Both bedrooms have a private bath and lots of room for extra seating to read or relax. One bedroom has a television. There is a full size, fully furnished kitchen with lots of counter space to create your special culinary creations. The dining area includes a large table to comfortably seat 8. There is cozy seating in the living area to enjoy the 55" HD television. The covered back patio provides more space to spread out around the fire pit or patio table and grill your meal on the large five burner grill. We welcome you as our guest and will do our best to make it a pleasant stay. It is just my wife and I, both semi-retired, that live upstairs so you may occasionally hear the faint sounds of life over-head. Lots of fun games, pool table, and more in the garage. Bathrooms were well stocked with comfy towels and lots of toiletries. Great selection of pots, pans, cooking utensils. Every small appliance we could have wanted in the kitchen. Lots of food supplies in the pantry, and great snacks to munch on. Spencer even supplied the items to make s’mores using the cute fire pit on the backyard patio. The grill was great for bar-b-queing in the backyard. We stayed there with our two adult sons and the house was a great size for the four of us and our son who lives close by. The highest TV in the family room with lots of furniture made it easy to hang out for family time. There are great new TVs in the bedrooms. This home is great for hanging out with family and friends. This 288 square foot tiny house is fully loaded with full size washer and dryer, sink, mini split unit for heating and cooling. This newly built, modern designed studio with a beautiful tiled shower will be sure to amaze you. A small patio area with table and chairs noted with strings lights that turn on at night is the perfect getaway vacation rental you will be sure to remember. - "I thoroughly enjoyed this tiny home! It had everything we needed for our one night stay after a wedding. I usually go in with my own cleaning products to make sure I clean where I stay, but I’m pleased to report that it was absolutely clean in there and you could smell it when you walked in. I would recommend this place if you need a night or two in Prescott. I will be staying again if I’m ever back in town. It ranks highest on my lift of non hotel stays! Wow, I didn’t use the washer and dryer or the grill. It was nice to see that it was available. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here! Check-in was a breeze. Although we were in the back of our house home, we were not disturbed even once and didn’t need to interact with them in order to check in. This thing here because I know privacy is important too many people. I usually would avoid staying somewhere if I thought that I would be in someone’s backyard.
