Some tenant drug their trash from their apartment to garbage shute, left a trail of filth, never cleaned, just left the trail of liquid garbage so everyone could walk on it. Testament to the caliber of Tenants. Loud every morning with construction and at night the local bars played music as if they had indoor bar. The type of people around the building were scary and just left their cars in red zones with flashing lights. Everything was filthy, dusty, smelled horrible and the amount of trash left in the parking garage Elevator was unnecessary but that seems to be the element of the building. I cleaned, washed sheets put over sofa, did not feel comfortable at all. The TV would not allow to sign into apps, gave up Day 3. "

Cute Craftsman Bungalow in Downtown Phoenix. Close enough to all the cool stuff, but just out of distance for guest traffic to not be an issue. Close to the airport, but out of the noise zone.
