- "We leased this beautiful condominium for the month of February. The home had everything that we needed to make us comfortable for the month. We enjoyed the quietness and security of the gated complex, and yet it was only a short drive to the many casinos of Laughlin. Bullhead city is just accross the bridge and has numerous stores and restaurants available. We took day trips to see Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas (90 minutes away), Oatman (you have to see the donkeys), and lake Havasu City. Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon are also close, but we didn't see them this trip. The pool is not heated and cool in February, but they have a nice hot tub. The pool area is great for catching a few rays and reading a good book. I would rent this home again we can work it into our schedule. In short--It is a great home to rent. "

These short-lived bugs are most active at dawn and dusk and may occasionally enter through open windows or doors. To help, we provide citronella candles on each balcony for your comfort, so we expect you still have a wonderful time enjoying the balconies and river views!

Boat/trailer parking is okay in driveway, but it may not be long enough to keep the truck attached to the trailer. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, or in the empty lot located diagonal and across the street as it is owned by a neighbor, and she's specifically requested we pass on the message that the lot isn't for parking.

Please don't mind our dust in the garage! There is a hole in the ceiling due to a water leak we had in there from the rain. The leak has been resolved, but we're still waiting on insurance to finalize the ceiling repair. Wanted to give you a heads up, but in no way should it affect your stay as-- it's only in the garage!

- "We were a group of 10 jeepers planning to do several trails in the area. Everyone being seniors lots of bathroom availability was an issue. Which this house easily accommodated. House is not new but everything was functional and all the rooms are very spacious. We would definitely book this property if we are in the area again." - "The house is very spacious! 17 in total, our group of family and friends felt at ease at any level of the house. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possibly need! There is a huge skylight in the upstairs room with the balcony which is awesome to wake up to but hard for toddlers to sleep in since it gets bright very early. That room has two square cutouts that connect to the upstairs loft/hang out area so noise easily travels even from downstairs up into this room. Not a big deal but figured I would post it so people can choose rooms accordingly. There are tons of bugs! They do not bite but can be somewhat annoying. They are everywhere outside and by the water. We dealt with it and were riding the sea doos all weekend and hanging in the water. Free launch ramp was about 5 minute drive by Lazy Harry's."

A covered parking spot- included- helped to keep my car protected from the sun; (if you have multiple cars, there are plenty uncovered parking spaces).This community has multiple pools, a community gym, basketball court, and more. The condo itself offers beautiful sunset views from the living room, bedroom, or outside balcony that spans both bedroom and living room. The balcony comes with a storage space with full sized door. The furniture was neat and well-kept. Mattress and pillows provided with protectors. The most convenient feature besides parking was the in-unit washer & dryer. The kitchen is standard with fridge, dishwasher, double sink, cooktop, & oven. A microwave is provided. Another feature that I absolutely loved was no carpeting in the unit. The flooring is in great condition as so with the rest of the condo. Let’s not forget about the amount of natural lighting during the day; the condo faces west and so from sunrise to sunset, I didn’t need to turn on the lights, not even in the bathroom or kitchen. YES- THERE IS AC - Air Conditioning vents in every space of the condo and it is effective to keep the whole place cool day and night. The neighbors were amazing! Very polite and friendly. The property manager was nothing short of amazing: - accessible (available) - communicative (no surprises) - courteous (professional) - responsive (knowledgeable and efficient) I had such a wonderful experience staying in this vacation rental. I highly recommend staying here when in the area."

This townhome is a snowbirds delight and summer time get away. Come get out of the cold and stay for a few weeks or a few months. Single story two bedroom in a gated community just 10 minutes to the river and Laughlin casinos. You can also enjoy the community pool and jacuzzi if you don’t want to make your way to the river.

This is a well established small gated community. This unit has a garage and covered driveway you can pull right into rain or shine. Main entrance takes you into the dining room and kitchen area with all new stainless steel appliances and gas stove top. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, hot grill, microwave, etc.). Just bring your food and cook it up. You can also find the in-unit washer/dryer with stocked cleaning & washing supplies. Feel like watching some TV or jumping on the internet...you’ll find high speed wireless internet available and smart TVs in living room and master bed. Sit back and relax in the lazy boy recliners or stretch out on the couch. Master bedroom has a queen bed with on suite bathroom, two sinks, large tub, shower and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen bed and large closet with a common bath just outside the bedroom door.
Feel like getting out...the casinos are just a 10 minute drive away. Don’t feel like driving you can Uber all day and all night or utilize public transportation just outside the gates which runs every hour.

Feel like taking in the sights. There’s plenty within driving distance.

This is a designer condominium in a gated and guarded HOA condominium association and the rental is only one month at a time "no weekends and also no weeks" only by the 1 month with a three month intervals in the winter and summer months. House Rules

-Please treat our home as if it were your own.
-If you break something, please let us know immediately.
-Do Not leave appliances or BBQ on when an adult is not home.
-Close the propane valve on the BBQ and the fire pit after each use.
-Unplug hair tools when not in use.
-Turn all lights off when you leave the home.
-Do not leave children unattended outside.
-Keep doors and windows closed when A/C is on.
-No glass outside.
-Due to Laughlin’s unpredictable high winds, please close patio umbrellas when not in use.
-Please keep noise levels to a minimum during the hours of 8pm-8am.
-During day time hours please keep exterior noise/music to a volume that is respectful of our neighbors.
-If you are sandy after coming back from the river, please rinse off before entering the house.
-Return any borrowed pool / beach gear in the condition in which you found it and to the location where it was stored.
-You are welcome to use the Bluetooth speaker, however, please do not remove it from the home.

This cozy 2-bedroom 2 bath is perfect for a small family or a few friends. Full kitchen, and living room, free Wi-Fi. Relax on your private patio, BBQ, play games on the grass or enjoy the river and the beach just a few steps from the front door. Plenty of fenced in parking with keypad. The Junior Pirate is comfortable for 5 people. We are close to the casinos and all amenities. It is a perfect little treasure!!

The space
This place is a little gem. covered patio with furniture, BBQ with provided propane. Full kitchen, living room with everything you need. The master has one queen bed with bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunkbed that is a queen at the bottom and single on top. There is also a second bathroom. Free WIFI and TV are all streaming only. It is very cute and cozy. If you need more room for family or friends, we have attached the Ocean Suite that sleeps 9 on one side and the Pirate Villa that sleeps 7 on the other. House next door sleeps 10. All four on the same property right on the river.

Guest access
Guests have an entire place with a private patio. The grass area is large enough to play corn hole or other games and is shared with other guests. There is a dock and beach area that depending on the water level throughout the day is also shared with other guests. The beach is about 300ft when water is low. The water level fluctuate throughout the day. You can google "davis dam water release" to find out what the water level is during your stay. We also have plenty of parking for everyone, even for boats and trailers.

Other things to note
This property is also perfect for snowbirds. From October until April, you can get away from the cold winter months and stay in this perfect quiet place. All furnished, utilities included. Perfect location! Right on the river, close to all amenities and the casinos. We have plenty of fenced in parking. Private dock & beach. This Ocean themed has everything you need, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room and full kitchen. BBQ and plenty of seating on the patio. Large grass area to play corn hole and other outdoor games. Take a swim, relax in the sun on the beach. The location is perfect, and the views are spectacular. You will love it!

Family and friends can enjoy private dock, and 300ft of riverfront beach. You can google "davis dam water release" to find out the water level during your stay. There is room to tie your boat or watercraft. Plenty of free parking for your trailer and more. The location is perfect!!!

Guest access
You have access to the entire villa. Large partial covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. This area is shared with other Airbnb guests. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat to the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 Ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!
