To top it all off, Ric was very professional and attentive, often responding to my emails immediately and offering great local suggestions. Close to airport, three major freeways, and downtown Phoenix. These are new units built in 2019 and are located behind my residence. 1. Fresh towels and linens. We change sheets, comforters, towels, etc.. 3-4 times a year before they get worn out. We use hotel-quality products, too. We donate the old stuff to the local homeless shelters and provide you with soft, fresh products. We now use bamboo sheets.

2. I guarantee our mattresses are the most comfortable because they are memory foam. Very similar to Tuft and Needle brand.

3. You have complete control over your room temperature. Have it as hot or relaxed as you like

4. We respect you to make your own decisions in life. Stay out as long as you like. There is no curfew. You may have guests over, too, just as long as your guests and decisions do not disturb others around you.

5. We love pets. Even if they don't love us or others, they are welcome if you pick up after them and can control them. You must retain control of your animal at all times. This means it must be on a leash while in common areas. Other guests are here with their dogs. It is not always known if all the visiting dogs are friendly with other animals. This is a fenced off secured property, but there are a total of 5 livable units within these walls. My animals have their own fenced off private area. If you wish to use the area I have for my dogs you must coordinate that with me.

6. We provide high-quality toilet paper and paper towels; please don't take advantage of that.

7. You have access to the laundry room. We provide laundry soap, bleach, and softener. Please don't take advantage of that.

8. We are slowly providing better toiletries. For now, we give you what you need to get by.

9. We are open to suggestions and ideas to make the place better

10. We work with other hosts nearby to give you alternatives to different experiences.

We want to provide you with a hotel-like experience without the cost of the hotel. We monitor local rates and maintain competitive pricing that encourages you to choose us over a hotel of equal standards.

Please inform me of all animals coming on the property so we can go over safety rules to ensure you and your pet have an experience that is free of any mishaps. I have a dogs on-site. They are locked and contained in a separate area, and we are pleased to announce that no one has to interact with them if they do not want to. We have reconfigured our fencing, added additional locking mechanisms, and placed signs on their area. They love people, but will appear they do not when there is a fence in between you and them. I am always happy to let people enjoy their company. I ask that you do this with me present at least for the first interaction. Please do not try to introduce your dog(s) to mine or other guests dogs. In order to keep your pet safe and other pets safe you cannot allow your animal to run free within the property. I have my dogs entire area concrete bordered, with fencing and gates that self close and have double latches. So all of our pets are safe and can enjoy their space without incident.

Early check-ins- I know Airbnb lets you put down an earlier time to check-in. I cannot turn that off for some reason. If you want to check in early, you need to contact me directly via message through Airbnb. I can only accommodate early check-in when no guest was in the night before. I have a tiny window to get the units turned over, and I need that time to properly clean. So when you are requesting an early check-in you need to send a direct message that states the time you are looking for so that I do not overlook this important detail for you.

This space comfortably accommodates two people, but we can fit in 4 people if you need. This is a studio with one queen bed and one futon bed.

There are extra fees for certain things:
Pet cleaning fees are no longer enforceable. If your animal leaves a mess or does damage, I will charge you the actual costs to handle that issue. Not all animals create messes or create damage. I have never had to request a payment yet because guests have been so grateful they got to bring their animal friend that they were proactive in handling any problem with regards to their pet. Please do the same.

Drug Paraphernalia left on site (no, this is not common, but it has happened) $100
Ripped, broken, missing items in the room will be the cost of replacing them. I'll provide a receipt in that case.
Please pick up after your dog. $25 fine for dog poop left in yard. I apologize in advance, but other guests have complained in the past so we are now enforcing this. I have dog bags at both gate entrances. Please use them.

This unit is the upper unit to the only 2-story structure on the property. Go to my Youtube channel and look for the check-in video for your specific unit. The link will be in the check-in instructions. The unit is inside the property, completely walled off for your safety and security. It's a 400 sq ft unit with a private bathroom. The laundry room is shared and accessible from outside. I have the most comfortable bed ever and a large smart tv with Amazon Prime, HBO, Cinemax, etc.

Every guest that comes through gets us closer to continued improvement goals. So we thank you for choosing us. I provide paper products, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, cleaning products, and some coffee. If you are missing anything, contact me. Medical students talk to me about special rates during summer stays.

I have a strict policy with on-time check out. If you check out later than 30 minutes past the posted check out time, I will charge you for an extra day. Late check outs disrupt the flow of guests coming and going. I arrange cleaners at specific times, and the room is guaranteed at a specific time for the next guest coming in. If you need to leave your belongings on the property, speak to me about possible arrangements, but I need you to vacate your room on time.

I am located in downtown so uber, lyft, taxis and public transportation are everywhere.

I supply paper towels, toilet paper, some toiletries, and some tide pods to the guests. I want to note that while paper products have been extremely hard to keep supplying right now, that I have switched to reusable microfiber towels for paper towels. simply use them, bag them up so i can wash them, and if you need more reach out to me and I will replenish you.
Please keep noise reasonable. although you have your own place you will have neighbors adjacent to you.

Close to airport, three major freeways, and downtown Phoenix. These are new units built in 2019 and are located behind my residence. They are private studios with a bathroom and kitchen, stocked with all your needs for short-term stays. I make it my goal to give everyone their personal space, but I also encourage socializing.

Thank you for visiting this page. I want to give you a brief overview of how we run our properties that differ from other hosts. We have been hosting since 2016. We started with just an extra room in the house and have grown ever since. After meeting multiple guests and hearing their experiences elsewhere, I was amazed they still used Airbnb. What we pride ourselves in delivering is:

1. Fresh towels and linens. We change sheets, comforters, towels, etc.. 3-4 times a year before they get worn out. We use hotel-quality products, too. We donate the old stuff to the local homeless shelters and provide you with soft, fresh products. We now use bamboo sheets.

2. I guarantee our mattresses are the most comfortable because they are memory foam. Very similar to Tuft and Needle brand.

3. You have complete control over your room temperature. Have it as hot or relaxed as you like

4. We respect you to make your own decisions in life. Stay out as long as you like. There is no curfew. You may have guests over, too, just as long as your guests and decisions do not disturb others around you.

5. We love pets. Even if they don't love us or others, they are welcome if you pick up after them and can control them. You must retain control of your animal at all times. This means it must be on a leash while in common areas. Other guests are here with their dogs. It is not always known if all the visiting dogs are friendly with other animals. This is a fenced off secured property, but there are a total of 5 livable units within these walls. My animals have their own fenced off private area. If you wish to use the area I have for my dogs you must coordinate that with me.

6. We provide high-quality toilet paper and paper towels; please don't take advantage of that.

7. You have access to the laundry room. We provide laundry soap, bleach, and softener. Please don't take advantage of that.

8. We are slowly providing better toiletries. For now, we give you what you need to get by.

9. We are open to suggestions and ideas to make the place better

10. We work with other hosts nearby to give you alternatives to different experiences.

We want to provide you with a hotel-like experience without the cost of the hotel. We monitor local rates and maintain competitive pricing that encourages you to choose us over a hotel of equal standards.

We are an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau.

Now that you know what makes us different than the others, Please, read about the space:

Please inform me of all animals coming on the property so we can go over safety rules to ensure you and your pet have an experience that is free of any mishaps. I have a dogs on-site. They are locked and contained in a separate area, and we are pleased to announce that no one has to interact with them if they do not want to. We have reconfigured our fencing, added additional locking mechanisms, and placed signs on their area. They love people, but will appear they do not when there is a fence in between you and them. I am always happy to let people enjoy their company. I ask that you do this with me present at least for the first interaction. Please do not try to introduce your dog(s) to mine or other guests dogs. In order to keep your pet safe and other pets safe you cannot allow your animal to run free within the property. I have my dogs entire area concrete bordered, with fencing and gates that self close and have double latches. So all of our pets are safe and can enjoy their space without incident.

Early check-ins- I know Airbnb lets you put down an earlier time to check-in. I cannot turn that off for some reason. If you want to check in early, you need to contact me directly via message through Airbnb. I can only accommodate early check-in when no guest was in the night before. I have a tiny window to get the units turned over, and I need that time to properly clean. The early check-in times are very easily overseen. So when you are requesting an early check-in you need to send a direct message that states the time you are looking for so that I do not overlook this important detail for you.

This space comfortably accommodates two people, but we can fit in 4 people if you need. This is a studio with one queen bed and one futon bed.

There are extra fees for certain things:
Smoking is only allowed outside. If you smoke inside the fee is $250 to cover the cost to remove the smoke, and compensate the next guest for the disruption in their stay. Pleas no smoking anything at all in the unit.
If your animal leaves a mess or does damage, I will charge you the actual costs to handle that issue. Not all animals create messes or create damage. I have never had to request a payment yet because guests have been so grateful they got to bring their animal friend that they were proactive in handling any problem with regards to their pet. Please do the same.
Late check out without authorization $50
Drug Paraphernalia left on site (no, this is not common, but it has happened) $100
Ripped, broken, missing items in the room will be the cost of replacing them. I'll provide a receipt in that case.
Please pick up after your dog. $25 fine for dog poop left in yard. I apologize in advance, but other guests have complained in the past so we are now enforcing this. I have dog bags at both gate entrances. Please use them.

This unit is the bottom unit of the only 2 story building on the property. Go to my Youtube channel and look for the check-in video for your specific unit. The link will be in the check-in instructions. The unit is inside the property, completely walled off for your safety and security. It's a 400 sq ft unit with a private bathroom. The laundry room is shared and accessible from outside. I have the most comfortable bed ever and a large smart tv with Amazon Prime, HBO, Cinemax, etc.

Every guest that comes through gets us closer to continued improvement goals. So we thank you for choosing us. I provide paper products, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, cleaning products, and some coffee. If you are missing anything, contact me. I'm a very sociable person and I'm connected throughout the neighborhood. If you're looking for social connections within the neighborhood I'm definitely the guy that point you're around. With that said I am a paramedic firefighter so my time can be dedicated elsewhere at times.

This is a very vibrant eclectic artistic neighborhood. If you are here for business we are close to downtown if you are here for vacation we are here in the middle of all the art attractions. There is hiking about 20 minutes away and a lake within 60 minutes

This place is close to both bus lines and the light rail system. Uber is abundant as well

The space
While it looks tiny on the outside, this home is really spacious inside! I travel a lot so I equipped this home with all the things I know I love and appreciate when I'm traveling.

3 full bedrooms, each with a desk, plenty of closet space, lots of natural light and comfortable beds/bedding and lots of pillows. The master has sliding door access to the back porch and back yard. (there is also access through the kitchen).

Large Living room with lots of windows, hard wood floors, gas fireplace and large Roku TV with Netflix and Prime. Huge super comfy couch great for watching a movie, reading a book, or taking a nap!

Spacious and bright dining room has seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything from the basics (pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc) to the not so basic (popcorn popper & popcorn, oil and vinegar, basic spices, baking pans). And boasts a reverse osmosis water filter system so you don't have to buy drinking water.

Full size Washer and Dryer inside the home with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

Nicely equipped full bath with all of the basics plus more. And the house uses a tankless hot water heater so enjoy that nice long hot shower or bath and never run out of hot water.

Private large backyard is fully fenced in and has a nice size back deck, seating for 4 and a small Grill. note: the fence is getting upgraded in the coming month with a block wall. It is fully fenced in it is just currently a chain link fence only on 2 sides and a little low.

Newly renovated studio in the back of our large and beautifully landscaped backyard in the historic Coronado neighborhood. Enjoy outdoor dining under the covered patio, cooking out on the grill, or having drinks around the fire pit.

Thoughtfully designed, the studio has a Murphy Bed to maximize the living space. It effortlessly pulls down right over the sofa and just as smoothly returns to the cabinet in the morning to open the space back up for working, exercise, or entertaining.

It has plenty of space for those on extended stays – including a dresser and closet to hang your clothes, plenty of shelves in the closet for additional storage, a dedicated workspace for the digital nomad or for those traveling for work. The bathroom is very spacious with a walk-in shower, hair drier, curling iron, shampoo and conditioner. We even have a bidet!

Feel like staying in? Easily watch your favorite shows by logging into any of your streaming services on the new smart t.v., play some tunes on the record player, or grab a book off the shelf for a good read. The space will comfortably sleep two and your furry friend.

Within walking distance or a short drive there are lots of local eats and drinks for you to tease your taste buds – Ollie Vaughs, Froth, The Coronado, Dark Hall, Barrio Café, The Main Ingredient, and more. We are less than a minute walk to the Hive on 16th where you can pop in for a coffee and check out the fun boutique shop and several stalls featuring local artists and interesting finds. Just across the street, you can treat your senses to vibrant Coronado murals painted by local artists.

Other things to note
We currently live in England helping my partner’s parents. When we are home visiting, we stay in the studio, so we have lots of amenities for you to use! In addition to those listed, there is a crock pot, coffee maker, popcorn machine, hairdryer, curling iron, cocktail shakers and tools, record player and records, and a sewing machine. We have multiple fans and an air purifier with HEPA filters.

The Spirit room comes with the perfect combination of furniture to create a home away from home. You have your own 36" flat screen TV to watch a Netflix, Prime or Plex show in privacy of your own room. Small desk available for working and NEW AC unit plus ceiling fan optimizes air flow. The bathroom right outside door may be used by visitors or Captain Lynn on work from home days, but you will never feel the pinch of negotiating time.

The space
This room does share a wall with a roommate, so you may hear activity from others.

Captain Lynn tends to work remotely a couple days a week and uses the office space next to the common living space.

The energy at Captain Lynn's is positive and supportive of individual expression while also respectful of other's personal space. Direct communication clears most issues, so if you "think" something is not right, best to ask Captain Lynn or your co-host directly and she will assist with a resolution that is considerate of all guests.

Guest access
The main kitchen, living room, work station, and front porch are available for guests use. There is a Casita in the backyard that hosts other guests as well. The spirit room has its own private bedroom and a bathroom next to it that can be used for the common space as well.

Backyard improvements are UNDER CONSTRUCTION, currently no backyard access.

During your stay
Captain Lynn travels quite often for work and so may not be available in person but has a co-host that is available on your booking app or by phone. Please do not hesitate to ask if any questions or concerns, We strive to provide a 5-star experience.

Captain Lynn's schedule varies from out of town for several weeks, to long hours, to working from home on occasion, but more than likely there may be opportunity to interact and socialize if interested. Nestled in the heart of the historic Coronado Neighborhood, Monochrome Manor was the original manor house when the Coronado was all farm land. Our historic home dates back to the late 1800’s (roughly 1890-1900) and is full of classic charm (hello, claw foot tub) and modern comfort (a.k.a. memory foam goodness zzz).

The Coronado Neighborhood, located just over a mile from downtown Phoenix, offers cute restaurants / pubs / cafes, quaint craftsmanship homes, quiet streets, and a central location.

The space
The room has it’s own entrance and private bathroom. The space is quite snug so it’s ideally for one or two people. It’s equipped with a coffee maker to help with possible jet lag. We do ask that guests do not access the main living space/kitchen, but if you have any special requests, don’t hesitate to ask! Oh yeah, we have a cat, but he is not allowed in the guest bedroom.

Please note that summers in Phoenix are often 110+ degrees. Our home was built in 1890 and although we keep the central A/C in the low 70s, the room and bathroom can run warmer. We always respond ASAP to requests to turn the AC down. For most guests, it is cool and comfortable. However, if you are sensitive to heat and prefer extremely cold room temperatures, this might not be the best choice.

Cozy guest house studio with private entry through patio. The studio space is best suited for 1-2 guests. Located in the center of the Coronado neighborhood just a short walk from restaurants and cafes, minutes away from Downtown Phoenix. The Retro Coronado Airstream is located behind our historic 1937 home and is located in the heart of the Coronado Historic Neighborhood. We are within walking distance to many great restaurants and downtown Phoenix is only a 5 minute drive away. Downtown Phoenix is home to numerous sporting venues such as Chase Field and Footprint Center, as well as the Phoenix Art Museum, Arizona Science Center, Heard Museum, and the Children's Museum. Many great restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and we can recommend a few of our favorites for you. The 7th St. and Oak bus stop is only a 5 minute walk. We are also only a 10-15 minute walk to the Oak Metro Light Rail station which can take you to Downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Tempe with its eclectic Mill Avenue and home to Arizona State University, and Mesa with it's wonderful Mesa Center for the Arts.

Your private airstream has a full bed. You have a 50" flatscreen TV with DirectTV satellite as well as 300 Mbps wireless internet throughout the entire backyard. The airstream door opens up to large deck perfect for outdoor dining. The airstream has a minimum kitchen with hot plate, microwave, and small refrigerator/freezer. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The airstream entrance is through our driveway gate and is separate from our main house.

This spacious studio space in Downtown Phoenix has a private entrance, private full kitchen and private bath. The kitchen and bath are stocked with items guests may need. Banner University Medical Center is less than a ten minute walk from the studio. The patio and front yard are pleasant places for relaxing in nice weather. I appreciate guests who qualify for instant booking messaging me prior to their stay, to let me know the purpose of their visit. This helps me to prepare appropriately.

The space
The studio is part of a 1950's bungalow. There is large window overlooking the front yard and the street. The bed is comfortable memory foam and the kitchen is simple, yet well equipped and inviting.

The studio is conveniently located near downtown Phoenix. Banner University Hospital is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
The studio consists of living room/bedroom area, a bathroom, full kitchen and closet for hanging clothes. Guests are welcome to use the front yard and patio area.

The space
The kitchen has all new appliances and a Keurig coffee maker for that morning cup of java. The new leather sofa sleeper couch pulls out to a full size for an additional guest, and faces a flat screen tv and a pub table for shared meals. The luxurious bathroom features a tub, and beautiful marble flooring. Shaded parking is under the deck, along with a downstairs laundry area. The outdoor patio living space & upstairs deck provide plenty of fresh air in the cooler months for stargazing, spending time with a loved one or enjoying some time time while reading a book.

This is a dedicated guest house with access given to all areas including an upstairs patio deck, a laundry room and additional outdoor sitting space downstairs.

Other things to note
The front house is a separate 2 bedroom short term rental with its own separate fenced patio and parking space. The two rentals are quite separate and private from one another with about 30-40 feet between the two.

Other things to note
There is one full time guest downstairs near the gate (please keep this in mind when coming and going, especially during late night hours). There is another full time guest right next door to this unit. He is very quiet and keeps to himself. Please avoid loud noise after evening hours and please do not disturb tenants.

Welcome! Our private, cozy backyard casita is located in the heart of the charming and artsy Coronado Historic District. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, close to hospitals and downtown facilities, and minutes from the 51 and 202/10 freeways to easily get anywhere in town.

The space
Our studio is a detached, private space (about 300 sqft) in our backyard. We love living here -- our neighborhood has a quiet and relaxing residential vibe, while being close to plenty of action downtown and nearby. Our neighborhood is a mix of people across genders, races, creeds, religions, sexual orientations, backgrounds, and walks of life. It’s a diverse and tight-knit community, and above all else we believe in being good to each other... and that's kind of how we try to travel, to host, and to live our lives!

There is an outdoor table and chairs if you'd like to sit for a meal outside, and some chairs for just relaxing. We may use the patio during your stay, but we will do our best not to disturb if we know you're here. The backyard is a work in progress, but feel free to stretch out. Please try to keep noise to a conversational level as you get closer to the main house; we have a little one who goes to bed early and takes naps during the day. We'd love to share our citrus; please just check with us before picking to make sure it's ripe.

Inside, there is a loveseat and TV with Chromecast so you can log into your own services and stream directly from your device. We also have an antenna set up if you'd like to try for local broadcast TV. If you'd rather have quiet unplugged time, we keep a few books back there for guests, and we have a "Little Free Library" in our front yard with frequently rotating titles you're free to peruse.

The bed is a queen size Tuft and Needle, with crisp and cool 100% cotton sheets.

The kitchenette is perfect for snacking, dressing up takeout, or reheating leftovers. We provide a few different teas, along with ground coffee. There is no stove or oven, but we have a portable induction cooktop and a couple pots/pans for very basic cooking. The mini-fridge has a separate freezer compartment that will hold a few frozen snacks or pints of ice cream.

We designed the bathroom to preserve as much living space as possible. There's a shower with bench, and we've provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A vanity area is right outside the small bathroom and the sink is shared with the kitchenette.

Our family lives in the front house and shares the outdoor areas; we would love to hang and chat for a bit if we're available, but we also want to respect your privacy. We've travelled with Airbnb since 2014 -- as solo travelers, as a couple, and in groups -- staying with hosts around the country and internationally. Some of our favorite guest experiences have been when we've been able to get to know hosts across cultures and backgrounds and maybe begin to see the world a little differently. In creating our own guest space, we've tried to incorporate elements from our best experiences to create a safe space for all, in a warm and welcoming, cozy and comfortable environment.

Guest access
We'd love to be home to greet you if we can, but we both work full-time and stay pretty busy. If you arrive during work hours, or extra late/early, we might just let you get settled on your own. There is a keypad lock to give you and us both a little more flexibility.

Street parking is open and free, and there is usually space in front of our house to park. If that space is available, please park there. If not, no worries; there is usually plenty of space adjacent, and anywhere else not blocking a driveway is open.

Other things to note
There are no stairs to get into the casita, but there is a step up from the living area to the bedroom area.

I've used the Wi-Fi in the casita for working and streaming without issue, and we've had several guests work remotely from the casita. *However*, in my experience, I have seen some glitching and lagging especially with video calls (Zoom, Teams) -- so if that's an important part of your remote work, our space might not be ideal for your remote work.

The casita shares a (thick, block) wall with our next-door neighbors. They have a space on the other side that is completely separate from our guest space, but that is often occupied by short- or long-term neighbors. Please be mindful of noise for our next-door neighbors.

The wall AC unit also provides heat. These types of units have a bit louder hum than the whisper-quiet mini-split units. We don't mind it, but we want you to be aware!

While we can't accept pet guests at this time, we have previously hosted pets -- if you have a severe allergy, please be aware before booking.

This renovated bohemian-style duplex is in the Coronado Historic District, just 5 minutes from downtown Phoenix, the Arts District, and the airport. Fully furnished, it includes a queen-size bed, antique dressers, a dining set, and a TV with Netflix and Prime.

The space
Private entrance separated from Main House. For heated pool rules please see the house rules. If they are not followed the pool will not be heated. Casita is equipped with a kitchen sink, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator/freezer, smarttv and WiFi (no stove or oven). Bathroom is newly remodeled as a WET bath and has a separate sink, toilet and shower. The casita has its own A/C unit and portable heater for comfort. The patio and pool are right outside for guests use. Smoking is allowed but Only outside in the backyard. No smoking inside or a fine of $200 will apply.

Please see house rules on pool heating criteria. You are welcome to relax in the backyard and cool off or heat up in the pool depending on the time of year. The dogs will probably surround you to be petted but eventually they will sit quietly and relax. Great spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail to unwind. Outdoor TV with NetFlix (access with your own account) movie channels and network shows.

Other things to note
If you are checking in after dark the house number is difficult to see. We are the house with 2 palm trees a fire hydrant and little black fence. Look for the big KC chiefs flag flying proudly on the front porch. Light rail is 20 miles end to end a station is located 1.5 miles west of our house. Get an all day pass and you can get from the NW Phx area to Tempe to Mesa and the airport in between. We are a 5 to 10 minutes drive from airport depending on traffic.

To access hot water in the shower and bathroom sink the bottom of the handle should be towards the "H"! Kind of the opposite of what you would think.

The pool does not heat all night long. If you want to use the pool outside of the 1pm to 9pm hours you need to specify the times. It will not run over night unless you are willing to pay for that type of heating. $120 for an over night heating.

The Den of Zen is located in the Quirky and Fun Coronado neighbourhood! Here it isn't uncommon to see a horse drawn carriage riding down the street, Peacocks roaming freely and a hipster riding a unicycle playing the trumpet.

It is located steps away from a bustling coffee shop, a handful of restaurants and a pleasant walk to the light rail, downtown and 2 major art museums.

This is an extremely tranquil setting with a pool and lush landscaping right outside your door.

This 325sq ft bungalow is located in the back portion of my yard. It has vaulted wood ceilings and is well appointed with furniture including a brand new Queen sized Tuft and Needle bed and a couch large enough to sleep an adult. There are a few outdoor entertainment areas to enjoy. I try to keep my place in-line with the original ethos of Air BnB - which is to provide a unique affordable space that invites my guests to a glimpse of the real Phoenix. Don’t stay is an investor run Air BnB, stay with me, a local.

Like the name suggests, I embraced an equal balance of form and function when designing the space. There are plenty of pockets and shelves to unpack and stow your bags out of the way for a more open feel. I also tried to embody both masculine and feminine energies by design to make all genders feel welcome here. It is just right for high vibe people who want to spread the energy and those who are guided by smiles.

I welcome all colors, creeds, religions, sexual orientations, political spectrum's and sizes to my space... as long as you are nice. Quality of booking is far more important than quantity.

I made sure there is enough space and storage to allow a group of two to unpack everything and keep it out of the way.

I have a Roku Television set up. I have a little record player in as well as a blue tooth speaker that you can connect to. I have a small stack of scratchy records I update every occasionally, its fun for me and fun for you! If you want to bring your device for viewing I have a dedicated Internet line for you! There is also a 6 port USB charger permanently there, but you still need to bring your device specific cords.

I added a wardrobe that has hangers and huge cubbies for you stuff!

THE KITCHEN AREA: There is a functional sink, but this is not a chefs kitchen. I don't have many cooking tools like measuring cups, baking sheets etc etc. There is a refrigerator, microwave, a toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, a water boiler, Kruelig and an induction pad. There are Plates and bowls and cutlery. There are a few pots and pans and cooking spoons. A wine opener of course ;) I have a few nice kitchen towels and provide coffee filters and paper towels. There are also glasses and coffee mugs. It is more geared to preparing VERY simple things and reheating your left overs. Please refrain from cooking meats and extremely fragrant foods, there is no ventilation for a proper stove. Thank you.

I do provide Kcups (for the Kreulig) Creamer, Sugar and Honey for the morning brew.

THE BATHROOM: The bathroom is small but laid out nicely. Everything is brand new. There is enough space to spread out a little and hang your towels. I provide white hospitality towels, hand towels and wash cloths. There will also be hand soap and Dr. Bonners in the shower.

THE POOL: The pool is very large, very awesome. Pool season starts somewhere toward the end of March into April, but it all depends on the temperatures that season. End of April it is usually solid. It starts to get cold again around November. It can get quite warm in the middle of summer. Guests are welcome to use the pool... but I also use it, so I hope you like sharing. I provide pool towels and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. I prefer there is no glass around the pool for obvious reasons so I also provide plastic cups for your beverages and encourage canned beers. Easier to recycle and way better for this space. You can get craft beers in cans at 2 neighborhood spots within walking distance to the space. To answer a popular question, no, you cannot have outside guests over the the pool.

PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS/ESA’s: As a pet owner I know how difficult it is to travel and own pets. I try my best to accommodate those in need.
I currently do not allow pets without prior authorization. I ask that you observe common courtesies with your pets and I do not allow pets of any kind in the pool. If your pet is of the shedding kind I will be asking for additional cleaning fee's to keep the place spotless and free of any hair. Pets/SAs/ESAs must remain in your presence at all times and cannot be left alone in the casita or yard.

CHILDREN: I get alot of requests from groups with children. I have it set to not allow children under the age of 12 because of the pool area and I am not sure the Bungalow has all the measures it takes to make a child safe environment. In Phoenix there are an average of 25 tragic drownings per year for small children and infants. I'm going to play it safe. If you feel you fall outside these guidelines feel free to inquire.

PARKING: Street parking is free throughout the Coronado neighborhood. I usually have a street space directly in front of the house and if it is available, I ask you use it as a courtesy to the neighbors!

For privacy reasons I strictly prohibit outside guests that are not in the booking on the property. This includes day and night visits.

You can access the entire yard and your bungalow. I no longer allow laundry access. I am usually here so if you need something I can usually accommodate!

Fiber gigabit WiFi runs throughout the house, giving you access to high-speed internet. Our LG Smart TV offers hundred of channels with Channel Plus, along with access to Hulu.

Our fully stocked kitchen offers a gas grill along with all appliances and supplies needed to cook at home.

The space
This place is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance. The host have installed some sound dampening panels between the house and en-suite. However, muffled noises and voices may still be heard by sensitive hearing. We live in the main house so if it is too loud please don’t hesitate to ask for the tv or music to be turned down or ask that we be a bit quieter. We won’t be offended. Ear plugs are provided for the not so sound sleepers. Feel free to relax on the round couch perched above the pool. We heat the pool in the winter months but you must notify us 24 hours before check in if you want it heated. Charge is $15 per day you want it heated and will need to be paid 24 hours prior to check in. (We will send an extra services request for money upon receiving we will set the heater automatically turn on. Heater is on from 1:30pm to 7:30pm It will remain warm but eventually will start to cool off over night. Located in the heart of the Coronado Historic District we are conveniently 5 miles from the airport, 2 miles from downtown and walking distance from some great restaurants and bars…a quick Uber/Lyft ride anywhere you would like.

The room is about 440 sq ft with a private entry in to the bathroom from the backyard. The bedroom has a SmartTV (log in and out of your apps etc), refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker. Bathroom is huge with walk in shower, claw foot bathtub and two vanity sinks.
