- "I am always a bit apprehensive "buying" from photos and owner descriptions however this property is everything claimed plus a little bigger than it looks. The home is very comfortable and everything needed for your stay, just short of food, is supplied with the casita. The owners are on site and while they were invisible 99% of the time, they were very nice folks and very accommodating. The homeowner has chickens and lemon trees and offers the fruit of each to renters. Previous visits to the Scottsdale area have always been great but we were very pleasantly surprised by the Cave Creek area where the casita is located. All the stores, shops, cantinas, hiking and what have you are located nearby and easily accessed with a vehicle. There is some truly great golf and fine dining in the area as well . If the weather (somehow) won't let you out of the house, the casita has good WIFI and full cable TV access not to mention a very nice BBQ grill and fire table. I confidently recommend this property as a terrific vacation spot."

The foosball table, fire pit, bbq, large tub and Japanese toilette were all great amenities. And we appreciated having the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack a weeks worth of clothes. This is the ultimate location for relaxation - very quiet neighborhood but close to wonderful golf courses and some really great restaurants. Morghan was really detail oriented and prompt with her messages, which was very appreciated. Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy the pool on this trip due to the heat pump not working, but we hope to return and enjoy it in the future."

Enough room for at least 10 people. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glassware, pots, pans, bakeware, a coffee pot, a toaster, etc... Beds are beyond comfortable, and each bedroom has its own bathroom! Plenty of bed linen for all the beds. The gorgeous office came in handy, as 2 of us had to get some work done. The outdoor space is enormous, with all kinds of comfortable furniture, grill, huge pool, and hot tub. So many fun places to visit nearby. We rented e bikes at nearby Pedego Electric Bikes, Glendale/Peoria...highly recommend! Went for a nature walk at Cave Creek Regional Park. Visited so many cute shops and restaurants in the town of Cave Creek...Buffalo Chip Saloon, Stumblina's Cantina, El Encanto, Janey's (live music every evening). Close to so many fun places to visit! We were lucky to have come across this rental and hope to visit again someday."

- "We love this property. We have stayed here multiple times with friends and Family. Great location, close to town but set in a nice quiet desert area. Great views. Great local attractions. Lots of Parking! We stay here when we go to Bartlett lake, so the ample parking for our trucks and boats is very nice. Great house layout, perfect for multiple families and children. Wonderful Kitchen, we always cook at least 1 night. Fabulous patio to enjoy the evening. Cave creek town is just minutes away so that is handy as well. I love this house!!!!"
