Prepare some cocktails at the wet bar, and soak in the Arizona sun by lounging poolside the rest of the afternoon. As you work up an appetite, fire up the grill for a BBQ Dinner. Other things to note
• Pool Heating is $90 per day. 48-hour advanced notice is required and it must be paid prior to arrival. 3-night minimum.

• We don't require you to do any cleaning at checkout, but whatever you can do we appreciate.

• Level 2 EV Charger is available in the garage and free to use. It provides a J1772 plug or you can connect directly to the NEMA 14-50 outlet. There is also a Tesla adapter.

• Pets are limited to a maximum of two dogs and may not be left unattended in the home.

• Booking guest must be 25+ years old.

• No parties, events, weddings, or photo/video shoots, are permitted unless previously approved by host. All visitors must be listed on the reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

• Quiet hours per the City of Scottsdale are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• Guest agrees to provide photo identification to host to verify name, address phone number. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, host has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

• Same day move ins shall not be honored after 10am Mountain Standard time.

• If you're a local, you must be pre-approved before booking. Please contact us.

• Reservations longer than a week require weekly cleanings at the cleaning rate. These will be billed separately.

• All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
