Living Space: This spacious, inviting, inspiring and open-concept layout features soft plush couches, and a dining space that creates the ideal gathering area! There is an HD flat screen TV with Steaming capability that you can log into your accounts with. WiFi is provided for your convenience! The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards to enjoy hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime. The home comes with central heat and air for your comfort as well as a fireplace for those crisp fall and winter evenings.

Kitchen: The home has a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a oven, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker! It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and stocked with your basic spices and oils.

Master Bedroom: This spacious master bedroom highlights a plush King-sized bed. This room features an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower and a spacious closet area.

Second bedroom: This bedroom has a queen size mattress.

Third bedroom: This bedroom has a queen size mattress.

Fourth bedroom: This bedroom has two twin size beds.

Additional sleeping: There is a full size futon located downstairs as well.

Bathrooms: This home has a private bathroom that is attached to the Master Suite. There is a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for each guest. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Propane Grill: There is a propane grill onsite for your convenience.

Washer/Dryer: The cabin has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience located in the laundry room area.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest

Other things to note

While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

BEFORE BOOKING: please note that if your reservation requires additional guest fees and/or pet fees, these fees will NOT be shown at time of booking. These fees will be added AFTER you have booked and you have paid the amount due at that time. It's the guest's responsibility to let us know within 48 hours of booking if there are any pets, service animals or additional guests that weren't originally listed at the time of booking. Changes made to the reservation after 48 hours of time of booking are subject to a $35 change of reservation fee in addition to the pet fee and/or additional guest fee. Our unexpected friendship may have started accidentally, but our love for meeting new people has kept it going strong almost a decade later. That’s why this year, we’re expanding our annual tradition and inviting new guests to spend Thanksgiving with us at Wanda’s home – because that’s what grandma’s do: feed everyone.

The space
Booking for a private room at Wanda’s home opens at 11 a.m. MST on Tuesday, November 14 for a one-night stay for up to two guests on Monday, November 20. The stay will be priced at $16 – a nod to 2016 when we spent our first Thanksgiving together that started it all.

During your stay, you can make yourself at home and enjoy our Thanksgiving traditions alongside a few of our family and friends, by:
- Having a seat at our Thanksgiving table, fixed with everyone’s favorite holiday dishes.
- Playing board games, watching movies and cozying up by the fire with a cup of cider or hot cocoa.
- Taking part in our annual selfie.
- And our favorite activity – exchanging stories, experiences and heartwarming memories as we create new ones together.

This is a hostel like home that has several bedrooms & even a treehouse that share 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining rooms, living room, laundry facilities, and even bicycles! You get your own comfortable private room and access to all shared spaces. Centrally located in an industrial/ residential neighborhood close to downtown. The room has a queen bed and can accommodate 2 guests.

A clean, relaxing stay in the parkho/us of Prescott Valley. Not suitable for Pets or Children under 2yrs of age. Glass tables, rough edges, unprotected outlets, toys with small parts are in common areas, multi-level common area, not suitable for children under two. The space
Three of our four bedrooms are reserved for guest's use and the bathroom will be shared with the other guests in the home. This is room #2 and includes a Full size bed and a twin air mattress (upon request). We have a large back yard with a deck, and a swing set and slide for children between the ages of 3 and 12. The Mountain Valley Park and splash pad are only 1/2 mile away. We live on the property in the master suite with our 7 yr old child.

Guest access
Guests access the property by entering a secure PIN on the front door's deadbolt. Each room has is own unique key for guest security.

During your stay
Guests can reach us by the Airbnb app by text or by knocking on our door. We will give guests their privacy but are open to answer questions or just talk.

I live here the house is shared with me. The room is cozy. The heat and air-conditioning are controlled by remote for your room. The shared bathroom is across the hall. There is a large closet with hangers to store your personal items. There is a lock on the door. There is great natural light. I live in a neighborhood that is tucked away. It is about 1 1/2 miles west of downtown Prescott. It's easy to walk, very little traffic and sidewalks where there is traffic.

During your stay
I can be as available as you like. I am happy to hang out and share a cup of tea, or retreat to my room and give you peace and quiet time. There is coffee, and tea, a microwave and a mini refrigerator in the room

Maximum number of guests is 2. No pets. I live here. I will be here. I protect the quiet energy here so quiet time is 9 pm until 7 am. Arrivals after nine pm will be prearranged.
