This home has a extra large completely fenced yard, 1/4 acre, with a pool. It has beautiful mountain views and plenty of privacy.
Covid friendly layout, The living area is an open plan with a comfortable, lovely artist decorated interior design. It has a wood-burning fireplace. There are 3 flat-screen TVs. Internet & cable included.
Beautiful contemporary kitchen, deep sink, tall faucet, quiet Bosch dishwasher, and fabulous Electrolux gas stovetop. So easy and fun to entertain. Washing machine and dryer.
Covid Friendly-The master bedroom is HUGE and is separated from the other oversized bedrooms by the living areas and hallway giving added privacy. This bedroom has high-end Simmons Beauty Rest, queen mattress, and Smart TV. The master bath has a beautiful glass slump sink with exotic wood vanity.
Bedrooms are large & comfortable. The second has queen bed. The third has two twin beds & a day bed. They both have great décor with fun artwork. The sheets are high-end 1 zillion thread count100% cotton sheets. All Mattress are very comfy. Plenty of extra blankets, sheets, fluffy towels, Egyptian cotton oversized pool towels and Vast pillow selection.
There is an 'Endless' style, swim against turbines, it is 19 x 8 and 5 feet deep. There’s a fun Ritz Hotel Style outdoor gas fire pit, as well as a manly Weber BBQ, which is plumbed to the gas line.
We have lived in the valley for over 20 years and purchased this property for its amazing location, comfortable living space inside and out. We are happy to share our home with you. We think you will enjoy it as much as we do!

The FUN House
The Fun House located in La Quinta Cove welcomed to anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful vacation. Located 1 mile away from Old Town La Quinta and the shopping Centers. Smoking, Drinking, and Music is allowed at anytime.
The property can host up to 5 people - there is a lot of extra space I have. If you have a group more than 2 people, please just reach out and we can make accommodations.
Access to the full house. Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Garage, Backyard Porch & Frontyard Porch. This is NO PLACE FOR KIDS. Everything is possible and allowed here.

During your stay, you can come and go as you please. The gate to the home has an access code, and each room has its own key and lock.
You are welcome to sit around or take a dip in the pool, hang out by the fire pit and enjoy the night sky, or chill by the fireplace in the outdoor living room. With a bit of advanced warning, we can usually fire up the hot tub if that's your thing.
Please be advised that because this is a room in a house and not the entire property, you may be sharing all shared spaces with us, as well as other guests at the same time. If you are uncomfortable sharing the outdoor spaces with others, please reconsider your stay.
Other things to note
Our home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, and while we want you to have the best possible time during your stay, we ask that you respect our neighbors by contributing to the peaceful and restful nature of our environment. Please note that you may be sharing the common spaces with other guests since we have 2 rooms.
If you would like access to the kitchen or laundry room, which is within our home, just give us a heads up.
Lastly, we have 5 cats that let us live with them. They mostly stay in the house, but occasionally hang out in the yard. We don't let the cats into the guest rooms, so you should be safe if you are allergic.

This stylish casita is a one bed/one bath that has been fully remodeled. This is the perfect retreat for a single traveler or a couple. Diane Casita is attached to our home, but has it’s own private entrance and space. This gem in the desert is centrally located in the city of La Quinta, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our casita is perfect for anyone visiting family in the desert, a work trip, or for someone just looking for a relaxing getaway to the beautiful Coachella Valley.

Newly remodeled 1 bed/bath casita. This space is not shared. Private entrance, but it attached to our home. Small kitchenette and washer/dryer available during your stay.
Guest access
Full access to Casita Diane. Private entrance and no sharing of this space. You will have your privacy during your stay.
Other things to note
Casita Diane is located on the same property of our home, but you will have your private entrance and private space during your entire stay. Walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, and only minutes away from Acrisure Arena, and the Indio Polo Grounds. Highly recommend exploring Old Town La Quinta, hiking trails, or a short ride to downtown Palm Springs.
