Self Check-in is easy and flexible, with WIFI locks, so feel free to check in anytime after 3 pm. I'm busy and in and out, but always available by phone for any questions. I can give you advice on where to eat and what to do.

Neighborhood is quite and safe. Tempe Marketplace, ASU, Botanical Gardens, MIM, are a quick drive. SCNM is 1/3 mile from house. Banner and Mesa Community College are 2 miles away. Downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix are all very close. If you are here for Spring Training the house is only 3 miles from the new Cub Stadium.

Breakfast is not included (I may not be there your entire stay) However, if I am home I usually come up with something edible. Coffee, Tea, Creamer is available. And you are welcome to use the kitchen anytime.


The light rail is .5 miles away. Bus stops are .3 miles away. We are 10 -15 minutes away from downtown Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler. ASU and MCC are both less than 3 miles.

If you like to hike, many many hiking trails are close to house, South Mountain, Camelback, and A Mountain. Bike is available to use as well and Tempe, Scottsdale and surrounding areas are very bike and pedestrian.

You can use all the public spaces including the kitchen, living room, fully equipped laundry room (for 3-day stays only) and back porch. If you'd like you can cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Feel free to use our olive or coconut oil, spices and condiments.

During your stay
Check-in is easy and flexible, with WIFI locks, so feel free to check in anytime after 3 pm. I'm busy and in and out, but always available by phone for any questions. I can give you advice on where to eat and what to do.

Other things to note
* The complimentary Breakfast is self-serve and usually includes bagels, cream cheese, fresh citrus in season, coffee and tea.
*The hall bathroom is shared
*There is no smoking or vaping in the house or on the grounds.
* Check out time is 11 am. Late check out Penalty Fee is $25. Please advise me if you want to enjoy late check out. In the event where it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00pm checkout since cleaning crew must prep.

We love our home, and so will you! It's got a lot of charm and cute design. Located very close to ASU and MCC, this space is great for both students or recent graduates!

A very well kept home, we have a cleaning lady who cleans all common areas 1 x week. All guest are expected to also help keep our home nice and clean, please do not book if you do not value a clean environment.

The space
Our home has 8 private bedrooms + 3 shared bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen for everyone to use, 2 large refrigerators, and a huge backyard great for relaxing or hanging out by fire pit.
