The apartment was super clean and neat, cute as can be how they have it set up. they have gates at the drive and at their backyard, creating a little courtyard outside the entrance to the apartment. Traveling alone, I felt very safe. The owners were very easy to chat with and coordinate an extra night with. I will definitely stay here again when I return next year! Full kitchen, very big living room and dining room with a Pac Man machine. This property can comfortably fit 5 people and we are pet friendly. If you want to be in Las Vegas but away from the crowd this is the place to be. This property is extremely quite and very laid back.
This house is setup like a duplex so host lives next door but nothing is shared but the driveway.

Only suggestion would be to put more utensils in the kitchen " - "The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but the place was nice." - "The property manager didn’t send any information on getting into the property. When I called about it, they seemed confused/surprised about my reservation. They gave me instructions on how to access the key over the phone with no follow up email. They didn’t give me instructions for the security gate for the property - luckily it was broken and stuck open so we could get in. When we had difficulty opening the lockbox and called for help they didn’t answer and never returned my call. We eventually figured it out on our own. The unit reeked of marijuana. The pool and spa next to the unit was green and filled with algae. The neighborhood is questionable- the property itself didn’t feel unsafe but the grocery stores and restaurants nearby had a lot of unhoused people and there was someone shooting up next to the McDonald’s drive-thru. The property was clean but needed some minor repairs. There was only one key to the unit, which made it difficult to coordinate when traveling with two couples who wanted to do different things at different times. "
