- "Great house was great but a little difficult checking in as houses not well marked" - "Once in the complex the unit address was hard to find. None of the outdoor lights were working. The living room tv didn't work, the loft toilet was shooting water and filled the septic tank so the other toilet couldn't flush either. We couldn't turn the toilet off because it was too tight. Finally got maintenance out around 10:30 pm. Light fixture full of bugs. There is more but you get the picture."

This guest house / studio apartment is on our fenced property close to Mesa, US-60 and Loop 202. The building is separate from the main house. Main house is not part of this listing. Distance between the 2 buildings is 44 feet. We can easily be reached.

This is not a one bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom but a small studio with a pantry kitchen and a queen size bed. Pantry kitchen features a countertop stove with 2 burners, a Keurig capsule coffee machine, microwave, mini oven and an espresso machine. Keep in mind that this is not a full kitchen and not suitable for large meals. Appliances can only be used individually since they are on a single 20 amp breaker. Small 110 volt washer-dryer combo in the bathroom. This machine is for small loads only. Dryer takes more time than a regular 220 volt model. This machine is a little bit noisy. Quiet Samsung refrigerator with icemaker. This place is very quiet, safe and private. High speed internet. TV with local channels. No cable TV but there is a Voice controlled Roku Express+ which gives you access to Netflix. Not suitable for pets. Since some guests are allergic to animal hair, we don’t make exceptions.

Guests receive gate opener and the key upon arrival. Keep in mind that this is not a self check in property. You have to let us know the approximate time of arrival and keep us updated since we have to meet you at the gate to give you the gate opener. You will be responsible for lost key or lost gate opener - if key or gate opener is not returned. Guest agrees to pay $45,- for a new lockset (for the main door and the security door) if he/ she loses the key. Guest will be billed $ 50,- if the gate opener is not returned. This includes the cost of installing new locks and reprogramming the gate opener. This is for our safety and the safety of other guests. We don't want any guns / firearms on our property. Guest will not carry any firearms on the property and advise visitors of our firearms policy. Absolutely no smoking inside the studio but smoking is ok on the patio or anywhere outside. Pool was built in 10/2025 and isn’t heated yet. Once the heater is installed we will update the listing. It will probably be in late January or February 2026.
Pool Rules: 1.) Absolutely no glass inside the pool area !! There are plastic cups in the kitchen cabinet. In case of a glass breakage we have to call the pool company to completely drain the pool. This is the only way to make sure that the are no broken glass pieces somewhere at the bottom. The cost of draining and replacing the water is $1000,-
2.) There is no lifeguard. Guests are fully responsible for their safety. Children have to be supervised all the time. 3.) This pool is not a diving pool. Deepest point is approximately 70“. No jumping. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR POTENTIAL INTERNATIONAL CARD SURCHARGE IF USING AN INTERNATIONAL DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD.

The space
Guest house has been completely remodeled. A lot of love has gone into making it a clean, modern, and welcoming space. The views of the mountains and city are truly breathtaking!

We own the home perpendicular to this guest house (think of it like an L shape) the houses share a courtyard (guests do not have access to the courtyard) and the houses do not share any walls or doors. We are close enough to make sure you are totally accommodated!

- "This place was magnificent. I stayed in the Seahorse Casita. The views were impeccable from the property. The casita was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. There is a cute kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, and dishes. The Zen Garden connected to the casita was a peaceful oasis. The grounds were beautiful and filled with local flora. The front of the property had an adorable palapa with the best view of the Superstition Mountains. Checking in and out was easy. As wonderful as the property was, the hosts are what made the stay so great (they reside on the property in their separate private home). I was traveling by myself for the first time and the host, Rhonda, checked in on me throughout my stay. Upon my arrival, she gave me fresh baked goodies she had made that day. She gave me recommendations for hiking and sightseeing in the area, as well as recommendations for nearby grocery stores for supplies. - "Property was well maintained. House had everything anyone might need. Property Manager was very helpful, as we had several questions never having done this before. Would definitely stay there again." - "Property is great. Was not fond of the loud furnace or the AUTO setting thermostat. I was hot so I turned down the thermostat but then the AC kicked in. That is when I realized the thermostat had this AUTO feature. There seemed to be a very small range for this feature to kick in. The heat was set at 70 but when I turned it down to 65, that is when the AC kicked in. I then turned off the AUTO feature. Otherwise this place was GREAT once I figure out the thermostat.I also had to asked EVOLVE for the check in instruction and did not receive them until 6:48pm. I should have received them the day before I waas to arrive."

So this house is a 20 minute drive from both lakes. I frequently go boating on the weekends so if that is something that interests you please let me know. I have 2 kayaks as well that I’ll rent out. I occupy the house and Airbnb my other rooms... All the rooms have locks on them and I will provide you with a key that only works for your door- I have antlers on the wall to give it the country feel. I have a dog named Marley who is a sweet heart of a dog !

The trailer is located on our family ranch property at the end of a private dead-end road. Guests have full access to the front and side yard. All of our animals are kept in the backyard behind locked gates. Guests are welcome to visit with our horses with prior communication.

Living room—spacious floorplan with full sized dinette, dual recliners, electric fireplace, and smart TV. Kitchen table and chairs convert to queen sized bed.

Bunks—2 queen size ‘teddy bear’ bunks

-Please keep in mind that this location is in the desert on a working homestead. We have horses, dogs, and chickens including roosters. In addition, we are a bit off of the beaten path. You will likely encounter quail, hawks, and rabbits in and around the yard. If you’re lucky, you may also encounter the random coyote or javelina. Our large dogs provide the wonderful service of alerting us to these desert dwellers and may bark if they see them. We do our best to keep all barking to a minimum for both you and our neighbors
