The kitchen area features a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooktop (no built-in oven). Other counter top appliances are all included. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, walk in closet and a gorgeous modern bathroom with a walk in shower. Although this home is attached the main home, you do have your own private entrance. Access to the backyard includes your own patio and BBQ area, access to the pool, large firepit and a basketball area. When in season, you are encouraged to pick your own fruit too! This is a darling Casita detached from a sprawling suburban home on the west

side of Phoenix in a safe and beautiful Litchfield Park neighborhood. This is

a perfect spot to enjoy everything that the “Valley of the Sun” has to offer

for a week, or a month.

The Casita is totally private, with a separate entrance and a private

courtyard. It is on it’s own thermostat, so comfort is totally in your control

for heating and AC. The gated entrance gets you into the beautiful courtyard.

On your right is the entrance to your home away from home. Inside you will

find a queen sized adjustable bed, 42" flat screen television with DirectTV

service, free WiFi, a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an easy chair for

your comfort. The full sized bath/shower is relaxing and private. There is

also a closet and dresser for all of your personal things.

The beautiful garden is meticulously taken care of by the homeowners. It is a

tranquil place to spend your time outside in the lighted garden gazebo for an

outdoor meal or glass of wine.

This home is located close to the Wigwam Resort with 3 golf courses. Many

other golf courses are also nearby. It’s close to shopping, Desert Diamond

- "Everything we needed was at this VRBO, PLUS a resort-like backyard that was very peaceful in the evenings to relax and listen to the orchestra of birdsongs in the area from all of the doves, hummingbirds and other birds in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by all the bunnies and birds in the neighborhood. The neighborhood dog park on the other side of the community gave our dog her routine daily outing and we even made some friends there during our stay. The home was well appointed with all of the gear for swimming and pool floats, pickleball, tennis, etc. for all of the recreational activities offered by the community (although we did not use except for borrowing some golf clubs). The interior of the home was stylishly updated, with extra linens and towels a larger family might need. If there is anything I could complain about, it is that the master bedroom faces west so it seemed to get hotter than the rest of the house in the evenings and the thermostat is regulated at 76 at night, so there were some nights we slept only under 1 sheet with the ceiling fan on high and even that seemed too hot. I realize no home is perfect, so this was a small price to pay for the rest of the accomodations the home offered, but may pose a problem for those with sleep apnea or trying to sleep with a c-pap machine. Except for a few hotter nights, we did not have any trouble sleeping since the master bed was so comfortable. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay."

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
