The space
We are pet friendly. There is a one time $30 fee for hosting pets that will be collected when you arrive if not paid through Airbnb. We ask that pets are not left unattended outside on the patio. There is a dog park less than a mile away at Civic Center Park.

When you arrive, park in front of the house and enter through your completely private entrance and walkway. Watch the solar lights light up as you walk to the back of the property where you will enter your casita through your own private patio and sitting area with fountain and flickering solar lights. French doors open up to reveal an elegant and cozy bedroom. Everything, including the casita itself, is brand new and built to be a private place of comfort and rest. Kitchenette, table for two, TV, and armoire complete the small yet comfortable living space. The bathroom is separated from the main room by a door for privacy and the shower is large and spacious. There is no entrance between the main house and the casita. The heating and air unit is only for the casita and not controlled by the main house.

We have a small office desk and chair available at your request if you need extra space for work and a standing steamer that is also available upon request. Just let us know.

Casa Verba is a large 500 Sq Ft Detached Casita tucked away in the backyard of our private residence. Unwind by the sparkling outdoor pool or soak in the bubbling hot tub. Our guests have exclusive access to a private Pool with Spa (nobody else will be using Pool/Spa & backyard during your stay). Very Private accommodations.

The property offers comfortable KING size bed and Living Room area with pull out sofa (linens provided). Curl up and watch your favorite shows on the 75" Smart TV.
Prepare delectable meals in a fully stocked kitchenette and enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer.

La Casa Azul is a quiet and peaceful escape, ATTACHED to a private residence. This brand new casita was designed and built with the guest experience in mind. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, furnished with a modern design. It also includes the use of the new private pool and spa ONLY for guests staying at La Casa Azul

Note: Temperature control for the pool and spa are unavailable from May until October. (Summer temperatures are really high)

HEATED POOL $95 per night/fees start a day before arrival

The space
When entering the casita, an exclusive patio for enjoying the calm desert air can be seen . Inside, the modern design and attention to detail makes the casita feel like a place of luxury. The common area invites you to relax in front of the fireplace and 50" 4K Smart TV. Individual A/C units in each room allows for fast heating or cooling without disturbing fellow guests. Both bedrooms include a queen size bed, as well as a closet for easy storing. The bathroom also includes a spacious step-in shower.

The new pool and spa with temperature control attracts you to enjoy your perfect getaway. Patio furniture and a grill station are also provided for when the occasion calls.

Although the pool can be accessed through both the casita and private residence, guests are guaranteed to enjoy the entire back patio to themselves for their entire stay.

Although the pool and spa are compatible for temperature control, guests will need to request heating the pool for and additional $80.00 daily fee; the charge to heat the pool starts a day before guests arrival due to it takes 18-20 hours to be heated.

Located near the intersection of Portola and Hwy 111, the casita is walking distance from the El Paseo shopping district or the Palm Desert Community Center that features sports games, parks and activities year-round. Several restaurants for any appetite are also just a few minute's drive away or waking distance.

Guest access
When first arriving to the given address,

1. Step out of vehicle and walk through driveway gate using provided code (DO NOT PARK CAR ON DRIVEWAY, GATES OPEN OUTWARD)

2. Walk to and enter casita using provided code.

3. There will be a key fob on the countertop, near the entrance.

4. Push "B" button on key fob to open driveway gate and allow your car to pass

5. Gate will close automatically after 60 seconds, if sensors are not blocked

NOTE: LOSING OR FORGETTING TO LEAVE KEY FOB WILL RESULT IN $250 EXTRA CHARGE


Guests have full access to the vacation casita, private front patio, pool and spa area, and private parking space on the premises during the entirety of their stay. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please feel free to come to our home, attached to casita.

Please note, The casita can only accommodate up to four (4) people. Children with at least two years of age are considered a guest. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have an infant or toddler, please feel free to request a portable crib.
