Open concept Great Room overlooks lush over sized backyard with 20+ palm trees, extended KoolDeck with 4 seating areas, dining area, BBQ and swimming pool with spa and waterfall.

Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and lots of room to spread out and cook gourmet meals. Well equipped with all the bells and whistles, including a 'Margaritaville' slushy drink maker. Kitchen updated in January 2022 with new cabinets plus new seating in dining area. Dining area seats 6 with large windows overlooking lemon tree, flowering vines and jasmine. Office nook with laser printer and monitor - just bring your laptop.

Master bedroom has King bed, and large attached bathroom with separate shower and tub. Second bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom/den has single/twin bed and over sized sofa (larger than twin bed).

Spacious well furnished home, the backyard has a relaxing courtyard feel with lots of green plants and flowering bushes. a fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows and an outdoor grill for outside dining. - "We stayed five weeks in this very nicely renovated home. It was large enough to accommodate us and eight of our adult friends for a long weekend visit. The beds are very comfortable. The back yard, grill, and outdoor furniture were great for enjoying the warm weather. We were able to watch all of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament games on the large SMART TVs using our streaming service. Grocery stores including Costco are within 10 minutes of the rental. We liked that White Tank regional park was close for hiking. There are some nice golf courses within a 30 minute drive. Stainless steel appliances, granite counters in the baths and kitchen, 22” tile floors on point, new furnishings throughout and it’s well stocked too so you feel like you can put your feet up right away. The private master suite is well appointed with natural tones and textures and a ultra-luxury king mattress/bed set complimented by a private master bath. There is a full guest bath off the hall with a deep tub for soaking and lots of light for those early morning grab and go showers; lovely details too with granite counters and bronze finishes. The guest bedroom is awash with SW colors, calm and serene with a comfy queen bed, and space to read or to get a bit of work done at the work center. There is also a new leather queen pull-out couch in the living area for those times when you have a few extra guests or littles who comes to stay; that makes room for 6! (we suggest that 4 is a most comfortable number).

The house is set up for entertaining; the private backyard oasis with a fabulous new Shasta pool an patio - walled for peace and quiet so you can catch up on your latest favorite read or enjoy a swim after some pickleball. Its a perfect place to gather friends and family under the oversized covered patio with entertainment lighting overhead for when the fun flows into the evening. Day or night, pull up an Adirondack chair to the firepit on the grassy area; grab some smore fixins, and watch as smiles and laughter fill the space. From the SS BBQ outback to the well-appointed cook’s kitchen that flows to the dining and living spaces; the floor plan is great for cozy conversations to a nice gathering for folks for a meal. The high-quality furnishings and finishes along with the attention to details & amenities, make you want for nothing and may even make you think of extending your trip!

If you’re one who likes to pack in some PLAY time while on vacation well, The Grand will not disappoint. Del Webb thought of everything when they built Grand - watch a softball game just up the street at the The Grand field (those ladies and gents are good), take a stroll on wide wandering walking/riding paths to your next adventure, and see some wildlife or head up to the Café at Adobe for one of their famous $1 monster ice cream cones or a great breakfast sandwich and relax by the babbling brook and waterfalls in the square. If you want to sit back and watch the action, you can always bring your baseball cap and take in a game at one of the surrounding sports complexes for cactus league baseball teams (all within 20 mins).

Our personal favorite is going up to Wickenburg for an authentic Mexican lunch and taking in a few antique shops. And don’t forget one of the most awe-inspiring wonders of the U.S The Grand Canyon, it’s just a few hours away...if you haven't been there, consider taking the train or hop in the car and see the stunning desert landscapes on your way!

- "Fabulous location to enjoy all things Sun City Grand has to offer. The house and pool offered a great opportunity to relax and enjoy. Definitely recommend this property!" - "This home is beautifully decorated and clean. It is located close to the Cimmaron community center for the pool and gym etc. We played dominoes and lawn bowling which is nearby. If you have guests they have their own full bath. The patio outside is covered. Lots of privacy, and friendly neighbors who brought fresh oranges! There is a lemon tree on this property so when it grows you will have fresh lemons. Close to the walk and bike trail. The garage has 2 bikes and a golf cart. Many great golf courses nearby. Dog parks nearby. There is a bbq and propane fire pit outside. And, the beds are comfortable. I am glad I brought cleaning cloths to keep the home clean as I did not locate any here. ( just a tip) We would rent here again."

Fully furnished bungalow available for those who just have the urge to go golfing, winter vacation or relocating to the Phoenix Area. Our house has 3 bedrooms , the master has a king bed and ensuite /the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third a twin . There is an additional bath between the second and third bedroom. All furniture in the dinning/ living room are newer, along with kitchen appliances and washer and dryer. The kitchen cabinets and granite have been updated. All flooring is tile or laminate.
The house is an easy 25 min drive from the phoenix airport, close to many shops, restaurants, golf courses, arrowhead mall, 303 freeway, surprise stadium - home of the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, University of Phoenix stadium. We cannot accommodate cats, but will consider small non-shedding dogs.

NOTE: We are unable to rent our vacation home for less than 30 days due to our local HOA bylaws.

The home is well furnished and decorated, very comfortable. The start of the stay the weather was cooler than normal for the area, and the hot tub was a welcome feature. - "We had a great stay. House and pool was very clean and the hot tub was great too. We will be back. The property management was great! Eveything is very close and convenient." - "Home was great. Kids loved the pool and putting green, plenty of space. Everything was clean and in working order." - "Nice quiet neighborhood. House was clean and well maintained. The only issue we ran into was the grill did not function properly and did not cook our food (just burgers and hot dogs). I sent a message via Vrbo to the owner/company and got no response. The grill was not fixed during our stay or the issue even acknowledged. Also the mattresses are in desperate need to be replaced. There are terrible dips in 2 of the 3 mattresses. Said worn mattresses kept me tossing and turning every night. I understand the need for mattress protectors (the plastic covers below the sheets) but the bedsheets/linens were incredibly thin that due to trying to adjust against the dips I was soon sweating through my pajamas because I was practically sleeping on the plastic protecting cover. Other than those two issues our stay was still enjoyable."

- "Nice place in a gated community. Host was very responsive. Had a good time." - "This property was fair, it was very dirty and dusty and dirty countertops, no air filters. One thing that really bothered me is there were no curtains in any of the rooms, nieghbors could see inside while changing clothes, sleeping, in the bedrooms and living room. I also thought it was really creepy, this property has someone's personal property inside of it, even with family photos, kids toys were out like they were just inside there room, even as far to there food in the fridge, it was very odd... Even my guests said they felt uncomfortable. The property is very far from the Phoenix, and the surrounding valley hotspots. I also, could not get internet or TV to work at all... Than a day later I received a call asking me about what I did on my stay, which was also very unusual... Overall, this place is a little odd, and it is someones personal residence and it's just a different feeling, not a good one. It almost feels like your being watched the whole time you stay thrre. I would not stay here again."

We are adventurous, international travelers who love to meet other like minded individuals. I speak Italian and my husband Tom speaks German. The $50 management fee is a refundable fee upon checkout as long as the room key & pool fob are here.

Host Natalie is in her 30s, social, and avid traveler. Multiple guest bedrooms are available for rent by adult working professionals. Most of our tenants stay for 1-3 months, but some have stayed 6-8! There is enough space in the house that it never feels "busy".

This oversized room is upstairs, has a great view of the orchard and Surprise Stadium lights.
Vaulted ceilings in the main living room with a 75 inch TV. Large open kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, from someone who likes to cook. 😊

*Each guest gets a full pantry shelf in the kitchen, and shared access to 2 full size refrigerators.
*TVs in the bedrooms are all smart TVs, but you need to log in with your own Netflix, Amazon etc.

The space is clean, quiet, convenient, safe and practical. Queen sized bed, soft mattress, fresh, vibrant linens, four plush pillows, two night tables, two lamps, a five drawer dresser, mirror, large closet, club chair, ceramic tile floor, large east facing window, room darkening curtains, wooden blinds, privacy film on windows, eclectic arrangement of wall art and ceiling fan.

Guest access
Inside the home guests have access to their bedroom, a shared full bathroom and a shared half bathroom, as well as, the common, shared areas of the kitchen (except the fridge), two dining areas, front living room and laundry room. There is a full size refrigerator in the laundry room for all guests to share. Outside of the home, guests have access to the driveway and the front porch area but do not have access to the backyard, garden, pool or garage.

During your stay
We are adventurous, international travelers who love to meet other like minded individuals. I speak Italian and my husband Tom speaks German. We both work but when we are at home we enjoy spending time in our vegetable garden, cooking and baking. We give our guests space but we're always just a phone call or text away.

The bathrooms are shared with other guests. A cat lives on this property. Guests with an EV must let us know before hand so we can make proper arrangements for overnight charging.
