Were Keeping it simple private and cozy at this peaceful and centrally-located place. If you don't mind some minor renovations you will have a room and private bath at a bargain rate during your stay. This is a shared home the owner does live in the house but on the opposite side so it won't affect your privacy or get in your way during your stay. The bedroom and shower/bath is private and works, it is in the mist of a remodeling as well as some flooring and we do hope to have it completed soon.
