The bed sheets made me happy because I didn’t find one hair on them that happens so frequently at hotels. Although, the pillows could use a swapping out for new ones. As I threw them in the floor/corner I could feel they were past their prime. But hotel pillows are always gross to me. Just imagine what all has absorbed into the fluff that no amount of clean pillowcases will ever make them something I would put my face on. Nothing personal to PH. My only complaint was check-in. It is all done on a kiosk. (*that I never saw wiped down) They were too difficult to use and asked questions like what is your country code? Say what? I don’t know, but my passport was in the machine and surely that answer could be found there. It also kept trying to time out. I mean like if you didn’t touch it for like 3 seconds it was trying go close out. I feel for the older generation, they don’t stand a chance. There happen to be a hotel employee who hates them as well!"

My home is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and groups of friends.
With a comfortable queen bed, the Eastern Room is private with a keyed lock. There is a full bathroom upstairs and for emergencies, there is a bathroom located off the kitchen.
We have a large, secure property with room for extended trailers so you can head downtown with peace-of-mind.
Construction began on the lot next-door, January 25, 2025. There will be daytime noise.

The space
If you have a family or group of friends, we are perfect. More than 2 people? Maybe you want to book the other private bedroom, The Falling Leaves Room, on my other listing. The rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean. This home has great energy, very relaxed.

Guests have access to the kitchen, the laundry room, and the living room. I will provide you with the password to the Wi-Fi. There is no smoking inside the house, but it is fine outdoors.

It’s the perfect starting point for exploring all that Las Vegas has to offer.

The space
Your private mini master room No.2, which is located on the ground floor, features an attached private bathroom comes with a comfortable bed, desk, air purifier and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The room is spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a serene retreat after a day of exploration.

This home away from home is also equipped with Tesla charging station for your convenience if needed as well.

As our guest, you’ll have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a tranquil backyard, and clean bathrooms.
