- "We've been staying at the Palace Station now for a number of years. The last time we stayed the hotel was undergoing a major renovation and, as a result, the accommodations were pretty lackluster. This year we were delighted by all of the upgrades: the room was clean and exceptionally well kept. The only recommendation we would make is that a hook be placed on the inner bathroom wall so that elongated baggage can be hung like it would be if the room had a full closet. As it stands right now, it's impossible to hand anything longer than a shirt or jack in the space currently offered. Should add that the prime rib in the Brass Fork was nothing less than OUTSTANDING."

Bit of a hassle to request the hot tub to be turned on 90min prior to using, to allow for it to heat up to temperature. Communication with Evolve was not good, unless it involved payment! Only one of the codes they provided (front gate, driveway gate, front door and garage door) was accurate. The email provided to communicate with the "guest contact"(owner) did not work, but they did nothing to address, just suggested calling them. Thankfully owner was great. Provided all access codes and allowed us to drop our bags at the house late morning."

Additionally, the location of this house is truly prime; the house itself is built on a quiet a peaceful street, yet it is still in the heart of Las Vegas, only minutes away from the strip and were all the business and action takes place, so we could easily enjoy both aspects of Nevada. Lastly, I would love to express my greatest gratitude to the owner of this estate, Nili Neu, who was always only a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns as we were integrating and made sure to check-in if it was needed so we would have everything we needed to make us as comfortable as possible. Her customer service is extremely friendly and caring, much more than any typical business owner, which was greatly appreciated. - "This property is first rate. Home both interior and backyard are exactly how they are in the photos. We had an awesome week with our grown children and our infant granddaughter. Property manager was prompt in their communication to our questions. It’s unfortunate that the renters before us broke some things, but the property management did their best to fix it until parts can be ordered. It’s a well maintained property and you can see the pride of the owners. We throughly enjoyed all the amenities."

We have meticulously hand picked every detail of the furnishings and decor including the amenities in this home. This home goes above and beyond all the comforts of most homes most people live in, let alone vacation in. No cost has been spared to make sure our guest have everything they could possibly need while visiting.

This home has four bedrooms one master bedroom suite with king bed, and two bedroom suites each with king beds, the last bedroom has two sets of bunk beds just for the kids. There is also an office full of supplies and with a queen size Murphy bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can imagine, and the living room is very spacious. Has pool, hot tub on a over sized lot. No amount of words can describe the exquisiteness of this home. Can send you a full inventory with pictures upon your request.
