- "Gated community. The house was great and very nice. One bedroom had wood slat shades on the door, which was weird, but other than that it was great. There is a TV in each room, two outside, and a 15" TV inside in the family room. There was a cool app to control pool heat and different colored light options in the pool. Fun outside bar area with BBQ plus a small fire pit. Host contact was very responsive and flexible to our needs. We had lots of fun and would stay again."

- "The size and functionality of the property were perfect for my family. We enjoyed our little vacation. My animals had a blast as well. The heat outside was a problem but we stayed inside until the temperature cooled. We had a problem with the stove not working but a repairman came right away to fix it. I couldn't work the dishwasher because the instructions has washed away. The same repairman that came to fix the stove also started the dishwasher for me. But the next time I needed to run the dishwasher, I couldn't start it. Not a big deal but slightly inconvenient. I called the staff to come tie up the gates on either side of the house so my animals couldn't escape. They did that right away. We would defiantly rent the house again because everything else was perfect. Very nice property."

- "Enjoyed stay at Da Spidey House over superbowl weekend! Kids got to play in the incredible arcade and adults got to watch the superbowl. Being the 2025 superbowl was a dud, atleast we were able to be in the pool and watch the superbowl from the outdoor TV! This was the 7th house we've rented in the area, can't go back to other rentals after taking our family here. The amenities were thought out perfectly...from the amount of amenities to the layout of them, nothing was overlapping the other so in other words, playing golf was not getting in the way of someone else playing bocce, or pickle or cornhole. The house itself was much more spacious than the pictures, pleasantly surprised at the size of the house. House was also kept extremely clean. The bunk bed room was incredibly designed and unique. This travel agency is the quickest and most responsive from the 7 we have used in the past so that's a huge plus as well. Loved that the starter pack of toiletries (shampoo and etc.) were cruelty free so I didn't have to spend my first day arriving on my vacation at the store searching for cruelty free toiletries. The spiderman artwork was out of this world amazing and I'm definitely looking forward to visiting the other themed locations that Itravel offers. SuperMario next...here we go!"
