Along with the wide variety of Prescott area interests and activities, Orchard Ranch offers a variety of activities This property is very charming, move in ready with living room w/ queen size hide-a-bed sofa for guests, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower and bedroom with queen bed and lots of closet space. The HVAC unit is very sufficient for any type of weather. As a bonus there is a screened in patio with table, chairs and ceiling fan for added comfort. Property is 1 minute walk to pickle ball, large pool, sauna, fully equipped exercise room, mailboxes, putting greens, club house, billiard room and bocce ball court, covered social hall and entertainment hall. The neighbors are friendly. Prescott and Prescott Valley offer a wide variety of activities for those interested in Arizona history, Western & Native American art, antique shops, golfing, fishing, hiking, gambling casinos, panning for gold, or just exploring the many back-mountain roads.
