There's a sun terrace and guests can use free Wifi and free private parking. Providing a patio and mountain views, the spacious chalet includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, satellite flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. Has in floor heating through out the house. Large patio with dog run. huge campfire area. Peak views all over the property. This property is very quiet and comfortable. Beautiful 1500 sq feet cottage on 1/2 acre. This is a new cabin/ cottage on 1/2 acre. Lots of trees, fire pit, Classic video game with over 80 games. Great for small families. Beds for 6 if needed but perfect for a small family. 3 miles from downtown, 3 miles from Snowbowl. Small pets are allowed for a fee. This is in a very private area surrounded by million dollar homes. Must be 25 or older to rent.There is a separate entrance for 1st floor and second floor.like having to separate apartments First floor up the stairs has a queen bed in master and pullout queen couch in living room. Second floor which you enter thru garage has a queen over full adult bunk bed large studio set up. So if you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping by themselves down stairs.We do charge based on amount of people staying so please enter correct amount of children and adults so we dont have a problem when checking in. - "A wonderful bit of property with a fenced in backyard so our dogs could roam around a bit. The whole upstairs is perfect for a couple and the downstairs has plenty of room for more guests. The kitchen had a great amount of cooking ware and utensils. The cabinets were stocked with enough salt and pepper for a couple years, lol. It also had an assortment of seasonings and spices." - "Everything was exactly as we wanted. A place for our dog and kids to have a good time. We weren't able to ski due to the wind so we enjoyed the extra time we had in this beautiful home. We can't wait to stay here again!"

Nestled deep in cool Coconino National Forest between the Grand Canyon (56 miles) and Flagstaff's Snow Bowl (19 miles). You choose whether to nest in the cozy cottage or explore the adjacent woods and trails.
Hunters will be in AZ Fish and Game Unit 7E. November, December and January generally closed due to snow. If you can independently handle bad roads and lots of snow, inquire about desired dates.
Home is off the grid: electric power comes from solar panels, propane for cooking and heating. The rain water collected for washing and flushing is non-potable. Drinking water is stocked. AT&T and Verizon users get a signal . . . but you can always turn your phone off. There is secure WiFi.
You'll need a sturdy vehicle (pickup or 4 wheel drive recommended) to travel the seven miles of dirt road. The drive is slow but provides lovely vistas and opportunities to spot deer, elk and antelope.
Sleeps up to 6: 1 queen bed, bunk beds, futon and hide-a-bed in the couch. Linens and cookware are provided.
Don't trust "What's Nearby" Google often directs guests to a similarly named street inside the City of Flagstaff.

- "We loved the property size and location. So quiet in the neighborhood, except for the dogs off in the distance howling every morning like clock work. We didn’t mind though. It was nice opening the windows and watching the storms roll through. Nice eating out on the patio. Solar panels for electricity was an adjustment for us, but our host was very responsive and clear on instructions for starting the generator. Beautiful view of Humphreys peak. Long dirt drive from the main road, but was well maintained and had beautiful views and occasional wildlife. Would most definitely stay again in the future! In addition to the 3 Cottages, our Estate also has a 4-story Mansion and a 1BR Studio Suite for rent. That's 5 rentals total and they can be rented separately or as a group, whatever you need!

The grounds here are incredibly serene and beautiful, with amazing mountain views, outdoor seating areas, as well as grassy play areas, cascading rock waterfall and our Sedona Red Rock fire pit. We have free parking on site and we're convenient to everything in town.

"I don’t think there’s enough space to recount all the amazing things about this cottage. It makes sense why it (the whole property) can also be used as a wedding venue. The scenery seemed like something out of a fairy tale, deer included! The leaves were changing, the weather was chilly and rainy, nature was abundant and thriving. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was so comfortable and cozy with the cutest decorations like little succulents and marble coasters. There was even a charming warmer that looked like a
fireplace. All the amenities we needed were provided to us by the hosts. It can
comfortably accommodate 4 adults if necessary. There is a small nook in the wall that would be the perfect hideaway to do homework or read or just be alone. We didn’t get to plan to use the fire pit but it would have been perfect for the cool weather. The hosts were readily available and as friendly and inviting as can be. There is a Walmart 5 driving minutes away, a convenience store, and even a park and skate park! The views look like something out of a Bob Ross painting - surreal! My only regret was having to leave this
amazing place. This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at and I plan to return as soon as possible!"

Everything in beautiful historic flagstaff is a walk away. The cottage was more than sufficiently furnished and tidy. We actually got to talk to one of the owners and he was a really friendly guy, and made sure that we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing.The only thing was when we got there, it was very late and the gate to the courtyard was a little tricky to find but it’s to the left of the diner building. Late at night it can get pretty rowdy along the street but it’s far back enough from the road to feel away from it all. 10/10 would recommend this location!"

Rustic style small studio in the backyard of the owner's house. It is a stand-alone structure with a separate entrance and independent utilities control, not connected with the owner's residence. No other guests share this space. The owners live in the main house and control the area of the premises.
It is a nice place in a quiet neighborhood located two miles from Flagstaff downtown, less than a mile from the National Forest and Buffalo Park, very close to the shopping center, restaurants and Flagstaff Medical Center.
The studio has a refrigerator, air conditioner/heater, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, teapot and all necessary kitchen stuff. Also, we provide guests with some essential food and bath supplies and extra bedding for the roll-on-bed.
Our nice outside patio is suitable for meals and relaxation if weather permits.
The check-in procedure is simple — the door to the cabin will be open for you, and you will find the keys inside the unit.
Please park your car in the pink gravel driveway along the metal fence on the right side of the property. The door to the backyard is straight before you and it will be open too.

The back of the property had a trail we went exploring and picked wild flowers. It is close to downtown Flagstaff probably about a 15 min drive. Did some shopping. We suggest chains or all wheel/4-wheel drive to get to the property. This rental is accessed via guest's vehicle, 1 vehicle allowed. However, Uber and Taxis will service this neighborhood as well, ask them to park at the top of the street so they don't get stuck. There is no public transportation nearby. The airport is one exit north of this neighborhood off of I-17.

If you plan to have more than two guests, they will need to sleep on an air mattress (provided).

This rental shares the property with two other rental spaces. You have your own private space plus a shared yard. Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement.

Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that 4% of any cancellation will be withheld to cover credit card processing fees.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a paid pet fee of $65 for up to a 4 night stay with a maximum of two dogs, no cats. Fees can be higher for longer stays. Please message us for rates.

Supervision and Behavior: Please refrain from leaving your dog unattended inside the home, especially if they tend to be loud or have a tendency to be destructive. We want to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

Backyard Enjoyment: Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the backyard space. Feel free to let them run and play. However, we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly to keep the area clean and pleasant for all.

Clean-Up Supplies: For your convenience, we've provided bags and a scooper to assist you in cleaning up any messes your pet may make. Proper disposal of waste is important to us, so please use these supplies when needed.
Leash Requirement: When your dog is outside of the house or yard area, they must be leashed at all times. This is to ensure their safety and the safety of other guests and neighbors.
Please respect the other guests in the homes on the property. Please stay out and also keep dogs out of the other yards. Only use the yard areas next to the house you are renting
