Home is stocked with movies, games, books, yard games including corn hole & horse shoes. 2 bedrooms down with queen beds. Sleeping loft upstairs with 1 queen bed & 2 full beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. 2 full baths. New gas fireplace in living room. Washer, dryer & dishwasher. Kitchen is completely stocked - just bring groceries! Great get-away! Pets allowed upon owner approval - no puppies or aggressive breeds please. Family-owned since 1970.

A second bedroom with a lodgepole queen-sized bed is conveniently located across from the guest bathroom.

The cottage is on a beautifully treed and large quiet lot in a terrific golf course neighborhood with mostly seasonal homeowners. We use a professional cleaning company that limits the number of their clients to ensure the property is attended to at the highest levels. Our cottage features central air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable during your stay.
The kitchen comes fully ready with updated slate gray kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, and a complete kitchen full of all amenities anyone would need to prepare fabulous meals. Two decks and four smart HDTV's. Stream using the convenience of subscription to Hulu via Wi-Fi using Roku remotes. In addition to the two decks, the patio features beautiful wood look porcelain tile and a gas fire pit to enhance the outdoor experience. The game room offers Lazy Boy recliners, a nine-foot shuffleboard table and electric fireplace in addition to the fireplace in the great room. The cottage has comfortable quality furniture and beds from Basset, Serta, and World Market as well as IKEA. We have recently added top grain leather great room furniture from Costco. Cookware, linens, bath towels, etc. are all top quality. The great room features amazing light from the transom windows during the day and star light views in the evening peering between the massive Ponderosa pines. In the winter, the wood burning fireplace in the great room adds comfort to enjoy those chilly evenings.
You'll find hotel amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, bath and body bars, coffee and more. Bring your boat, quads, and other outdoor toys. as the large circular driveway can accommodate anything that can be towed.
A short 25-minute drive to Sunrise Ski Park and only 2 miles to Hondah Casino, this area is the best in Pinetop as it is close to all of the outdoor recreation that the White Mountains offer yet just a few minutes to the restaurants, shopping, and the numerous local shops of Pinetop. It is absolutely the best location for ski, nature, golf, and town amenities.
Comfortable king and queen beds with down duvet comforters and quality linens to make your stay relaxing. The interior is well decorated with expansive front windows framing views of tall mature pines. Two twin roll-aways are available for additional sleeping for kids. The side yard has enclosed fencing to allow your dogs to roam with safety coated wire on the three-rail lodge pole fencing. The new four-foot-high fencing will accommodate most dogs. A 16 X 24 detached garage offers plenty of space to accommodate large vehicles and its own blue tooth stereo for those that like to make full use of the space. Unusual for this size property is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a poker table and Lazy Boy recliners to view a movie or just lounge and read a good book.

Home Away/VRBO guest with 5-star guest ratings will receive immediate approval for bookings. We welcome new VRBO guests as well although approval may take a few hours to approve. We exclusively use VRBO for all of our bookings for the advantages it offers our guest as well hosts. All booking requests must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival.
If you are traveling with pets, please fully disclose the type, breed, and quantity. Our pet maximum is two pets including any additional guest that you may have visiting during your stay.
We do have exterior cameras on the property that do not interfere with guest privacy and assist in protecting guests and the host from any issues that may arise from the HOA or compliance with the rental agreement (no parties). Let us know if you would like additional information.
We typically have 24 blocks between guests. This allows our housekeeping service to dedicate the time necessary to ensure our high standards of cleanliness. Additionally, this allows us to usually accommodate guests requesting an early check-in or late check-out time. We ask you to let us know in advance for any changes to your check-in or check-out times so housekeeping can schedule appropriately. Late check-outs must be requested prior to check in to avoid any late fees.

Our comfortable garden cabin is in Pinetop Lakes Country Club. A two bedroom with a King in the master and Queen in the Guest room. In addition, is a 8" mattress Futon in the living room and an additional pillowtop roll-a-way bed if needed. A well-lit living room features a TV with sound bar to enjoy in front of a cozy gas fireplace. All updated appliances in the kitchen complete with pots, pans, plates and glassware... everything but the groceries... We have both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. This cabin has a newer washer and dryer. Extras include board games, dvd player with an assortment of movies. A smart lock allows seamless entry.

A very quiet and cozy place but enough wildlife to entertain such as squirrels and various birds that love peanuts and seeds. The front porch is perfect to watch them or for viewing a beautiful sunrise. A large, beautiful back deck is great for entertaining and overlooks the garden and flowers or a beautiful evening sunset. This deck also features a BBQ and gas firepit, with a second log firepit in the garden area. It's so relaxing, you might not want to leave.

Guest access
We have a fire pit in between the cabin and our main home that is for guest use, as well as the bbq grill and pool table in an out building. These are a shared area with the main home, but we do our best to to give you your privacy unless you need something!
Other things to note
Check in time is 3pm unless we can arrange earlier based on previous guests. Check out time is 11am again unless we can arrange for later based on impending guests! We want to make check in and check out as easy and flexible as possible because that’s what we like when we travel!

Located in the back of Pinetop Country Club, you are minutes from activities such as golf, fishing, hiking, biking, dining, gambling, shopping, and more. Maybe you'd rather curl up with your favorite book in front of the stone fireplace in the great room? Or perhaps take in the clean air, pine trees, and local birds while lounging on the large rear deck sipping a glass of wine? You can watch your favorite movie in the upstairs loft surrounded by the warmth of the knotty pine tongue and groove ceilings. If you’re overdue for a fun family game night, help yourself to one of the games in the upstairs closet and unleash your competitive side. Afterwards, you can head into town for unique shopping, local cuisine, and maybe a little date-night dancing. This open 2000 sq. ft. cabin has plenty of options to accommodate a weekend for two or larger groups with room to spare.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, large attached bath, and plenty of storage in the walk-in closet and dresser. The second bedroom contains a queen bed with a double closet and 5-drawer dresser. Upstairs is the large multi-use loft with a queen-sized Ethan Allen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, and includes another full bathroom.

The great room, dining and kitchen areas are inviting open spaces with ample room for relaxing, cooking and entertaining. Enjoy family meals together at the dining table, which comfortably seats 10, or have a cozy, intimate breakfast in the kitchen with seating for 2 at the expansive island. The kitchen comes with everything you need for your stay including: full-sized refrigerator, large capacity oven, glass top stove, microwave and other small appliances, new dishwasher, plus ample pantry storage, linens and pantry staples. There is plenty of parking in the circle drive and you will have access to the attached 2-car garage located at the back of the cabin.

Two 55" flat screen smart TVs - one upstairs and one downstairs - come with Samsung TV and access to apps like Netflix, Pandora, etc. There is WiFi internet connectivity throughout the property with excellent download speed for multiple devices.

Over the years, Pinetop Mountain Cabin has become an annual mountain retreat for many of my VRBO guests. When you arrive, plan to spend time on the deck and listen to the wind through the tall pines or simply take a walk in this quiet friendly neighborhood. Located near the base of Pinetop Mountain, charming Pinetop Mountain Cabin is 817 square feet with two bedrooms, one bath and can sleep up to six people. The cabin is completely furnished with the comforts of home including a WIFI, gas grill on the deck and hundreds of TV channel options on the ROKU. While updated, we kept some “old school charm” you would expect to find at a cabin. All you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. Come relax and enjoy all the activities the White Mountains has to offer.

It is my goal to offer a place you will want to return to every season. Pinetop Mountain Cabin is priced cheaper than most "budget" hotels, yet you get privacy and so much more room to spread out. I personally make an effort to provide a place you will enjoy and call your home when you visit. Proof in the property and location is in my repeat VRBO guest with 2 different guests that have even bought and now live in the same neighborhood.

I will do my best to answer any questions you have about your trip and can suggest where to eat, rent ski equipment, and where the fish are biting!

Away from busy main streets, but close to town with Charlie Clark’s restaurant and Eddies country store about 1.5 miles away.

Activities:
Hiking, Fishing, Hunting, Horseback Riding, Skiing, Sledding, Tubing, Swimming, Golfing, Miniature golf, Go-Carts, Casino, Cinema, Arcade, and Shopping are just some of the activities available in the Pinetop-Lakeside area.

Hon-Dah Casino with a restaurant is five miles away. Woodland Lake Park offers scenic walks, hiking trails, fishing, outdoor volleyball, and picnic tables. Sunrise Ski Park is a forty five minute drive away. Shopping: Wal-Mart Supercenter, Lowes, and Home Depot are nine miles away. Safeway is three miles away.

Beautiful one bedroom log cabin nestled in the tall pines a short walk or drive from Rainbow Lake recreation area. Minutes from downtown Pinetop/Lakeside and Show Low. This is the perfect base camp for all your northern adventures.

Several neighbors nearby have dogs. They may bark if you are outside. Generally they will stop after a few minutes. If you are not a fan of dogs please keep this in mind if you are considering renting this property.

The space
One of the best things about this cabin is the location. You are close to boating and Fishing, national forests for hiking and camping and Apache Sunrise for snowboarding and skiing. The cabin feels both remote and accessible, with an updated rustic feel. Note - Several people have noted that the pictures don't show neighbors. There are neighbors beside and behind the cabin but not close enough to fit in the pictures.

Featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bath, washer/dryer, full-size kitchen appliances, range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Very spacious 399 sq. ft. Pet friendly with doggie door and fenced yard. Up to two dogs ONLY, pet fee of $50.00 per stay.

The space
The kitchen is fully appointed with granite island, full size appliances, dishes, pots, pans, Keurig coffee pot, includes olive oil, spray Pam, salt and pepper. Dishwasher soap, windex and paper towels. Bathroom includes shower, four sets of guest towels. Bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress with flannel sheets, extra pillows and blankets, TV with Fire stick. Washer & dryer with laundry soap & dryer sheets. Living area has large screen smart TV, fireplace with heater, reclining softer rocker. Living space has office space with desk and WiFi throughout cabin.

Guest access
Tiny house community is in Lakeside ‘Luxtiny’. Pets are required to be on a leash at all times.

No smoking or vaping inside cabin.
No RV’s allowed parked in community.
Dogs only up to two, pet fee of $50.00 per stay.
All dishes should be cleaned or run in dishwasher.

This cozy 1-bathroom studio cabin is the perfect place to post up and relax or make your home base while you’re out exploring. This vacation rental community makes the perfect place for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. And with plenty of shared amenities and a peaceful 5-acre property, you’ll have plenty to do when you’re not cruising the Show Low Lake or hiking the local trails.

We do have a rental agreement that we would appreciate each guest signing, if you have any issues with the agreement please feel free to message us with your concerns, we want to make each guests stay a pleasant one.
We also pride ourselves on being a pet friendly and we have no restrictions on size of dogs however we do like to know what type of pet you have just in case the little guy or girl gets out. We also have a $50.00 pet fee per pet for up to (2) pets per stay, if you have more than two please just message us before booking so that we can accommodate your stay properly. Some of our airbnb's are a bit snug and we would like to refer you to a larger one if we have one available.

Adventurous couples will love the private indoor jacuzzi where you can enjoy an easygoing evening and groups will find plenty to do as well — multiple vacation rentals are available for families. When you’re not chilling around the fire pit, hit the hiking trails or head out to Show Low Lake to beat the heat.
