We have one security camera on the front of the house facing the street, one on the side of the house facing the side gate, and one in the corner of the backyard.
The Cameras are always ON and recording for security and liability purposes.

We would hang out in there when we needed a break from the hot sun and watch a horror flick! Our host: Sherry, was most accommodating. She responded quickly when we needed help with getting acquainted with the property and with any questions that we had. The House: The house was enjoyable for both the adults and kids. House had lots of towels and equipped with supplies. The rooms perfectly accommodated 16+ people. We cook a lot so we always bring two coolers to transition food into fridge to keep things cool and allow the fridge to cool things quicker and then we’d use the coolers for our drinks. Location: Lots of stores nearby should you ever want for anything! Overall, we didn’t have any complaints and would recommend! Definitely plan on coming back! "

- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There are multiple stairs in the Carriage House Casita.
- This home has 4 rollaway beds/cots and two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options, bringing the total maximum occupancy to 20.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.

Parking Details:
A maximum of 9 cars can park onsite.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
