It rates as one of the most fully outfitted properties we have seen, with everything you could possibly require during your stay. All kitchen / laundry room appliances and bathroom fixtures are high-end. Kitchen cook/bakeware is top quality. We loved the sunny patio area, which always offers some shade throughout the day. Even though it overlooks the shared pool and hot tub, it was quiet and felt very private. We cannot say enough about the hosts, Steven and Lolo. - "The room was nice. Basically a hotel room with a kitchenette and large fridge. You have to checks in thru the front desk so there was a littke delay there and the room wasn’t ready even at 4:30pm, which shouldnt happen with a VRBO. Then the EV chargers near the room parking were not in operation for 3 weeks. The other ones sort of nearby were occupied by non EV cars. Once I got to charging it took 13 hours to charge 50% so beware. "
