Holbrook is a quiet town in the heart of Route 66. My family has lived here our whole lives and love our town. We have a two story home with with a birds eye view of Holbrook and The historic Wigwam Hotel that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s Cars movie. The downstairs is for our guests and is comfortable, cozy and clean. We are 20 minutes to a four hour drive to The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona and much more.

The downstairs getaway has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, living and dining area as well as a pool table. There is also a private patio where our guests can enjoy our Arizona weather with an amazing view of Holbrook. There is a walkway leading from the street where you will be able to park your vehicle and have private access to the back door. Our home is the perfect safe haven from solo travelers who like their space to groups of friends and families who may be traveling together. We have a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker in your private dining area. We also provide paper/plastic plates, silverware, cups and napkins.

Each room has a T.V. with a DVD player and the private living room has cable and an apple T.V. . We have a selection of DVD's and board games for guests to use. There are individual coolers in each room to help make your stay more comfortable in the summer. You can enjoy a nice walk or bike ride around the friendly neighborhood.

This old 1938 style home is beautiful with all the original wood Decor With a queen bed in each bedroom and a 43 inch smart tv in each bedroom as well so you can relax in private. The living room had to brand new couches with a 50 inch smart Tv for viewing. Internet included so you can stream all your favorite shows from all your favorite apps. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking Essentials and dish wear if you decide to stay in and cook. If not this place is only 5 min from any eatery in Town! Private fenced in back yard! With a nice deck. Washer and dryer included for you convenience. Also had its own drive way for parking, along with street parking if needed.

This is an adorable 10x10 non-insulated shed/cabin. Overlooking The Petrified Forest National Park plateaus to the southeast. Comes with one bunk bed with star gazing glass roof window. Includes sofa bed, refrigerator, coffee Kurig counter top machine with cabinet storage for dishes, pots, pans and utensils. You can also enjoy an indoor wood burning stove or a Portable Buddy heater and a two burner Coleman stove with propane tank. Cabin has hot and cold running water indoor sink and outdoor shower. We provide a double cartridge toilet just outside cabin.
Enjoy the outdoor area with hammocks, patio table and chairs. Owner is always on site unless you request more privacy in advance. I don’t have a problem planning a camping trip of my own.

It has many of the must-haves of modern travel, though there are a few adjustments to glamping life you'll need to make.

Comfortable Interior: This vintage camper may be from a different era, but it comes with the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The interior boasts a generous couch that easily slides out into a comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Note that this bed is somewhere between a double and a single–it's about 60 inches wide.

Most days air conditioning isn’t needed in this climate, but for those days when we do need it, it is available during the warmest daylight hours. We have a generator that will run the a/c during the day to keep you comfortable.

1/2 Bath: in true ‘50s camping style, Aunt Bea features a half bath with the option of washing up in the sink. Water can be heated on the stove.

Cute and Cozy: The camper's interior is decorated with a charming vintage aesthetic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect blend of retro charm and convenience. You’ve got a well-appointed kitchenette and a few staples that you’re welcome to enjoy. The kitchenette has a four-burner stove, fridge and freezer, and double sink. Holbrook is a charming town in the heart of Route 66. My family has lived here our whole lives and love our town. We have a two story home with with a birds eye view of Holbrook and The historic Wigwam Hotel that was the inspiration for the Cozy Cone Motel in Disney’s Cars movie. The downstairs is for our guests and is comfortable, cozy and clean. We are 20 minutes to a four hour drive to The Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, Grand Canyon, Four Corners National Monument, Sedona and much more

The Sanctuary is entered by passing through a vintage wrought-iron gate and then through the peaceful courtyard to the door of the space.

In the bedroom, the full sized bed has a new memory-foam mattress with luxury linens. The locally-made headboard was created from church pew-ends discovered during renovation. An Oriental rug, Aubusson-inspired bedspread and matched stained-glass windows complete the picture... along with the signature antler chandelier, guest closet, and, of course, just a few books to whet your whistle.

Speaking of that whistle, just across the stairway hall from the bedroom is The Altar Bar where there is an electric griddle, a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, crockpot and coffee pot. There's also a small TV, with cable and Wifi.

The well-appointed bathroom has an Asian motif featuring a wonderful red-lacquered cupboard found in Camp Verde AZ, which complimented the style of a vintage mirror owned for many years. The corner shower is new and small, but mighty! AZ dust will rinse easily away!

The steeple library room, bedroom 2 shown in pictures, is up one flight of stairs, reached through a narrow stairway that has an authentic and secretive vibe. This is a fine spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea as it has comfortable cushions and pillows plus a library table to make it easy to peruse those oversized coffee-table books about the Southwest, architecture, fashion, landscape and maybe even Shakespeare!

The cushioned bench in the steeple library can become an extra-long twin bed UPON REQUEST. The bed would suit a third person or provide a sleeping place for a guest who needs his or her own bed. PLEASE REMEMBER TO REQUEST if you need this bed as it is made up by staff. (No charge.) Thanks!

The world famous "Jacks Canyon" sport rock climbing area is situated 30 minutes south of town on Hwy 87. Clear Creek Reservoir is a popular swimming, fishing and boating area just 8 minutes south of town. Winslow has all you need for a comfortable stay!

Parking is free - street parking is available. Please be aware it is in a commercial district but within 50 ft of the entrance to the Modern Loft and well lit at night.

This well-appointed and modern two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is centrally-located in Winslow, Arizona. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Each has its own spacious walk-in closet. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pots and pans and anything you may need to prep and cook a meal. The living room has ample seating and 60 inch television.

This is a unique Star Gazing cabin with slightly tinted glass roof top to stare up at the stars and milky way from the comfort of your bed. This is a NON INSULATED she shed. Has two queen size beds. Overlooks the Petrified Forest National Park plateaus, south east of the cabin. Beautiful views, and has everything you need to cook outdoors, hang out on swing chairs and relax.
Host stays onsite, unless a request for a more intimate private setting. I have no problem taking a camping trip.

The space
Our home is a 1400 sq ft 3 bed / 2 full bath split floor plan home. One side of the home is a king suite the other side has 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds. The home has been fully updated with new everything.... paint, flooring, windows, HVAC, you name it.

The exterior of our home has landscape lighting to illuminate your path if you arrive after dark.

The south side of our home has a level 2 Tesla Charger for fast charging any time of day with no idle-related fees.

Plenty of parking is available on the front gravel or driveway. Street parking is also available.

This Cabin sits on a hill with a gentle slope that overlooks the beautiful plateaus of Petrified Forest National Park edge. This cabin is equipped with its own outdoor shower with hot and cold water. It includes a coffee Kurig machine, AC power with inverter and refrigerator.

The space
This is an adorable 10x10 NON-INSULATED.!! SHED TURNED INTO a barn feel, cabin with one bunk bed, width ranging between a twin and a full size. Underneath is a sofa bed, refrigerator, coffee machine, small counter space with cabinet storage and disposable utensils (plastic knives, forks and spoons). You can also enjoy an indoor wood burning stove or a Portable Buddy heater and hot or cold running water and sink. I provide a double cartridge outdoor, outhouse toilet that yes… FLUSHES.!! Please ask if you can’t understand its functionality. I will be happy to explain.
Enjoy the outdoor area with (2) hammocks, picnic table and outdoor chairs, (2) and bonfire pits, swing bench on top of shipping containers. Occasionally we do outdoor movie nights under the stars, with bonfire. Free roaming space for all pups to run free. Please don’t leave dog stool behind. Owner is always on site **unless you request otherwise, I don’t mind leaving the property for more privacy and a better experience for you. So please don’t hesitate to ask.
