A detached studio with a private entrance in the front of the main house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Keypad entry facilitates arrival time. Accommodates one-two persons and best use is if you're looking for a quiet place to sleep; Queen-size bed comfortably fits two. Diagonally across Empire Polo Club, Sandstorm Lacrosse, CoachellaFest, Stagecoach Country and Power Trip. Near Eldorado Polo Club, wedding venues Old Polo Estates & Lago Vista Ranch, Indian Wells Tennis Garden & HITS Desert Horse Park.
The space
"La Casita de Amor" (Bus. License/Short-term Vacation Rental Permit #050606) is a separate detached standard-size studio with one bedroom and a queen-size bed, one bathroom and walking closet, facing a bougainvillea garden patio and situated in the front of the house for an easy private keypad entrance. La Casita has its own A/C central air and heater unit.
Located in the gated Indian Palms Country Club known as "The Hidden Jewel of the Desert", with 24-hour entry/exit access. Virtually diagonally across the street from the Empire Polo Grounds and the Music Festivals.
La Casita has a Queen-size bed, and a private bathroom with full size shower and tub plus complimentary toiletries. Microwave, toaster, mini-refrigerator and K-cup coffee maker. Stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, bottled water, juice, sodas and muffins. 44" LG Tv streaming YouTubeTV for local and network channels, Netflix Amazon Prime & Paramount+, and a Samsung Blu-ray & DVD Player. High speed WiFi.
Iron and ironing board, and portable luggage stands are located in the closet.

Pools and courts are currently open. Guests have access to the three community pools located: (1) closest is walking distance two blocks west on the corner of Redford Way & Quinn Way; (2) Cochran Drive & Truman Way; (3) Main large pool on Eisenhower Drive across from the tennis courts near front entrance-requires pre-registration.
Access to tennis, pickleball and bocce courts is open. Requires pre-registration.
The Country Club has two 9-hole golf courses and the Hangar 19 Restaurant opened to the public.
Music Festivals shuttle may be available from the country club or across the street from main entrance for a reasonable fare with pick-up/drop-off from La Casita. Minimum 30 minutes reservation required.
Other things to note
Visitors vehicle entrance and exit access is only through the main gate at 48630 Monroe Street, Indio (on Monroe Street and Country Club Drive), located in the center of the westside.
Please don't follow navigation as it may direct you to resident gates on Avenue 50 or Jackson Street and you won't be able to enter. However, if before arriving the guests provide their vehicle license plates, we'll register them and then after guests enter via the main gate, they may then automatically enter and exit via the three resident gates. Allow 5-10 for cameras to read license plates.
Parking on the left-side of driveway. HOA requires no street parking between the hours of 1:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. Please advise if a second vehicle is arriving and we'll register the vehicle for overnight parking, just include make-model-color-license plate.
