Our room was located at the furthest wing 64##, last room before exit and the hotel was not at full capacity. If this is what Marriott reserves for Hotels.com guests someone needs to speak to them about it. All the employees were very nice and the food/drinks were good. The grounds were very pretty and we liked the trails around the hotel. If we stay again will book directly with Marriott so we get a better view with our stay."

Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and our standard check-out time is 11 AM. · No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or phone. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible. No refunds for early departure

· Linens and towels provided. Lost or damaged linens will be charged to you. An initial supply of paper products is provided.

· All keys/phobs/key cards/garage door openers are to be returned to the unit upon move-out. If not returned you will be charged; $15.00 per door key.

Neighborhood is quite and safe. Tempe Marketplace, ASU, Botanical Gardens, MIM, are a quick drive. SCNM is 1/3 mile from house. Banner and Mesa Community College are 2 miles away. Downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix are all very close. If you are here for Spring Training the house is only 3 miles from the new Cub Stadium.

Breakfast is not included (I may not be there your entire stay) However, if I am home I usually come up with something edible. Coffee, Tea, Creamer is available. And you are welcome to use the kitchen anytime.


The light rail is .5 miles away. Bus stops are .3 miles away. We are 10 -15 minutes away from downtown Scottsdale, Phoenix, Gilbert, Mesa, and Chandler. ASU and MCC are both less than 3 miles.

If you like to hike, many many hiking trails are close to house, South Mountain, Camelback, and A Mountain. Bike is available to use as well and Tempe, Scottsdale and surrounding areas are very bike and pedestrian.

Private bedroom in a comfortable 4 bed/2 bath home. Close to the I-10 and 60 freeways. Centrally located. Close to ASU campus, Mill Ave, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor Airport and more! Spacious backyard.

This house is a short-term room rental property, so there will be guests staying in the other rooms as well. Easy access to the property. Each room has its own door code. You will be sharing the guest bathroom with 2 other rooms. Each room hosts a max of 2 people.

The space
The room is fully furnished and has a queen bed. Rooms 2, 3, & 4 share the guest bathroom. To ensure the house stays clean, a cleaning crew and landscaper stops by every month.

Each room has its own assigned cabinet/pantry/fridge space. Please use your assigned space to store any food or other items.

Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests.

Guest access
Your room number is #3. You will be provided a 4-digit code that will be used to access the entry doors and your bedroom door. Keys are not provided, however there is a lockbox in front of the house in the event the lock batteries die.

Driveway and street parking are available. Two cars fit in the driveway and another two fit on the street in front of the house.

Check-in is completely self-guided, but if any issues arise, please reach out!

- Please clean up after yourself and keep the common areas tidy
- Wash your own dishes and put them away when dry
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere in or on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fine.
- Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found in the room, this will result in a $200 fine.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
- Unapproved guests are not permitted. A $100 fine will be charged for any guests not included in the original reservation.
- Please do not move furniture or decor around.
- Please do not take food/items from the other roommates/guests.

The space
We're in a safe, quiet family neighborhood with raised ceilings, granite countertops and scraped hickory floors
Our secluded 1700 sq ft home is completely remodeled with an open floor plan, four-bedroom, shared bathrooms, with bedroom door locks for your security. We provide all cotton sheets and a hair dryer, iron & ironing board. The closet has a luggage rack and hanger. There’s plenty of free parking. We have orange and ruby red grapefruit trees and a vegetable garden, so feel free to pick your own fruit and veggies in season.

A 20 or 30 minute walk from my house will get you to Papago Park where my guests have seen Bighorn Sheep, baby owls, and the amazing sunset from hole in the rock is a famous attraction. Look at all my photos

When you'd like to freshen up, the bathroom has nice showers with oversized towels and soaps, and shampoos/conditioner.

The home is fully equipped and includes:

This unique property offers all the comforts of home in a city full of things to do! It’s a 15-30” walk to Evelyn Hallman park with ponds, ducks, raptors, palm trees, Papago Patk, Hole-in-the Rock, and Tempe Town Lake or Rio Solado. We’re located in a subdivision very close to just about anything you'd like to experience in Phoenix. It's a private home (1,702 sq. ft.) and you’ll find the open floor plan gives you plenty of room and quite a value, a nicer stay than any hotel, with the same amenities....and more!

Your room is furnished with a pillow top mattress – a 3-inch foam toppers to give you a great night’s sleep. Arizona is famous for it’s cotton, so treat yourself to all cotton sheets, towels, and duvets.

There’s plenty of space to relax and lounge in our home. It features an open floor plan with an eat-in kitchen, leading out to the covered patio where there's comfortable furniture- a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.


Our kitchen is perfect and complete for the chef with granite countertops, dishwasher, gas range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, all necessary cooking utensils, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc. and tons of storage space.

Fully stocked laundry room for use if you're booking 3 nights or more.

Parking is safe and free in the driveway or on the wide street.

It's 7 minutes to ASU, 10 minutes to Sky Harbor or Old Town Scottsdale, and 7 minutes to Tempe Marketplace. It's 10 minutes to Scottsdale Osborn Hospital. Five minutes will get you to the 202 that takes you right to Downtown Phoenix and the Phoenix Art Museum or the Heard Indian Museum. Grid bike-shares abound in the area.

Guest access
You can use all the public spaces including the kitchen, living room, fully equipped laundry room (for 3-day stays only) and back porch. If you'd like you can cook in the well-stocked kitchen. Feel free to use our olive or coconut oil, spices and condiments.

During your stay
Check-in is easy and flexible, with WIFI locks, so feel free to check in anytime after 3 pm. I'm busy and in and out, but always available by phone for any questions. I can give you advice on where to eat and what to do.

* The complimentary Breakfast is self-serve and usually includes bagels, cream cheese, fresh citrus in season, coffee and tea.
*The hall bathroom is shared
*There is no smoking or vaping in the house or on the grounds.
* Check out time is 11 am. Late check out Penalty Fee is $25. Please advise me if you want to enjoy late check out. In the event where it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11:00pm checkout since cleaning crew must prep.

We love our home, and so will you! It's got a lot of charm and cute design. Located very close to ASU and MCC, this space is great for both students or recent graduates!

A very well kept home, we have a cleaning lady who cleans all common areas 1 x week. All guest are expected to also help keep our home nice and clean, please do not book if you do not value a clean environment.
