- "Excellent" - "Nice high class stay!" - "The property itself was great, but although we booked through VRBO with a private owner, we were still put through the hard sell by Wyndham Resorts to sign up for a timeshare sales pitch. The woman was pleasant and professional, and I know she was just doing her job, but we still had to almost be rude to get away from the desk with our parking pass - and not be subjected to further high pressure sales. Other than that, the place was nice and conveniently located. I'm sure the description was accurate, and it was too cold to grill out any way, but there was not a personal gas grill for our use. But not a show stopper - we would certainly stay there again."

- "We stayed 2 nights with 3 kids and 3 adults. A few maintenance issues were handled quickly (a fuse blew when we plugged in the alarm clock!). The check in was very warm and welcoming and very informative too. We loved Bear Paw. The kids really enjoyed the games, pool table, etc. Pool was very cold but we still used it. Beds were good. Lots of storage space. Smelled a little musty in the bottom bedroom and someone’s clothes were in the dresser and the light in the closet doesn’t work, but overall was very clean and met our expectations. The added touch of snacks and drinks and coffee were above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with some entertainment."

- "My boys and i came up for the night from Phx. Had a great stay/time!" - "They do a lot with what little they are working with. The property needs some love. The lobby was filthy. Breakfast was mediocre but I wasn't expecting much more. The usual pastries, sausage, powdered eggs. But no waffles and pancakes. There was syrup out. But no was going to be bothered with providing that. The real problem was the room condition and a long term guest staying there. The floors in both rooms were DIRTY. Tile and carpet. Gross. Both shower curtains had a mildew smell to them. It is an extended stay suite but the kitchen barely has anything in it. Not even a hand towel or other cloth for tidying up. There was the smallest roll of paper towels I have ever seen that were thinner than gift wrap tissue paper. A lady and male staying in the room directly beneath mine will not allow you to make any noise during daylight hours. They knocked on my door and constantly called the front desk. They were living there for a while and I guess she decided to become head of the pretend HOA. The washing machines smell like dogs and have dog hair in them. Not saying I don't like dogs. I love them. But maybe someone could tend to removing the hair from the washing machines periodically. I would not stay here again. Plenty of other options in the area worth trying other than this property. This is a extended stay hotel."

- "Loved the property setup. Could park right outside the door. Lovely shaded, grassy areas to walk the dogs or just sit outside and enjoy the weather. - "We stayed at this property in Flagstaff over the 4th of July weekend and really enjoyed the overall layout with 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom for each. The living room area was nice and the location was terrific! The kitchen was functional but only barely had enough plates, cups, and utensils for one sitting. There was no dish rack or dish detergent so we had to go to the Walmart to be able to have dishes for each meal. The frying pan was old and scratched so we had to buy one at the Walmart to use during our stay. There was some deferred maintenance needed as the carpets were old and showed stains, and the furniture was pretty beat up. Overall, the location and the layout made it worth the booking."
