Home is about 5 minutes to I-10 which gives you access to go east or west easily (reach downtown faster and really anything). It is also 5 minutes from the AK-Chin Pavilion and about 10-15 minutes from the Cardinals stadium and Westgate Entertainment Center. Home has been fully remodeled from inside and outside. Property is fully fenced. There is free parking space on the property driveway as well as free street parking.

Please do not smoke inside the room, please do so outside, there is plenty of space outside for that :)

If house is left smelly because of the use of Marijuana, there will be a fee. This is very inconvenient for the upcoming guests and also for the owner.

- "Ethan’s place was AMAZING! It was true to his listing pictures. It was very clean, had everything we needed in a safe, quiet gated community. We even found a couple of places to play pickleball close by.We were down there for a bucket list trip to the KC Royals spring training. It was maybe 20-25 minutes to the Surprise Stadium, close to the State Farm Stadium and close to the Westgate Entertainment area and Tanger’s outlet mall. We had a Great time and would definitely stay again!!!"
