Updated Private Casita
The casita features new flooring, updated paint, a ceiling fan, new bathroom fixtures, a flat-screen television with 70 local channels, and a Roku Express 4K+ streaming system (compatible with your streaming subscriptions). Additionally, it includes a mini refrigerator, mini microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
The casita is equipped with a direct vent HVAC system that allows you to control the temperature using your own thermostat. This system quiet and energy-efficient.
The space
The casita is private with no shared spaces and has its own entrance. The interior is open and airy with ample natural light and custom-built furnishings. Decorations are minimal, and the bed is comfortable with clean linens and fresh towels. Complementary shampoo, body wash, and hand soap are provided, as well as a limited supply of bottled water and coffee.
The casita has a total area of 185 square feet, comprising the following:
Bedroom: 135 square feet, measuring 13 feet by 10 feet.
Bathroom: 50 square feet, measuring 5 feet by 10 feet.
This accommodation is ideal for one to two adults. The casita is situated in a tranquil master-planned neighborhood with parks, pedestrian-friendly shopping via tree-lined streets and sidewalks, and a community atmosphere.
It is important to note that the casita is separate from the main home. Casita guests do not have access to the main home’s living space or backyard.
Guest access
Registered guests can access the driveway gate, and the casita. The casita door and the driveway gate will have DIFFERENT codes, each unique to your stay. Please check your messages on the morning of check-in for instructions on how to access the property and view your unique gate and door codes.
Other things to note
The property is situated approximately 4.5 miles from Luke Air Force Base. While the jets are audible during the morning and daytime hours, night flights are less frequent, typically occurring only a few times per week and generally concluding by 10:00 PM. The jets are discernible during their landing and takeoff procedures. Luke Air Force Base serves as a training facility, and the training flights are conducted outside residential areas. Notably, Luke Air Force Base is the largest fighter wing base globally and houses the F-35 fighter jet.
