1. Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

Designated smoking areas available on back patio. Please do not leave doors or windows open at anytime while smoking. Please discard of cigarette butts and ashes in the ashtrays provided.
3. Parties and events are allowed on a case by case basis, please inquire ahead.
4. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
5. For the consideration of other guests on the property we have implemented a sound ordinance between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am.
6. Dispose of garbage in the trash bin.
7. Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.
8. Dogs are allowed in Cabins 5 and 6 only. Guests will be charged a pet fee per day per dog. You are expected and required to dispose of your pet's waste and keep your dog on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended in the cabin. All pet owners must bring their own furniture covers (i.e: sheets or blankets brought from home) if you wish to allow your pets on the furniture including beds.
9. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the property. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door.
10. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.

Taking a horse-driven coach ride or trolley ride, shopping on Allen Street, visiting one of the historic locations/museums, watching a gunfight, or riding the Zipline - there's plenty to do during the day. And, at night, you can visit one of the historic saloons in town. Tombstone also offers eateries throughout the historic district. It's definitely a cool town with a lot of history!

You will be welcome to the entirety of the home, which is free standing and has no shared walls. Lounge in our backyard overlooking the Sierra Mountain range and view the landscape and sunset from our side yard as well. The only thing to keep in mind is that the back and side yard may be shared by either my family or other guests staying in the bunkhouse.

The cabin sleeps 4 people. The upstairs loft sleeps 2 in a full size bed and a private room downstairs has a full size bed as the button bunk bed. The living room couch does not fold out. The porch has a swing. There are two charcoal BBQ grills.

There are a few convenience stores (Circle K, Apache Market, and Family Dollar) here in Tombstone that have just about all the extras you may require. The closest large town is Sierra Vista, about 20 minutes away.

Sorry, no pets. ​Service animals are always welcome. While the ADA and Arizona law prohibit public accommodations from charging a fee to have your service animal with you, please note that you are responsible for any damages or cleaning fees your service animal may cause to the property.

While enjoying the busy streets of Tombstone, please be aware of stagecoaches and pedestrians. Also, please note that vehicles are not allowed on the section of historic Allen Street between 3rd​ street and 6th​ street.​

There are cameras outside to keep an eye on the property. These are for safety purposes and not to invade privacy of our guests. There are no cameras anywhere inside the residence.

Our private entrance entire second story has a cozy atmosphere! It’s located off Middlemarch, heading up to the adventurous Dragoon Mountain area where people like to hike and go off roading. You have a spectacular view of the Dragoon Mountains from your 32 ft patio or cozy downstairs fenced area and perfect view to watch the sunrise or sunset. We are only 4 miles (2 miles as the crow fly's) from the Historic town of Tombstone. There is a BBQ. Directv is on your 55" TV. Directv. Pet friendly!

The entire second story, 34 ft private patio upstairs and cozy small fenced area downstairs that is perfect for your pups and sitting to watch wild life. My husband and I live downstairs. We are a quiet retired couple. Only interaction we would have is if we happen to be out in the yard...unless of course you need something, we are here for you. We are a 💯 off grid adventure! 😊

Other things to note
Middlemarch is paved 1 mile, and the other 1.8 miles is dirt, but regularly maintained by the County.
E Rainbow Rd is a dirt road also. Semi steep stairs. We have a Mifi internet device from Verizon for our internet.

The Desert Dream Airstream is located at Silverbelt RV Park, a small friendly park conveniently located in Tombstone, only a few blocks away from historic Allen Street. Guests will have a private courtyard and free parking directly in front of the Airstream. The park has 24-hour management living on-site and is also home to multiple other Air Bnb experiences.

Other things to note
The Airstream comes equipped with a fully-equipped bathroom, including a small shower and flushing toilet. In addition, Guests will also have access to a large private well-maintained bathroom and full-size shower located just 40 steps away in the main building on site while still enjoying this unique Airstream experience. The two oversized bathrooms are reserved for guests of Silverbelt and do not have public access.

Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the Airstream. Smoking is permitted outside only. Although we love pets, we believe that an Airstream is not a pet-friendly environment. Therefore, no pets are allowed.

We do provide firewood to our guests though due to fire restricitons it is required that fires are kept covered and kept within the designated firepit.
