This is a darling Casita detached from a sprawling suburban home on the west

side of Phoenix in a safe and beautiful Litchfield Park neighborhood. This is

a perfect spot to enjoy everything that the “Valley of the Sun” has to offer

for a week, or a month.

The Casita is totally private, with a separate entrance and a private

courtyard. It is on it’s own thermostat, so comfort is totally in your control

for heating and AC. The gated entrance gets you into the beautiful courtyard.

On your right is the entrance to your home away from home. Inside you will

find a queen sized adjustable bed, 42" flat screen television with DirectTV

service, free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an easy chair for

your comfort. The full sized bath/shower is relaxing and private. There is

also a closet and dresser for all of your personal things.

The beautiful garden is meticulously taken care of by the homeowners. It is a

tranquil place to spend your time outside in the lighted garden gazebo for an

- "Everything we needed was at this VRBO, PLUS a resort-like backyard that was very peaceful in the evenings to relax and listen to the orchestra of birdsongs in the area from all of the doves, hummingbirds and other birds in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by all the bunnies and birds in the neighborhood. The neighborhood dog park on the other side of the community gave our dog her routine daily outing and we even made some friends there during our stay. The home was well appointed with all of the gear for swimming and pool floats, pickleball, tennis, etc. for all of the recreational activities offered by the community (although we did not use except for borrowing some golf clubs). The interior of the home was stylishly updated, with extra linens and towels a larger family might need. If there is anything I could complain about, it is that the master bedroom faces west so it seemed to get hotter than the rest of the house in the evenings and the thermostat is regulated at 76 at night, so there were some nights we slept only under 1 sheet with the ceiling fan on high and even that seemed too hot. I realize no home is perfect, so this was a small price to pay for the rest of the accomodations the home offered, but may pose a problem for those with sleep apnea or trying to sleep with a c-pap machine. Except for a few hotter nights, we did not have any trouble sleeping since the master bed was so comfortable. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay."

A rural feel, enjoy a peaceful stay away from the noise of the city life, however everything is close by if you want to go dining or shopping, only 13 miles to State Farm Stadium and 15minutes to Surprise Stadium; each spring in Surprise Arizona we welcome the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers during the Cactus League Spring Training. You would love the privacy staying here and the convenience of the 303 freeway that would take you many places within minutes. Full kitchen so you can cook anything you like, Full side by side fridge, 1 couch and a big TV in Livingroom. Can accommodate 2 guests in a Queen size bed. We have chickens and ducks but they have a small section in the backyard and have their own enclosure; they are far away from the casita. Once in awhile you might hear jets from Luke Airforce Base fly by when they are practicing, it is really cool to watch, it is random so we never know when that will happen.

The Master Bath included a basket that included sunscreen, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, extra toothbrushes - another nice touch. The appliances in the kitchen are newer, clean and all function properly. There is a full-sized washer and dryer and a two car garage. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries before the rental period and checked in on us via text a few days after our arrival to see if all was well. Renters have access to all the amenities at Pebble Creek which was one of our main reasons for selecting this property. The Pebble Creek community is well cared for with tons to do. The kitchen has a small oven/range, pots/pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker and more. Above the main living space is the loft with a double bed. The loft is accessed with a moveable library ladder. Down below is another bedroom with a queen bed, as well as a bathroom that includes a washer/dryer. Outside on your private patio is a BBQ if you are in the mood to grill.

Check-in is 2pm and check-out is 11am.
