and Oak trees to a quiet, peaceful hideaway. The cabin sits on 1 acre off a private street with only four other homes nearby. If you like a peaceful environment, this is the place for you -- if you listen, you can enjoy the sounds of many kinds of Southwestern birds, and you might even catch a glimpse of deer, javalina, squirrels, rabbits, or even wild turkeys!

This classic A-frame cabin was built in 1989 and restored in 2004. The back deck stretches the length of the cabin offering a retreat for reading, enjoying the views and natural spring, or grilling out for an evening at home. Inside, enjoy games with the family, or watch cable TV or streaming services.

This unique cabin is also .5 miles from the Prescott National Forest where there is a web of trails for both hiking and mountain biking. You can ride or walk right from the cabin, or drive to several places up the mountain designated for parking. Just bring your bike or hiking shoes and we’ll provide the map!

Prescott also hosts many annual events. Just a few include: Whiskey Row Off-Road Mountain Bike Race (April); Whisky Row Marathon and Highland Games (May); Frontier Days, the Prescott Rodeo, 4th of July celebration/parade, Indian Art Market (June/July); Prescott Film Festival and Cowboy Poets Gathering at Sharlot Hall (August); Acker Music Festival and Christmas Courthouse Lighting/Parade (December). Copper Basin Hideaway is perfect for one couple or a family of four. This studio cabin has a comfortable hide-a-bed (with memory-foam cushion) and two small areas in the loft, each with a twin sized bed. The main area of the loft has two cozy bean-bag chairs which make a nice retreat for reading or for the kids to play some games. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and other utensils, as well as a refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster oven. The propane grill is ready for use and the window off the kitchen has a “pass-through” screen for easy grilling preparation. The cabin also has a wood stove where you can enjoy a cozy atmosphere in the winter months ... we even provide the Firelogs from December through March!

- "Cozy and cute little cabin. Had everything you could need in the small space. The land surrounding it was filled with beautiful woods and lots of deer, turkeys, and rabbits. Lots of bird song. Very peaceful and relaxing. The only negative is that the stairs to the loft were steep and a little difficult to navigate for older folks. The loft would be great for kids or teens. Nice place overall!" - "We decided to finally do an overnight stay in Prescott and choose our anniversary to make it happen. It was a cute cabin and had everything we needed. It was a little warm in Prescott but the a/c unit made it comfortable inside. The hide-a-bed wasn't the most comfortable but we knew about it going in and it didn't detract from our trip. There were a few spiders inside but that's to be expected when you're out in the forest. My husband killed 2 but the rest didn't bother us. We did enjoy the deer, javalina, and wild turkeys wandering through and near the property! Overall, a great trip and we would stay again if the opportunity arose!"

One of a kind cabin and property right on Groom Creek. This cabin was built in the 1950's and it's rustic charm is contagious. New tile flooring and nicely remodeled bathroom gives the cabin an update without losing it's warm and rustic feeling.

As you drive down the narrow lane and pass an old stagecoach, it is easy to start relaxing and leave your cares behind. Majestic pine trees and more as the seasonal creek is lined with lush vegetation and yellow columbines in the summer.

The flagstone terrace is the perfect place to sit back and bird watch or get a chuckle from watching the playful squirrels jump from tree branch to tree branch. There is a good chance you will even see a family of deer stopping for a cool drink from the creek. There is a picnic table and a propane grill for your use.

There are plenty of trails for hiking, mountain biking and quading within a few minutes walk from the cabin. A drive up Spruce mountain will give you a majestic view of the Bradshaw mountains and the Prescott area. After a hike to Goldwater Lake for some fishing or kayaking, you can return to the cabin for a relaxing nap on the large screened in porch.

An easy drive to the center of Prescott where there are always a variety of activities year round.. Sit and relax around Prescott courthouse, shop the antique and mom and pop shops, listen to great local bands, grab a bite in one of the many local eateries or taste the historic feel of Prescott along Whiskey Row.

We have had several guests celebrate special events such as birthdays, anniversaries and reunions at our place. This very special cabin and setting will give you many good memories to take home with you.

This is a perfect property for children to explore. But it is not child proof. All children need to be watched/supervised by an adult at all times.

Our cozy cabin is a 450 sq foot hand-built log cabin with lots of character in the hand-peeled porch railings, the distinct lines of chinking between the logs, and the warm golden glow that emanates from within. It's very peaceful here which makes it the ideal place for adult guests to enjoy a restful getaway.

Our property is adjacent to the Prescott National Forest. Relax outdoors, gazing at the mountains while listening to the wind blow through the trees. Take a walk around the property or go for a hike or bike ride without having to get in the car and drive. Our log home is situated across from the cabin. Guest privacy is our foremost priority.

Downtown Prescott always has something going on and it’s only 4 miles from the cabin. You can spend hours perusing the antique shops on Cortez St listen to live music at the Courthouse Square or enjoy a fine meal at the Peacock Dining Room inside of the historic Hassayampa Inn. When Prescott was a frontier town, Whiskey Row is where you’d find bawdry girls, gamblers and outlaws. Have a drink at one of the watering holes and then skedaddle over to Bill’s Pizza for the “Elton John” or to El Gato Azul for tapas. When you’re good and tuckered out, come home to the Trading Post and relax.

- "The cabin is lovely, and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is small but functional. It takes awhile to drive there from the downtown because the roads are residential, winding, and 15-25 MPH. But we loved the isolated location. There’s the Wolverton Trail close by. We were lucky to see a javelina walking down the road (He/she ignored us and walked into the shins away from us), and we woke up to some coyotes yipping close by. The hummingbirds fighting over the feeder were fun to watch."

The ground level porch is perfect for those evening BBQ meals off the gas grill - sit down at the table and enjoy.

Inside you will find a completely renovated kitchen featuring gorgeous cabinets, ample work space on the granite countertops with luxurious stainless steel appliances. Not to mention a coffee bar with a Keurig machine for your use. Not a coffee drinker? Heat up some hot water in our teapot and make yourself a cup of hot cocoa.

The main living area includes an inviting table for family dinners and with reclining leather couches next to the wood-burning classic cabin fireplace. The fireplace is located in the living room with bordering windows that have tree views, which invites you to gaze up amongst the tree tops and enjoy the clouds slowly passing by or the endless stars during evening hours. There is also a mini split that can help heat/cool down the space.

Off of the main living area, access the fully renovated bathroom with stunningly tiled walk in shower that is stocked with full amenities. The master bedroom is very spacious and includes a queen size bed, a large walk in closet, dresser and great views of the from every window. Bedroom no. 2 includes TWO bunk beds that have a full mattress on bottom and a twin on top, and a dresser. Open the brand new dual pane windows at night to get fresh mountain air wafting into the bedrooms as you lay down for the night. There are also fans and space heaters located in each bedroom for added comfort. Be sure to enjoy the deck for your morning coffee!

Welcome to Canyon View Cabin, a charming retreat nestled in the tall pines, just 1.9 miles or a short 6-minute drive from downtown Prescott. This delightful 2-level, 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin comfortably accommodates six guests with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa.



As you descend the spiral staircase to the lower level, fully carpeted bedrooms await, bright and airy with views to the east, south, and west. The first bedroom features a Smart TV for streaming movies and shows, while the second bedroom opens to the lower deck with a small patio set. A full bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combination, as well as a washer/dryer, complete the lower level. We have added A/C to both lower bedrooms as well as main floor.



Perched on a gently sloped lot, Canyon View Cabin offers impressive views of the southern canyon and the sprawling Ponderosa pine forest. The wrap-around deck, adorned with comfortable patio furniture and a dining table, invites outdoor dining and relaxation. Enjoy the serene pine-scented breezes and delightful views from your morning coffee to your evening wine.



The main floor showcases the original log cabin walls built in 1957, providing a rustic and warm ambiance. The living room features a stone, wood-burning fireplace, a large wagon wheel light fixture, and large windows offering forest views. The great room layout includes an 8-seat dining room table and a modern kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and even a dishwasher. A propane grill on the deck ensures BBQing convenience.



The main floor bath, with a walk-in shower and a modern glass sink, adds to the cabin's charm. The spiral staircase within a stone turret serves as an interesting architectural feature, complemented by the old-fashioned light fixtures and nostalgic touches throughout.



Canyon View Cabin provides WIFI and central heating and cooling for modern comfort. A fenced outside space allows your furry friends to relax while you unwind. The location is ideal, offering tranquility with outstanding views, yet downtown Prescott is only a short 5-minute drive away.

Water runs off a well with triple filter filtration system, but water can appear slightly discolored due to high iron mineral content. The water has been tested and is safe for use.

This Cabin is located in the Ponderosa Pines just minutes from iconic Town Town Prescott & Whiskey Row. Hiking paths are right out the door or relax in a rocking chair, it's easy to forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

As of 7/15 there is construction next door. Weekends are quiet but be advised you might hear noise during the weekdays. Our rustic cabin, a true piece of Prescott history! Originally built in 1929, this lovingly remodeled cabin blends vintage charm with modern comforts. The cozy master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the secondary bedroom offers two twin beds, perfect for families or small groups. Our quaint bathroom comes equipped with all the basic amenities you'll need for a relaxing stay.

Parking for one vehicle is available just up the hill next to the cabin. Please note, the space can be a bit tight for larger vehicles. However, if you need extra room, there is a larger parking space conveniently located right below the property. We want to make your stay as hassle-free as possible, so feel free to use the parking option that best suits your needs!

There is a mini refrigerator and microwave, pour over coffee maker and tea pot.

I live in a neighborhood that is tucked away. It is about 1 1/2 miles west of downtown Prescott. It's easy to walk, very little traffic and sidewalks where there is traffic.

During your stay
I can be as available as you like. I am happy to hang out and share a cup of tea, or retreat to my room and give you peace and quiet time. There is coffee, and tea, a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room

Other things to note
Maximum number of guests is 2. No pets. I live here. I will be here. I protect the quiet energy here so quiet time is 9 pm until 7 am. Arrivals after nine pm will be prearranged.

This cabin, designed by noted architect George Christensen, is a rustic retreat in town. It’s close to lots of hiking in the Prescott National Forrest. Located next to the historic Mountain Club, the cabin is a quick drive to downtown. Note, there is only room to park one/two cars at the cabin; additional parking available on a lot on White Spar Rd. Our cabin is pet-friendly for a small fee. The logs make the cabin dusty so those with allergies can be bothered. You must climb stairs to enter.

The space
This is a split level cabin. The top floor is a replica of Lincoln's boyhood cabin that was on display on the Prescott Square during Prescott's 1964 town centennial. The top floor has a master bedroom, bath, and a study while the ground floor has another bath, bedroom, living room and kitchen.

You can access the whole house. It's built on a small hillside lot so there's a nice view in the back but the drive is steep and parking is tight. If you have a low sitting car and, or you do not want to use the driveway see the picture of the alternate parking area next to 1110 White Spar.

Other things to note
The old part of the cabin is actually made of logs. It’s quaint but the logs can let in dust and the occasional spider. Also, we’re near Club House Drive which makes access convenient. However, this also means we’re not completely secluded. We do have a combo washer/dryer. However, it’s very slow so be sure to leave plenty of time if you plan to use it. Your pets are welcome but we change an extra fee for cleaning. Finally, we do have an exterior security camera facing the parking area.

No parties, no smoking. Neighborhood noise and light ordinance 9pm-7am in place and is a quiet residential area. The deck has beautiful views but houses are near by so no loud music or noise on decks please. This is not an isolated cabin, it has the advantage of being close to town but not too close and still feels peaceful and is in a neighborhood.

The cabin is well suited for couples and families with school age children or older. The cabin is suited best for 4 or less people. Overnight guests that are not discussed during the booking process must be disclosed and/or additional fees will apply.

When you visit our cozy cabin you will enjoy sleeping on a comfy queen size bed in the loft(but be mindful to duck your head!)* or on the pullout sofa bed in the living room right in front of the stone fireplace(both are queen sized).

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a outside gas BBQ. The bathroom is completely remodeled and has a full size walk-in shower(with great water pressure) and ample shelving for your belongings.

We have great Wi-Fi and cell service(no land line or TV, but bring your laptop and cozy up with your favorite Netflix show!). Guests will find recommendations for the best places to eat and local sites, as well as a stack of games to enjoy.

We have a stone working fireplace to keep you warm or just a romantic evening. We also have heat and AC, so don’t worry you will always fell right at home.

*Note: The sleeping loft is cozy with a very low, angled ceiling with a partial railing that overlooks the main living area. Stairs to the loft are a bit steep and narrow. Please be advised to avoid the loft if this presents a hazard to you (the brand new, queen pull-out sofa is a super-easy alternative and sets up in 60 seconds!).

There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 1-3 vehicles. You will have access to the entire home, wooded yard(front and back), lounging chairs on the front porch and back patio, also a BBQ grill. The last 8/10ths of a mile to the cabin is a dirt road that is county maintained.

North Star Acres is a cozy cabin on 17 acres, perfect for families looking to getaway and enjoy the Arizona scenery. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is equipped with modern day amenities while still making it seem like you're on a grand adventure. North Star Acres is located on the outskirts of town making it a great place for viewing Native wildlife, stargazing and relaxation. Here you are surrounded by open space filled with beautiful Arizona sky, native trees and mountain views.

The space
Prescott offers activities year round! Breathe in that delicious mountain air as you find peace in the winter snow or cool summer weather. Prescott Frontier Days Rodeo (July 4th), many parades, special events at Halloween, Thanksgiving, Lighting of the Courthouse in early December, Christmas festivities, and watching The Whiskey Row Boot Drop for the New Years Eve Event. The summer Concert Series brings free events to the Courthouse Square, where you can bring your chairs, sit back and take in the splendor of Prescott.

Prescott has many hiking trails from light and easy and those for the adventure seekers who enjoy a more rugged terrain. You may want to go see the Grand Canyon which is 1-1/2 hours away. Beautiful Sedona is an hour away, Jerome is 40 minutes and Flagstaff 1-1/2 hours away. If you want to see some local animals then our very own Heritage Park Zoo is a short 15 minute drive. The Granite Dells park is a gorgeous picturesque adventure and to name a few others we have Goldwater lake, Willow Creek and Lynx Lake. So many wonderful places to experience and enjoy!

The deck has a covered area and a retractable shade covering on the eastside, enjoy the sun or seek shade during the warmer months. The side deck overlooks onto the children's play area complete with climbing area and swing set.

Please note, this property requires travelers to be on approximately 3 miles of dirt road. This is a graded road, however does have wash board at certain times of the year.

BEFORE BOOKING please note that if your reservation requires a pet fee of $115, this fee will NOT be shown at time of booking. This fee will be requested through Airbnb once you've made us aware of the pet. It’s the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren’t originally listed at the time of booking. This cozy cabin with million dollar views is a great place for families and couples to unplug and relax while sitting on the deck enjoying the panoramic view of the national forest, stars and city lights. You'll probably see a deer below the deck. We get lots of birds and squirrels at our feeder. Full kitchen, deck grill, comfortable sectional sofa, queen air mattress, 2 twin mattresses. We're approx 15 min from downtown Whiskey Row, Starbucks and Walmart. AC units in bedrooms and family room.

If you have young children (under 6 years) please keep close supervision when they are outside of our cabin because of steep terrain.

Cozy up in this little rustic retro bungalow. Nestled in the pines and yet just minutes to all that downtown Prescott has to offer. This little log cabin is close access to the nightlife of famous Whiskey Row with phenomenal restaurants and unique shops all surrounding the courthouse square. Great outdoor activities close by including Goldwater Lake for hiking, fishing, as well as paddle boards and small boats for rent in season plus other hiking, biking, and off road vehicle trails nearby.

The space
The best of all worlds! Pineside Hideaway Cabin is located less than 5 miles to downtown Prescott and 1.6 miles to Goldwater Lake features a primary king bedroom on the main floor with full bathroom plus an open loft with 2 king beds and a half bathroom.

The vaulted living room with huge leather sectional couch, big screen TV, and wood burning stove makes for the perfect spot to cozy up and read a book or watch a movie. The dining room as well as outdoor dining table both accommodate 6 people. And the loft has a small workspace and reading nook.

This property has 2 large deck spaces with a Blackstone for outdoor cooking as well as a large fire pit area. Vintage style kitchen has everything you need to cook up some camp style meals. And the built-in bar is perfect for mixing up a woodsy cocktail after a long day of fishing or exploring the nearby hiking, biking or off roading trails.

With so many fun things to do close by, you and your friends and family are sure to enjoy this charming little retreat spot.

Please note that you will be asked to provide a copy of the signed house rules as well as a copy of your ID prior to check in.

This rustic cabin does have a small laundry but no dishwasher. Dish soap, a fresh sponge, and laundry detergent will be provided.

This cabin comes with Keurig and regular coffee maker as well as an electric tea kettle. A starter pack of Keurig pods will be provided.

Uber does regularly come up for getting to and from downtown, Whiskey Row, and other surrounding areas when driving is not an option.

We do have a nice collection of books and games as well as a record player with a small collection of records to choose from. There is also a separate portable blue tooth speaker for your convenience.

Towels, lines, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

A starter pack of firewood will be provided. ALL LIABILITY for damage to property or persons due to the use of the wood burning stove or fire or pit are exclusively on the renter and its occupants. Both wood burning and stove and fire pit are ONLY to be operated by a responsible adult. Minors are to be monitored around wood burning stove and fire pit AT ALL TIMES.

As you descend the spiral staircase to the lower level, fully carpeted bedrooms await, bright and airy with views to the east, south, and west. The first bedroom features a Smart Tv for streaming movies and shows, while the second bedroom opens to the lower deck with a small patio set. A full bath with a double vanity and tub/shower combination, as well as a washer/dryer, complete the lower level. We have added A/c to both lower bedrooms as well as main floor.

Perched on a gently sloped lot, Canyon View Cabin offers impressive views of the southern canyon and the sprawling Ponderosa pine forest. The wrap-around deck, adorned with comfortable patio furniture and a dining table, invites outdoor dining and relaxation. Enjoy the serene pine-scented breezes and delightful views from your morning coffee to your evening wine.

The main floor showcases the original log cabin walls built in 1957, providing a rustic and warm ambiance. The living room features a stone, wood-burning fireplace, a large wagon wheel light fixture, and large windows offering forest views. The great room layout includes an 8-seat dining room table and a modern kitchen fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and even a dishwasher. A propane grill on the deck ensures BBQing convenience.

The main floor bath, with a walk-in shower and a modern glass sink, adds to the cabin's charm. The spiral staircase within a stone turret serves as an interesting architectural feature, complemented by the old-fashioned light fixtures and nostalgic touches throughout.

The space
Lower level features an open concept living area with a newly remodeled kitchen in 2019. Kitchen remodel includes addition of real brick flooring, new backsplash, new counters, new refrigerator, new 3-rack dishwasher, and a new sink and faucet. The dining room juts out into the forest, making it feel like you are dining in the trees. The master bedroom hosts a King Size Log Bed and attached viewing room of the forest. The large loft currently serves as a bedroom with two Full Sized Log Beds, half bathroom and an office. Easily host additional Air Mattress Beds (4x Full Size) or Cots (2x) to sleep additional guests. Appliances - washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and microwave; water softener, reverse osmosis system, mini split heat and a/c system, outdoor lights strung around the deck, outdoor seating and new BBQ Grill. The space
Enter the beautiful cedar wood cabin into our spacious family room with a locally sourced stone fireplace and great view of the pines. Then walk through to the kitchen that leads to the expansive deck and treehouse that your kids will play in for hours on end. Past the kitchen features the Main Bedroom with a beautiful natural stone shower spacious enough for two.

A large game room is available with a 65" TV, shuffleboard table, and a great deal of games and DVDs for both kids and adults. Plenty of seating with large sectional, recliners, and bean bag chairs.

The first spare bedroom features a Queen Bed and the second spare bedroom holds 2 Twin bunk beds including 1 trundle. Lock the kids away and let the adults play...

The house has 2 bathrooms and Washer and Dryer are available for use.

Please note as we are in the woods, there is a 0.2 mile road that is unpaved. A sedan can easily make the trip. However in snowy or icy conditions a vehicle with AWD or 4x4 is recommended.
