• As software-connected hosts, we are approved by the OTA platform to collect rental agreements and security deposit payment methods outside of the OTA platform, using our secure guest portal.

Minimum Age Requirement
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present during the stay.

The Condo is not child proof, so please watch your children at all times. Please don't allow your children to paint, use markers, eat, in the living room or bedroom, or trample garden plants.

The Condo is secured by with a security camera outdoors only. There are motion sensors indoors, but nothing that invades your privacy in any way.

The front door is equipped with a keypad.
The Condo has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, washer dryer (laundry room outside), big screen TV, internet, and central heat and air.

We provide linens, towels, TP, soaps, shampoos, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.
CHECK IN is at 3:00PM, and CHECK OUT is at 11:00 AM.

Before check out,
Please wash and put away all your dishes, remove all opened food in the fridge, (condiments and unused food can be left), remove all your trash. Leave used beds unmade (do not strip them), so they can be checked for stains before laundering.
Do not just sleep on the couch uncovered. If stains cannot be removed you agree to be responsible for replacement.
This is a nonsmoking home. Responsible smoking allowed outdoors only. Be sure to use ashtrays and be sure that all butts are properly put out.
Do not use the yard as a ashtray, or leave trash laying around. No candles please.

Make sure air and heat are turned off before leaving for the day, or when checking out. Make sure all doors and windows are locked, and condo is secure before leaving for the day, and or checking out. Make sure stove or oven isn't left on, TV is off, and lights are turned off. Do not take our blankets outside for any reason. Blankets are to remain on beds.

The geographical location is excellent, with a flat floor on the first floor and a 5-minute drive to Las Vegas Boulevard. It is very convenient to go to major casinos, convention centers, airports, and shopping centers.

The floor in the house is an old-fashioned solid wood with darker color. We assure it is very clean and sanitary to stay.

It takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the conference center. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Chinatown. It is about 10 minutes' drive from the airport. Near the highway intersection.
You can quickly reach any place here in Vegas.

Three bedrooms with queen beds equipped with comfortable cotton beddings. Thick and soft cotton bath towel, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, hand sanitizer, moisturizer, alcohol disinfectant, and air humidifier are provided.
The backyard is spacious, clean, and equipped with resting seats. You can have coffee with your family, enjoy view of the Tower Casino of Las Vegas, sunrise, and dusk.
