About this space
Home is about 5 minutes to I-10 which gives you access to go east or west easily (reach downtown faster and really anything). It is also 5 minutes from the AK-Chin Pavilion and about 10-15 minutes from the Cardinals stadium and Westgate Entertainment Center. Home has been fully remodeled from inside and outside. Property is fully fenced. There is free parking space on the property driveway as well as free street parking.

If house is left smelly because of the use of Marijuana, there will be a fee. This is very inconvenient for the upcoming guests and also for the owner.

- "TINY CASITA suited our needs perfectly for our Phoenix trip. This is a "mid-scale" neighborhood (Maryvale) of single family homes, conveniently accessible to many parts of Phoenix. There is a dedicated driveway right by the entrance. Please note that it is a double bed (not a queen size) but it works OK for a party of two! Kitchen was well stocked, and a great refrigerator. A huge Wal-Mart is very close. Note that there is a very small step up/down from the main living area to the sleeping area/kitchen. It is very easy to overlook. The owner is aware and may be addressing this, but if you are fall-prone that could be an issue. We put a chair by the step at night to serve as a reminder and handrail! At one point we thought we were having wifi issues, but I had accidentally knocked the unit out of the electrical plug, so that was an easy fix. Lots of TV choices. Thanks Tiny. Any time we had a question it was quickly addressed!"

Lovely home for the entire family. The location is unbeatable. About 10 minutes away from the State farm Stadium. Within minutes to Top Golf, restaurants, bars, outlet mall, fast food places, Costco etc. Place has plenty of space for everyone. A big loft for the kids to play and release their unlimited energy, a place for adults to hang out. There’s also a pool in the backyard which is gated for safety especially for young kids.

The house had plenty of room and was very clean and well furnished. We were here in mid March so the pool was a still a little cool for swimming but it would a great activity in the warmer months. HOUSE RULES
1. We do not host groups who are all 21 years of age or younger. If everyone in your group is 21 years of age or younger, then please do not place a reservation. It will be cancelled and subject to our cancellation policy.

2. Local residents are not allowed to place a booking without pre-approval from us. This is to prevent locals from using our residence as a party house.

3. Please note that we only release door codes to the person who booked the reservation and every guest must provide a valid, government issued photo ID. No 3rd party bookings; the person who booked the reservation must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the booking.

4. All guests must be accounted for in the reservation. This means all guests entering the residence/building at any point in time counts as a guest. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the unit, but to all guests planning to be inside the unit at any given time. For example, if 6 people are going to “hang out” inside the unit, but only 2 people plan on sleeping over, then the guest count selecting during the booking should be “6” not “2.” Any extra guests not disclosed before arrival will lead to an immediate termination of the reservation non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, incur a $100 penalty/unauthorized guest/per night charge, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

5. No parties/events. We have relationships with our neighbors, and we respect their rights as homeowners. Therefore, we will know if parties are being held. If this rule is not followed, then your reservation will be terminated as non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

6. Not for commercial use or special occasions without pre-approval (weddings, bachelor parties, birthdays, commercials, bridal showers, photoshoots, etc.). We will consider your request if you notify us in advance. Failure to inform us in advance will lead to non-refundable termination of your reservation, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

7. This is a smoke-free/drug free environment. If any smoking/drugs are detected either within the home or outside on the property, then we will immediately terminate the reservation as non-refundable, require that all guests vacate the premises immediately, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

8. Pets are allowed in this rental unit for an additional fee, but please do not allow your pets to be on the beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in a clean and sanitary manner. Guests will be responsible for paying for any and all damages caused by their pet(s).

9. No excessive noise or loud music. Quiet hours start at 9:00pm. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors, we will notify you immediately and remind you of the quiet hour start time. Any second noise complaint after you’ve been reminded will result in your reservation will being terminated, all guests will be required to vacate the property, and we will seek compensation for any damages that are found upon our subsequent inspection of the property.

10. Please ensure to check-out on-time in order to avoid a $50 late check-out fee. We need to have our cleaners clean the unit on-time for the next guest to check-in. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Unless otherwise discussed, any guest who is still in the residence/building after 1pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late check-out in advance.

11. Guests are assured that the space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation or refund will be given for non-working items outside of our control, including but not limited to, power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside our control, we will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is the Guest’s responsibility to notify us immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems we are able to rectify within a reasonable timeframe. Guest will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest or due to Guest’s failure to immediately notify Host.

12. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

13. Bug and wildlife: this home is located in a suburban environment that is shared with filled with wildlife, including the creepy crawly kind. Depending on the time of the year and weather conditions, Guests may encounter mosquitoes, bees, gnats, moths, ants, spiders, beetles, roaches, ladybugs, stinkbugs, and other wildlife around the property. While we do utilize regular pest control services, we are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for the occasional critter that may make it inside. We do our best to prevent infestations and guests can help by keeping doors closed and disposing of trash and storing food in a responsible manner. We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via your booking platform’s Direct Message (DM) system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on the property. Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or privately owned properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of same.

If guests leave the home in a condition that requires a deep cleaning, an extra $250 added cleaning fee will be required and charged. Any non-compliance with the House Rules could result in extra charges of $100+ or cancelation of the booking and the need for all guests to immediately vacate the property, at the Host's discretion.

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood of Camelback Ranch, surrounded by large green landscaping, 5 minutes away from the Westgate shopping/dinning/going out area (which includes a popular venue for concerts and NHL Cayotes hockey games), and the Cardinals (University of Phoenix) Stadium--a mere $10 uber ride each way. The house is located directly across from the Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility that hosts the LA Dodgers and the White Soxwithin(a 5 minute walk). 15 minutes of the major league baseball spring training facility (Peoria Sports Complex) for the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. It is an ideal location, close to golf courses, Arrowhead and Westgate shopping malls, quick access to 101 Loop Freeway, 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and 45 minutes or less to any Phoenix-area spring training baseball team.

My space is located in West Phoenix within walking distance of Desert Sky Mall and the west side metro station. It is located 5 miles from Westgate Entertainment District and the University of Phoenix Stadium (Home of the Arizona Cardinals). I am located .5 mile from Desert West Skate Park which hosts the PHXAM every year as well. It is also about 8 miles from downtown Phoenix where you can enjoy fine dining and nightlife as well as the arts district on Roosevelt Row.

This space is unique in that it is a corner house with 1800 sq. feet available to share with me for the duration of your stay. The house is located in a central part of Phoenix close to downtown, Avondale, Goodyear, Glendale, Tolleson, and Peoria.

If you are looking for a decent but cheap accommodation, this is it! This shared one bedroom is part of a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home located near central phoenix , close to the airport and revived downtown phoenix. This room has two Twin bunk beds. There is a barn door that separates the room from the toilette and shower quarter.

The space you are booking is F1R4C which is the TOP RIGHT BUNK BED in the shared room. You may upgrade to other private rooms for a little bit more money

Lovely queen-size bedroom, wifi-enabled dedicated workspace, a mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Shared full bathroom, and room can be locked with a keypad. Home is shared with the owners, and laundry and kitchen access upon request for longer stays. 1 free parking space in the driveway.

The home is in a family-friendly, gated community with many POI within 20mins: PHX Airport, State Farm Stadium (Go Cardinals!), ASU campus, and multiple parks, museums, shopping malls and restaurants.

The space
It is located inside a gated community, safe and peaceful ambiance. Central AC , dedicated workspace, refrigerator , coffee maker and microwave. Nice and cozy bed to relax.

Guest access
You will have access to your bedroom, with your own unique lock code for your privacy. There is a full bathroom outside your bedroom, which may or may not be shared with other guests (if occupied)
