Bedrooms and bathrooms are in two separate wings of house that affords extra privacy when two couples are staying. The view from the patio is towards downtown and looks directly at the mountains, particularly the iconic 'B' mountain which is straight ahead. Downtown is a 5min walk, max. There are about 12 gentle wide steps to the property. There is off street parking for two compact cars.

Amazing hiking opportunities are in the immediate and surrounding area including access to several Arizona Trail Head locations. Close proximity to the Coronado National Forest offers a wide variety of outdoor recreation activities. Patagonia Lake State park is a 30:minute drive, and Parker Canyon Lake is about 45 minutes away.

Sierra Vista is 35 minutes east and provides shopping, dining and movies. The historic towns of Tombstone, Bisbee, and Tubac located nearby are great day excursions to experience the western history that shaped this region and state. The closest border crossing to Mexico is in Nogales which is 40 minutes away. Kartchner Caverns State Park is 35 minutes away. This living cave is an amazing tour for all ages but it requires a reservation.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on the property. The home has a walled courtyard, but outside of courtyard area dogs must be leashed.

The living room has a non operational kiva fireplace. But, we have added a small fire pit in the fireplace that can be used to replicate the flames. The fuel for the fire pit is under the kitchen sink. The main couch I the living room can’t be pulled out to make a queen bed. Linens for it are in the master closet. The property has wireless internet. The television has a fire stick so you can log into you entertainment channels with your account passwords.

We are taking extra precautions when cleaning the property after guest visits. Aside from using cleaning disinfectants, we also run a commercial grade ozone generator between guest visits. We are comfortable that when you arrive the home is clean and sanitized.

Situated 3.5 miles from downtown Bisbee in the Warren area of Bisbee; this quiet peaceful location is an opportunity to enjoy the hustle and bustle of "Old Bisbee" and then hop in your car for the 10 minute return, and relax. Enjoy the hundreds of birds living in nearby trees, the quiet, and church bells on Sunday morning.

There are no disappointments here. Every effort has been put into La Casita (which really is made of Mexican brick called "burnt adobe"), economical pricing, the grounds and the comfortableness of the Casita as well as an abundance of linens and items to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

Immaculate, this 700 square foot Casita offers a private, peaceful setting for birdwatchers, hikers, bike riders or simply folks wanting to get away from it all for a few days. There is plenty of parking (and room for RV Parking should you require it). Just let us know in advance if you are driving an RV.

There is a restaurant 1/2 block away, and we are located a short 10 minute drive from Old Bisbee. . We also recommend the Lavendar Jeep Tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and you won't have to worry about getting stuck up on the mountainside when the road abruptly ends! Ahh, the charm of Bisbee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator and stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and anything else you may need. All linens are provided with extra blankets or pillows should you require them. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed with a new pillow top mattress, plenty of storage space and drawer space. There are also 2 folding floor futons for small children. In the laundry room cabinet you will find extra bedding and games for the family to use. In the living room you will find several comfortable areas to read with books for your use; some from local authors. The bathroom has been completely remodeled with wood wainscot and an abundance of large bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. If you enjoy sending postcards or writing there is a desk provided in the Bedroom. Sun pours into the living room every morning creating a light and bright environment. This little house represents the great Bisbee vibe and is in a nice location in the Warren area in Bisbee. A fantastic little breakfast/lunch cafe right next door. The most outstanding things are the host, who is the nicest person. I left my blouse and she mailed it to me. The bed is quite possibly the most comfy bed we have ever had in a rental property. And, there is a little precious courtyard outside that is a perfect place to sit outside in the morning with coffee, or to have a Happy Hour and relax in the evening. We love it and will be back."

This beautiful two bedroom guest suite is attached to the main house and features a full kitchen, dining space, living room, stacked washer and dryer, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything you could want in your home away from home. Also, the shared Oasis backyard is available for you to enjoy. We have two small dogs with free access to the pool area. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood, but central to everything you might want to do. We're half an hour to Tombstone or Bisbee and just minutes from Ramsey Canyon hiking. Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras are used including the pool and hot tub area. The pool is not heated. Pool/Hot Tub hours from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.

L’Alba means sunrise in Italian and there’s no better place to watch it than in this home in the middle of wine country in Sonoita/Elgin Arizona. L’Alba is located on the high ground of 10.5 acres surrounded by several mountain ranges. This house begs you to sit, relax and rejuvenate while enjoy the peace that surrounds you. The kitchen and hallway have floor to ceiling windows with some of the best views in the area!

Sonoita is approximately at 4,800 feet elevation and mornings and evenings are cool year round.

Sonoita is in the heart of southern Arizona’s wine country but is also close to other attractions and activities. It’s the perfect location for individuals, couples and families to come to explore and enjoy the quietness of nature. The area currently has 15 vineyards, two breweries and one mead manufacturer. If you get tired of ‘tastings,’ Tombstone, Bisbee, Patagonia, Nogales, and Wilcox are easy driving distances to explore. The area has excellent hiking, birding and hunting.

The house:

You enter from a large off-road parking area. An EV charger is available for use and is located in the parking area.

The living room has a smart television with the most common streaming apps. There is an antenna that is connected for local channels or you can sign into your existing streaming accounts to watch your favorite shows. The living room features a couch with a chaise lounge and an over sized chair for your use. There is free wireless WiFi internet in the home.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the house. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The master has an en-suite bath with a large shower and a sitting area. The second bath is a shower and tub combination located in the hall to provide shared use.

The kitchen has full size appliances and is well equipped for cooking while you are there. The refrigerator has an ice maker in the top freezer and a water dispenser inside the refrigerator. The stove/oven is electric and there is a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee pot. Additionally there is a dishwasher, microwave and dining table. A seating area is arranged by the windows.

There are several seating areas outside around three sides of the house and a large blue charcoal grill. There is a large outdoor game area including a bocce ball court. Use the yoga mats in the bocce court and enjoy sunrise yoga. Next to the game area is a pathway leading to the highest point of the property for sunset viewing.

There is a Weber grill outside the kitchen for grilling. Yoga mats are in the kitchen pantry, a variety of puzzles are in the living room and outdoor games are next to bocce ball court.

The landing off the upstairs bedroom features a custom-built Q-sized Murphy bed for additional 1-2 guests. In addition, the click/clack style futon opens to a single-sized bed, suitable for a child or teenager.

While there are two gift stores in the canyon, the next closest businesses are 15 miles away. I recommend you get gas and stop at the grocery store before you drive into the canyon. Don't forget to buy a bag of sugar to make syrup to feed the hummingbirds!

Like most older homes in Bisbee, this home is quaint with several modern updates thoughtfully made by the previous owners. A covered screened porch greets guests as they make their way back from the adventures of the day. As you enter the home an eclectic blend of modern meets vintage. The kitchen provides all you need to prepare a 4 star meal... if you brought along, or are a 4 star chef. Keurig, toaster, microwave and Cuisinart cookware will help make your stay more practical. Both bedrooms are equipped with a full bed each. Not a queen. Both beds are full beds. The beds came from Aunt Cissie's boarding house out of Kokomo Colorado (no longer in existence). Aunt Cissie's sister, Helen, was the mother of Clarence Malley, a one time Police Chief here in Bisbee. The bathroom features a granite countertop and a walkin shower, sorry no clawfoot tub, but just as effective. Last but not least...almost no stairs and a convenient store across the street.

The road up the mountain is a two-way skinny mountain road with no railing. I have driven it in my Fiat 500, and the BTC takes the golf cart "taxi" up here! So your vehicle will be fine. But there is a very sharp right turn up a hill that you show take wide, if you have a low vehicle. Fair warning if you are not used to Bisbee roads. But, the view is worth it!!
PLEASE DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE UP HERE! Please WALK downtown if you want to close down the bar :)

You will have a large private ensuite on the second floor with a deck facing the Huachuca mountains. There is a king bed, and I can add a queen air mattress, and a baby bed for infants. There is another room with two twin beds on the 3rd floor. There is also a pullout sofa on the first floor in the playroom. Enjoy using the shared kitchen to cook and Dine in. There is plenty of room. Visit Carr Canyon, Miller Canyon, or even hike up to Coronado Cave! Take a drive up Ramsey Canyon and enjoy the wildlife, or enjoy the wildlife just outside your window! We have wild deer, javelina, humming birds, road runners and so much more. Ft. Huachuca is a short 15-20 minutes away. Or visit Historical Bisbee and Tombstone.

Stairs!
A former miner's town, Bisbee is known for its artist's community and it's historic heritage has been well preserved. 120 year old home built on the mountains. This is not a bustling city or modernized metropolitan area. This town is not known to supply chain stores or hotels. Yes, we have stairs, about 20-25. What fun would it be if we didn't have the infamous stairs in Old Bisbee? We have 1 designated stall, not guaranteed. Park and walk is recommended as WE DO NOT GUARANTEE PARKING.

Other things to note
-The homes are over 100 years old and have stairs. There are 4 large steps then a small pathway to another 20+ steps into the home.
-Most of Bisbee is difficult to access for wheelchair and motor scooter users or any individuals who cannot spend a lot of time walking.
- Internet can be spotty due to being surrounded by mountains. This is not directly related to this home but ALL of Bisbee.
-Street parking only.
-On our smart tv, you can sign into your own streaming service accounts like Netflix or Hulu through our free WiFi. Bring your passwords.

The Vistas is setup to accomodate long term furnished stays, we might not be the best accomodations for your 1 or 2 day stopover. The Vistas is an interior corridor former extended stay. The property has an elevator for 2nd and 3rd floor access. We are setup to cater to longer term guests as all of our units have a kitchen. Please refer to the pictures. The property has unmatched amenities and service for the Sierra Vista submarket. You can expect to get double the room size, a fully stocked kitchen, unmatched amenities for about the price of a regular mid tier hotel room. We offer studios, 1bd, and 2bd. We offer furnished or unfurnished units for short term or long term lease. All of our short term bookings are done through airbnb. This is a fantastic Sierra Vista location, minutes from Fort Huachuca, Fry Blvd, Walmart, Home Depot and Veterans Memorial Park. Perfectly central. If our Airbnb units are all booked up call us and we will help find alternative accommodations either at this site or our sister properties. We are your one stop housing in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
