Tried calling our contact Gregory 3 times and got a recording that my call would be returned within 24 hours. Not acceptable! He texted me back the next morning at 6 am and woke us up. Said the home had no AC and to use the house fan and close everything up during the day. It was 83 degrees in the house. We also were not told the back deck was being rebuilt until the day before we left for our trip. The building materials were stacked in the driveway which limited parking. The hand soap and shower soap were so watered down you couldn’t get a suds going. We ended up going to the store and buying soap. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice. Won’t be back though. "

Chill out in the beautiful ponderosa pine forest of Pinetop, Arizona. Our property backs the Site-graves National Forest. The property is within walking distance to Charlie Clark's, The Orchard, Eddie's Country Store, coffee shops, and lots of cute little shops. We are the closest property to the forest entrance. In the summertime, enjoy hiking trails that are only steps away. In the winter months, we are twenty minutes from winter sports at Sunrise Ski Resort.

We have two parking spots with video monitoring. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome to play in the front gated yard. We have three very friendly dogs in a separate yard. There is a $40 pet fee if registered ahead of time. $50 fee for unregistered "surprise" pets. We are pet friendly but please declare your pet! Please take your pets with you when you leave to go out.

We have a mounted 40-inch Samsung TV has with apps and streams movies well. There is a weak WIFI signal in the cottage. We also have a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and DVD player. There is no kitchen!

The cottage was built in 1955 and still has the original pine walls. It is cozy with a charming mountain feel. The rustic bedroom is contrasted by a newly renovated luxury style bathroom featuring marble floors, marble counter tops, and a walk-in shower. There is a whole bathroom water filter and tankless water heater. Hydronic baseboard heaters with thermostat control will keep you comfortable. The heaters are quiet and keep the room warm without drying the air. We do not have air conditioning but there is a portable fan to put by the security screen door. You cannot see into the room with the security door closed.

The cottage has one comfortable queen-sized bed that can fit two people. The cottage itself is is not attached to the main house. It is attached to the garage but there is no entrance into the cottage from the garage.

The cottage features all new electric, plumbing, and a smoke detector for your safety and peace of mind.

We have five outdoor security cameras on the acreage. They have the ability to monitor and record video and sound. One on the playground, one on the front yard, one on the side of the front yard, one pointing at the driveway, and one doorbell camera at the gate for the main house.

Steps from Big Springs Environmental Study & Woodland Lake Park trails. Clean, cozy cul de sac - we have eleven apple trees that ripen in the fall, (three directly behind house & eight in open lot we own) Apples available for picking & eating! Deer run through yard almost daily.

Feel tucked away from the main drag, but still be within walking distance of the movie theater, game store, ice cream shop.

The space
King bed in the primary bedroom downstairs off of the kitchen. Sofa in the living area folds out into a queen bed. Upstairs attic-conversion, you'll find two rooms with doors for privacy. One room has (2) twin beds, and the other room has (1) full bed.

We also have a pack-and-play downstairs for the babies.

Kitchen has a drip coffee pot, & french press, along with all basic necessities. Read our reviews! Outdoor backyard has a grill and seating. Free parking on the property. Our apple trees are ripe for pickin' late September and Early October.

Out back is a hammock, charcoal grill, table for 6 with umbrella and fire pit. The nights sky and stars are amazing!
