our guest house is close to casinos,rivers,lake with a wild west ghost town on the property we are 2 minutes from mountain desert trails,we are up in the mountain area of bullhead city,very quiet neighbor hood and safe and scenic at C&M RANCH,bring your boat,rv or desert toys, we have great trail riding,great lakes and rivers and gambling,dining and more,we have no stove but we have a large electric frying pan,double burner hot plate ,microwave,and a large propane BBQ in backyard

we are located in a mountainous area of bullhead city VERY quiet and relaxing and on most nights can see alot of stars.

Please NO JET SKI'S and/or PWC's due to strong river current. Approximately 1000 square foot separate guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 attached baths. There is shared access to the beach, decks and dock. The dock is recommended for ski boats no longer than 22 feet. The guest house is perfect for Snow Birds. We only allow one small house dog due to no gate/fence on the property and we do not allow cats.
