The space
My home is a warm and welcoming place. The backyard with the palapa area and the pool make the place relaxing. I am making something for my guests in the morning. The room is nice and comfortable, it has a nice window to the front of the house. The bathroom is around the corner from the room. This room has a single bed: memory foam mattress but firm every one loves it! It has nice mirror doors, a desk, a windows to the front of the house, you just have to share the bathroom with another two other guests.

Our guest house borders Papago Park. There is private entrance to the first floor which has a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, small fridge, microwave, toaster, TV and seating for 4. The space
This studio unit has been designed with your comfort and convenience as the top priority! It is attached to the back of the main house, and down a walkway from the parking area, with your own private patio and entrance.
The living area consists of a King size bed with Bear Mattress, luxury linens, and high quality furniture for your comfort.
Easily work from home in our hybrid office/closet, with a built-in desk, monitor, HDMI cable, tablet stand, high speed fiber mesh wifi, and other supplies that make working from the unit as seamless as possible.
The spacious bathroom includes a jetted tub, shower, robes, oversized towels, candles, and an assortment of complimentary products so you can relax and enjoy a nice soak (We also provide unbreakable wine glasses).
Whip up a simple breakfast or prepare a cup of coffee or tea in the kitchenette. The hot plate and cooking pans are on the closet shelf, and there's everything needed to make a cup of your favorite beverage just to your liking. Drip coffee, French press, pour over- we've got you covered.
The TV has a Roku interface. We don’t provide streaming services but you’re welcome to sign in with your own accounts!

We built our dream home in 2022 and included an attached guest house with a private entrance and all the features for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a queen bed and closet. There is a large walk-in shower in the bathroom. The combined living room/kitchen has plenty of room for cooking, dining and relaxing. The living room nook includes a washer/dryer combo and storage space for other essentials.

The entire guest house is for your exclusive use. There is a private patio and parking out the front door.
Other things to note
We won't ask you to do any cleaning while you are our guest, however we do hope you will be reasonably tidy.
We will allow children, but the space is not ideal for more than 2 adults.

Smoking Policy:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, smoking is permitted exclusively in the designated outdoor patio area. Smoking inside the studio or near open windows is strictly prohibited. We kindly request that guests dispose of all cigarette butt responsibly. Please note that violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.
Pet Policy:
We occasionally accommodate pets for stays of one to two days. If you’re planning to bring your pet, please contact us in advance to discuss suitability and any additional requirements. We may charge a pet fee to cover extra cleaning and maintenance. Please note that we reserve the right to decline pet accommodations based on our assessment.
Hot Tub: Guests may have access to our private outdoor hot tub, subject to prior arrangement and availability. Please inform us in advance if you wish to use the hot tub so we can provide guidelines and schedule access times. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk; safety guidelines will be provided upon arrival.

Parking is available directly in front of the red gate on the right side of the main house. After parking, enter through the gate and proceed to the right to reach the studio. The entry consists of two doors: the outer and the screen door, both secured with a smart lock. Unique access codes are provided for each guest via our app for a seamless check-in experience.

The Healing Cottage is a peaceful place for personal healing weekends or just an restful night. Full of healing amenities! The recliner is unique for lymph drainage with jade heat and lumbar support. The infrared sauna has color therapy. If you are interested in the crystal singing bowls, I’m happy to instruct you. Relax in the claw foot tub beneath a beautiful chandelier. The kitchenette has a Keurig, microwave, stove top, and refrigerator. Coffee, tea, and breakfast items included.

The Healing Cottage is behind my main house. The backyard is a shared space including the pool and jacuzzi.

This private casita is completely separated from the main home, and even includes a private entrance from the driveway. This special place is in the heart of the Valley, central to everything. ASU is within biking distance, and downtown Phoenix is only a short drive away.

We’re Christy and Jason — longtime Tempe locals & outdoor lovers. We live on-site in the main house and have called this historic neighborhood home for over a decade.
Our story with Tempe began in the '90s — Jason skating around ASU, Christy gathering friends at Casey’s, and both of us falling for the walkable, art-filled charm of this area. After years of dreaming, we finally put down roots here in 2012 and have been sharing the magic of Tempe ever since.
We also host a beautiful communal property just outside Sedona called The Place at Page Springs.
