This property is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but only a short drive to downtown City of Maricopa. Along the way you'll pass one of our Golf courses. We have Troon Golf course called Southern Dunes and The Duke Golf course, Multigen center available for fitness, The Harrah's Casino, UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin, APEX race track, Shopping and a multiple activites both in nearby Chandler and Phoenix available.
We are in the process of transforming the outside landscaping and adding a guest house on our property. We have new fencing scheduled and beginning October 2020 we are planting trees and other shrubs as well as installing irrigation. This means we will be coming onto the land between 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday. We will not bother you but want to make you aware we are in the process of transformation.We are located in Rural Arizona, Wi-Fi is broadband connection which can sometimes go out for very short periods-if you have any trouble we will contact provider and can usually resolve within minutes. We have a 110V /220V -50 amp outlets for electric vehicle charging.
