The kitchen with skylight is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. There is a newer convection oven, microwave and refrigerator. Dishwasher handles large loads. Additional appliances are available to enjoy including electric coffee maker, pour over coffee make, coffee bean grinder and toaster oven.

There is a breakfast room adjacent to the kitchen with table and 4 chairs, 2 bar height stools at the kitchen island including access to the covered porch. (leaf to extend table length is located under master bed)

Dining Room has table and seating for 4 with a large buffet that includes dishware for entertaining.

The living room has a sofa, loveseat, chair and end tables, 50 inch flatscreen smart tv on a tv stand (use your streaming apps or personal devices - YouTube TV available), gas fireplace and dry bar for entertaining. The foyer has a skylight.

There is a bonus room that can be used for an office/ craft room/ reading room etc. It has great views to the side patio and landscaping.

The master bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, dresser, chest, nightstands, chair, bench and tv. There is access to the screened porch and back yard views. The master suite includes a large master bathroom with jetted tub, vanity and oversized master closet with built in organization.

The guest room includes an updated bed with queen mattress, chest and large closet. This room also includes access to its own patio with iron chairs and a table plus another small view of the mountains and sunsets.

Green Valley Rec:
Requires a tenant pass. This is a fee outside of the rental fee paid to the recreation facility. Please request an application ahead of your stay so that you do not have a delay getting access. To attend classes or tours there may be an additional cost through the Green Valley Recreation Association for the tenant pass. Information can be sent upon request. GVR has 6 community centers one is a 5-minute walk. GVR has 13 in door and out pools and spas, six fitness centers, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball and other sports courts, classes lectures. Golf is available at five public and two private golf courses in the Green Valley area with additional courses in Tubac, Tucson and Nogales. Two of the golf courses are right in the Canoa community. This property is less than a mile from the community center. Hiking and biking are easily accessible. Visit the Madera Canyon known for its world-renowned birding area.

It was quiet and easy to relax after a day of bird watching. The king bed was comfortable and the room was still spacious. Very uneven walking surfaces, you need to be sure footed. Original artwork and tile work done by the homeowner. A lovely setting.

This home is quiet and spacious. My mother is the homeowner and is a 67-year-old woman. You will be sharing common spaces She will only be renting to other women or married couples traveling together. You will have your own bedroom with a queen size bed, a ceiling fan and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. You will have use of all the common areas and laundry. There is a fabulous “spool” outside, bigger than a hot tub smaller than a pool. The home Only 30 minutes from most areas in Tucson

The space
The home is a single family house. It is in a 55+ community so it is very quiet and peaceful. There is a two car garage, which sometimes one space is available for your car. You will have to ask about it. The backyard is very inviting with the spool and also a fire pit. There are two tables with four chairs each for outside eating convenience. One of the tables has a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a dog when Teresa is in the residence. Her name is Honey. She is extremely sweet and obedient.

This is a lovely townhouse with an eastern exposure & a mountain view. It is light & bright with high ceilings & celestial windows in the living/dining area & skylights elsewhere. The master bedroom has a queen bed & a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a full sized bed. Both beds are very comfortable. The floors are tile & the bathroom sinks are Mexican ceramic. The whole interior is freshly painted in bright colors. There is also a two car garage so your car will be out of the sun.

The space
There are many sites to see in the area- Titan Missile Museum is nearby and there are great hiking trails in Madera Canyon, a 20 minute drive away. San Xavier Mission is a ten minute drive and Tucson is only 20 miles. Mexico can be reached in an hour. There is also a great library and a great thrift store (White Elephant) about a mile away.

Other things to note
Green Valley is a 55+ Senior community. If you are a family with children or under 55 years old you are not allowed to stay more then 14 days. Though we welcome small children and infants, you will need to supply your own high chair and crib and check all cabinets within reach of your child for items that you do not want accessible to them.

55+ community, age compliance enforced for at least one guest per party. Unit is next door to laundry facility which requires quarters (does not have change machine). The guest room that I am offering is located in the beautiful Sonoran desert in southern Arizona. Just 20 miles south of Tucson, you can enjoy golf, birding, and hiking plus the benefits of tennis, racquetball, pickleball, in an intimate, friendly town. I am sorry but pets are not allowed as there is already one dog in residence.

The guest bedroom is mainly for sleeping only. The guest bathroom is completely private to guests. The living room is the host's private space.
